Went in to the dealership having the lowest expectations because I was constantly denied for a car loan at every other dealership prior. All I wanted was a decent car from going to A-Z. I first walk in and their store manager Mike greeted me and got me working with a finance manager right away. They compensated me and took care of my needs for a new car. They went above and beyond and helped me get a 2015 Nissan Altima under 100k miles! They also got me a two year warranty with my loan which is really needed. For a used vehicle, that was definitely needed and a good piece of mind. Highly recommending this place if you want quality alongside with price efficiency 🙂

Nice enough. Not the worst used car dealers Ive met. But, not the best either. I found my own financing. There was a mix up with the certificate. I was thinking he was calling the company I had guaranteed financing with. They called another company and asked them to beat the other companies offer. I know a little Arabic so I understood when they were talking to each other (which I think is rude af, but at least they didnt say anything derogatory )that the company I had financing with wasnt who they generally used so Im guessing their cut wouldnt be big enough. Which I get, no biggie. My one concern was I noticed during my test drive their 2011 Honda Accord shook really bad when braking. I told Mike it may have a bad rotor. He explained that they wouldnt fix the problem until the car was sold because it may have to go back to the auction and the owner didnt want to do work on it if they were sending it back. #huh Long story short, I went to the dealership Mike told me I shouldnt go to in Illinois. Got the Honda I wanted a few years newer than the one I looked at there with a cheaper note and the fees he warned me about paid by the dealership. They do have a nice inventory though...

Went there to look for a car for my daughter. Cam introduced himself to both of us and I said we were interested in two of the cars I had seen on the website. After telling him the cars she was interested in he went back inside to find out info and never returned but a different person came out with a list of cars and pricing. She went on to explainthe one Ford must have sold and the Toyota was out getting tires and that we could come back the next day. She went back in the office and said she would take our info and after about ten minutes of waiting my daughter went in and had to give her our info. It has been three days still no call or follow up. Its a shame because the reviews I read made it sound like a good place to buy a car but I guess it could be wrong.

Just purchased my second vehicle from here,On July 17, i bought a car, my fob worked and not the key. I updated my review today and when the boss called me to bribe me to fix it, cash-apped me money and offered to pay for my key to be cut, i was okay with that. Then MO called me to give me the phone number and when he put the phone on the hook it didn’t hang up, i could hear him talking to his buddies about me so i snapped,Honest review they coach you, they pressure you to make a sale.Go somewhere elseNext time someone wants to try to fix the problem, at least hang up the phone if your going to talk smack. If the owner is seeing this you need to really look at staff this is extremely unprofessional

Walked in and was ignored, but then chased down by kind manager who then sent us to their sister store which was advertised as open til 7pm we arrived at 6:15 and no one was there. So I dont recommend their customer service and I cant say much aboit their cars because I wasnt shown any.

I get paper checks and not direct deposit so they told me my income wasn’t valid for the vehicle I wanted but proceeded to try and finance me a lemon that looked like a flood car and already had horrible looking body work... not to mention I could t test drive it bc brakes were locked.... go somewhere else if you have ok credit.
