Quick and great service! Had a pair of skis waxed at a very reasonable price. They also tightened down my binding for me because I didnt have the right tool to do so. Would highly reccomend.

King Keyser is a small family owned business that always makes you feel at home. They treat their customers with respect and are always timely with their help. I have purchased many products here such as winter accessories, ski apparel, swimsuits, backpacks, and more. I have been extremely happy with everything I have purchased. They are conscious with current CDC recommendations and all employees wear masks which makes me feel safe. The customer is definitely their number one priority and it shows. Always a Great experience when I show up to the shop, not only because Im excited about Ski season, but because everytime Im in shop I am expertly assisted when I ask technical questions about my equipment they have worked on or I am looking to purchase. Have had a few sets of skis mounted here and let me tell you Ive had many big smashes and crashes using them and none have failed me. I have taken them across the USA to many of the top ski resorts and punishing destinations and have thrashed them and they are all holding up great. I would highly recommend any service offered by them! Thank you very much, cant wait to come visit again soon!

Experience overall was really nice, they have a few workers helping out in the clothing department as well as specialized workers for skis. I got helped with purchasing boots and the employee was really knowledgeable and talkative. They also had customized heat molding that made my boots very comfortable. Loved skiing on them!! Would definitely go back and support this business. Great crowd.

Best ski store! The staff is fabulous and so educated! Rentals are amazing and priced right!! They did the set up of my husbands skis and did a top notch job! They are the BEST!

Great boot fitting experience

Went here to buy a new pair of ski boots. I dad passed with the bit fitting service. I tried on the pair I wanted in two different sizes and the fit expert was great at talking with me about the fit of the boots and helping me make sure I was going to be happy with my purchase. I would recommend this shop for your ski and snowboard needs.

I would love to like this place, but they are ALWAYS indifferent at best and rude at worst. I really dont understand their bad attitude. Theyre a bit more expensive than other shops, but hey, its an in-town small biz, so I dont mind paying more for the convenience, but no excuse for a lousy attitude.

Have been here multiple times (due to convenient location) with each time being more disappointing. I have decided to not go back and definitely not recommend to family or friends. Unfortunately I have learned that the younger staff tend to be indifferent to customer satisfaction and have a very uncomfortable arrogance about them. One older gentlemen who works there, however, is pleasant and normal. I now prefer to drive farther to other ski shops for a better customer service experience.

Distracted technician. Constant problems with thigh pain, didnt seem to really know why or care. Tons of employees in the store but no one seemed to know how to fit ski boots so I had to wait for the specialist. Not what I expected. Not friendly. Wont be back.

Great store. Got a good vide there and the employees are knowledgeable. They dont have a big selection of snowboards but the ones they have are high end. But plenty of ski equipment to choose from. I got my board rewaxed and they did an excellent job. I recommend this shop for everyone!
