I called due to me being in the Munster area for travel and the rep said I’m sorry we don’t have services in that area and hung up. I couldn’t ask if I could come to them. They are very unprofessional.

Came directly to my mechanic and installed..of course they bought the passengers a friday but brought the correct one, the drivers on monday!...still great job...oh, my electric switch doesnt work like it used to but it works!

I was talking to a representative and she hung up. I called back and she said “yes I did hang up on you.” Then would not answer my questions and rudely dismissed me. Would not recommend.

They dont service my area wich is fine but was quite rude about it, and when I tried to ask questions she hung the phone up on me.
