BEWARE!!these guys promise to provide you with 5Star service.they acknowledge that the time to fix your car may take a few extra days.they promise to keep you updated step by step.they promise to get your car back to you better than brand new!my experience,they provided a sheet of so-called new parts that were replacedthey provided a vehicle to me that had taken 4 extra weeks of servicethey provided a vehicle to me that was immediately taken to the dealer because of 2 significant additional problems including those that involve a check engine warning.I am humbly advising you to steer clear from this place!they are a family owned group of cheaters with only promises that will keep you hanging in for the duration but much much worse at the end.

My car had some front end damage, was promised to theyd have the car done in 10-14 days. I went to check in after 14 days, said car would be ready at latest in 3-4 more days already way past promised date, come back in 4 days they apologized for the delay because of parts etc. which I understood as it is out of their control. My car was not ready until 23 days after I dropped it off, way over promised due time because they had to take the car somewhere to get the freon charged professionally. I would have rather them told me it could take up to a month so I could plan for the rental time, instead of expecting it earlier.Positive: Very good at body work, car looks great. Awesome customer service, wanted to come in and take a look, they took me back with no hassle and showed me which not alot of shops do. Also they actually read the review and responded which is nice. All around good place as long as you have the patience to wait which I dont always.

What an amazing staff! These folks helped me out, when I was in a bind. They went above and beyond anything Id have expected! I recommend them, based on great communication, caring attitude, and compassion beyond compare. Go see them!! You wont regret it!!

Do NOT take your vehicle to this place. They said our vehicle was ready for us to pick up after a month. When we got there it was still not fixed right. Gave them another chance and still not fixed. We had to take it to someone else for the car to be fixed right. Kim at the front desk was wonderful but quality of work was very very bad..

Had my car about 3 weeks or so after a minor fender bender. Car is like brand new. Even cleaned the inside near spotless. No issues at all with our VW after repairs. Received updates a couple times per week from Kevin Jr and team. I may return for some work on another car.

Every time I bring my car in to Kevin I get great work. The last time I had an issue, he wouldnt work on it because there was a part related to my problem that was under recall. At first I was upset that they wouldnt work on it. But I realized that its just good business practice. Because if they tried to fix it, it may have interfered with the manufacturer trying to fix what they had done.Always a good experience and never overpriced.

First thing he said was you dont know anything about Cars or you would know this... So because I am a female I dont know anything about cars...? Hmmm...When I first brought in my car they took an extra month on top of the two weeks he said it would take to fix it which made me have to pay for a rental car. When they were done fixing it I showed them that many things were still wrong including the paint was about five shades off. Kevin the owner told me to take a hike to the Toyota dealership so I can prove him wrong because he didnt see anything wrong with my car. Also the weather strip flys around while I drive because he did not attach it properly. I asked him to fix it, again he told me nothing was wrong. I asked him if I need to take my car somewhere else and get my lawyer to speak to him and he told me to leave that he was refusing me service. Also before all this happened he began yelling at me because my car had a little oil on the bumper. I told him that I washed my car last week and to please stop yelling at me. He then said if you want to see me tell I can show you how loud I can get.

My dealership recommended CrashCo after I was rear ended. I got a few estimates from various shops, but went to CrashCo mostly because of the impression they left when I was there for the estimate. From the moment I walked in the door, they were the nicest repair shop I had ever been to. They also worked with the other guys insurance adjuster, arranged for my rental, and had the adjuster do all his pics etc at the shop, so I didnt have to worry about scheduling that. I dropped my car off and they handled everything. Picked my car up yesterday and was pleasantly surprised...besides the excellent body work, they also detailed it, and gave me a thank you gift for my business. Superb customer service, great work on the car, and took all the worries off of me. When youre hurt in an accident, the last thing you want to worry about is the car damage. If I ever need body work again, I think this is the only place I will go.

Took my car in after an accident and when I got it back the paint from the new bumper and my car didnt match so they had to keep it longer. They also cleaned my car and moved papers I need and couldnt find. Three everything else I had in the trunk where they removed my spare tire cover and didnt even put back right just threw on top of my cargo net and tire and its bow bent. Wont be going back
