Just bought my 3rd car from Paul Heuring. And it was the same as the other 2 times. They always make you feel comfortable as you go through the process of buying a car. Have always got me the best deal they can. They take the time to go over all the features on your new ride. If you are a Ford Man or a Ford Women. This is the place to buy your next New or Used FORD.
I took my car to this establishment to fix a function that I accidentally activated called my key. Doing this my car could not exceed 80 miles an hour I could not listen to the radio, if my phone was connected I could only call 911. I do understand that I caused this malfunction. That being said I threw down $260 to remedy this. I was at work while this malfunction was being tended to. The person that picked up my car said the radio still does not work nor can you have your phone connected and freely use your phones hand-free device. Paul hearing Ford said they needed to cut a new key so they can turn off this function, which made sense to me, but this is not my idea. Today on Monday when they opened I called to see why was my car returned without the service completed. They said they needed to run a diagnostic report but they were able to contact me on Friday stating that my car was ready and ready for pickup. If I want to utilize the radio and the hands-free device I will need to throw down another $160 just to see what is wrong. I take my car into a dealership because I dont know anything about cars and I trust I will not be taking advantage of. This will probably be my first and last Ford I will be getting a Chevy again soon.

Charged $100 for a diagnosis and wuoted over $1000 for a leak at the AC condenser on my 2013 Fiesta. Got a second opinion from a local mechanic that took a refrigerant detector and went over my whole AC system and found no leaks. Found a bad AC clutch relay that overpressured my system and released my refrigerant at the pressure relief valve. This is a huge misdiagnosis on Paul Heuring Ford’s part and they should be ashamed.

In the past nine years, I have purchased five cars here and haven’t had a complaint yet. Chris Moreno has been my salesman for the past four and has dedicated himself to finding the exact car that we wanted. Three of the four were through dealer trades.Other than the sales department, I have had the opportunity to use the service department on a few occasions with the same satisfaction as with the sales department.The body shop has also been used a few unfortunate times with every time mastering my expectations. Don is the body shop manager and will take care of your car like it’s his own. He goes above and beyond to provide a worry free transition from “mangled mess” to “you never would’ve known it was wrecked”. Mike is one of the body men and has fixed numerous accidents within my family. No worries with his superb work. He will dedicate his efforts to making your vehicle look like nothing ever happened.To wrap things up, Paul Heuring Ford has become family over the past nine years and they will treat you as such.
This service dept. has always done a good job servicing my truck. I always get it returned clean and usually earlier than promised.
I always appreciate the attention that the service dept. gives me when I am there. Sean and Julie are wonderful and keep me informed as to whats going on with my vehicle while its being serviced. Some auto dealerships service departments are just awful to deal with, but not this one! Everyone is polite, wonderful and helpful and I really appreciate that.

Finance Manager Gary Moss made it a piece of cake to buy out my truck lease. Not counting me leaving to pick up down payment check, the process only took about 30mins to get information, then approved for extremely low interest loan and to sign paperwork. They made a good first impression and definitely will do business with them for future vehicles.

Sean In the service department was awesome! He was very friendly and always smiling even though I know they must be so overwhelmed catching up from all the virus work. I went in for a recall and he told me it would take about an hour to an hour and a 1/2. It took no longer than 30 minutes. This was my 1st time here and I will not take my Ford anywhere else! We were informed that the car was still under the factory warranty and the repairs would therefore be covered and that it would be 2 to 5 days until parts would be in to start the repair. However the store found the parts quicker and the car was repaired and returned in 2days. Great customer service and many thanks going above and beyond for great customer service. Thanks to all who helped!

We recently broke down in Lake Station IN and had to have our vehicle towed to Paul Heuring Ford. They did everything they could to help us get back on the road as quick as they could. Dave, the owner, Julie, the service advisor and Manny the technician, were caring and kind to us as we navigated through this repair. Being from Maine it was really helpful to have such an accommodating staff through this time. I would definitely recommend anyone to use this dealership.
Joseph Orosz worked with me on my purchase of a 2020 f250 super duty. He was very patient and straight forward. Far better than the people I dealt with at art hill ford and lake shore ford. Avoid those idiots at all cost and come to Paul Heuring and talk to joe.
I recently bought a Ford Fusion from another dealer and the check engine light came on. The guy in the service department said I did not have coverage on my certified pre-owned vehicle. He was the only person behind the counter and was answering my questions (incorrectly, I later confirmed) all while answering phone calls and trying to complete the ticket of the customer he had just checked in. I am leaving a one-star review not because of him but because the service department needs more staff. He needs help. He was juggling so much that he could not give me the information or experience that customers need in order to come back. I doubt I will ever come back and the owner of this dealership needs to know why. Employ more staff if you are this busy, so customers will want to come back again.
Very bad experience. As soon as we arrived we informed the salesman that we will buy this truck if you can sell it to us for the advertised internet price. After an hour of haggeling the salesman refused to sell at the advertised price. My husband did not want to purchase any extras. When the salesman figured that we werent going to buy any extras he walked out on us! Totallyunprofessional. Would definitely not recommend this establishment to anyone.

We brought a couple vehicles in there for warranty and recalls. They tried to sell brakes that were replaced less than 5,000 miles ago with new premium pads and rotors. They claimed they were warped. Definitely not the case. We took another vehicle there for an extended warranty on the transmission computer that another shop diagnosed as faulty. They told me not to take my cars there because they are crooks and charged me to reflash the computer and it was doing the same thing 2 days later... The shop I deal with are NOT crooks. The real crooks are the ones calling everyone else crooks. If my computer needed flashed my trusted shop I take my vehicles to would have done it. If they were indeed crooks they would have charged me to put a new transmission computer instead of trying to save me money and letting me know its under an extended warranty and to have ford replace it for free.

I purchased a car from this dealership on late Saturday night. I drove it the on Sunday and decided it was not what I wanted. I was told that it have things that I determined were not on the car. On Monday morning I returned to Heuring and tildbthm I didnt want the car. The finance manager said I could not back out of the deal because I was the owner. He became very nasty with using the f word and other cuss words. I finally called and talked to Paul Heuring himself. He said he would look into the matter and call me back. The next day a salesman called me back to tell me that they would void the deal and sell me a used car. Overall, I feel that the finance manager caused most of the problems. If you can avoid dealing with the current financial manager this dealership might be okay to deal with but be careful. Be very careful and question everything. If they say a vehicle has certain features have them demonstrate them to you.
Darko was an excellent salesman. Answered all my questions and went out of his way to be helpful and I feel like he will always be there if and when I need something.

I had already test drove 3 cars from Honda, Hyundai and Ford. I knew the Ford Fusion was what we wanted because of the ECO Boost. My internet search for information on the Fusion prompted several calls from local dealers. Claude was courteous, and ask a lot of questions about what I was looking for. He would always call me back within a few hours and tell me what his search had uncovered. I wanted a SE ECO, cloth seats and as few electronics as possible. Blue tooth was my only request. I really liked the Fusion as it still has a CD player. When I told him our price range he stayed with us and worked until we could come to an agreement for both of us. When we picked up the car, he went out of his way to show us how to navigate all the new features, synced our phones, gave us a full tank of gas, took off our license plate from the old car and cleaned it! We felt we could trust him. Claude knows what it means to serve others. We even met the owner Paul Heuring in the hall one day. He seemed like the kind of guy you would want to sit down and have a cup of coffee with. The building is clean, well lighted, we had a separate office to complete our sales paperwork. This is impressive on how they take pride in their building, and give their employees good working conditions. When we had a tour of the building, people smiled and acknowledged us like we were friends. I would certainly go back if we ever needed another vehicle..
Dont believe everything they tell you. Felt to me that they did not car if they sold you a car or not. Can not believe they have been in business for so many years. Went to there dealership with every intention from buying from them save you some time and try Lake shore Ford instead cant go wrong there.

The service department is the absolute worse!!!!! Had my car over a week with no answers of what’s wrong, then when my car was finally diagnosed I have to wait in line until the 1 tech who could fix it could get to it. I would never recommend this dealership for service or to buy a car!!!!
Last week i purchased my 4th car in 6 years from this place. Ive dealt with Darko for all them. The sales department is always friendly and courteous. Darko is always there to answer any question i have no matter how many times i ask the same thing:) He always explains any new features Im getting in my new car. I dont even have to get out of my car sometimes if he see me pull up he walks to greet me and answer my questions right away. He Jokes that he offers curbside service for me. And thats why I will keep coming back here, its the little things. I know every time i walk in to this place between Darko, Mike the manager and Gary in finance I leave with a New Car, at a GREAT RATE and payment I can afford.

Horrible service department. You bring your vehicle in for a fix and they pretty much just patch it up. They are not aiming to fix your vehicle, they just want to quick fix it. $800 later my problem is still not fixed. Service manager Sean gets defensive and shuts down instead of acknowledging the issue and helping the customer fix it. Would not recommend this place to anyone.

They tried to put a $1999. ‘Environmental Package’ on our contract making it sound like it was mandatory. We actually signed the contract. We went home and researched it and found out it’s not mandatory. I called and told them the deal is off if they don’t take it off the contract, they DID, but we will not deal with these shysters again!

Took my truck there to get fixed for a window electrical problem and 3 weeks later still nothing. After having techs quit and never recieved a phone call saying my part was in. I will take my truck to another Ford dealer to get fixed.

After specifically telling them about the problems i had at another dealership and after i told them to only run my credit through 2 places i was specifically clear on. They ran my credit through five other banks after one of the 2 i told them to run it through accepted it. They ran my credit score down and then lied to my face that they didnt run my credit at all. On top of that they messed around with some of the numbers and ford motor credit sent me a letter stating the contract was messed up. People watch and look at your contract closely.

I would give less stars if it was possible. I did not purchase my vehicle there but I did take it in for service. I dropped it off as scheduled and called 2 days later for an update and was told they had not even looked at it yet (by the way I was paying for a rental because I was told people who bought a vehicle from them took priority on loaners). The woman I spoke with told me they would take a look at it tomorrow, I said ok. The next day someone from the service department called and told me there were 2 vehicles ahead of mine and they didn’t know when they would be able to look at it and advised me to pick it up. I picked it up and told the guy I spoke with I would be calling Ford for reimbursement of the $160 I spent on a rental while my vehicle sat in their yard. After months of trying I was finally told by the department manager that Ford would not reimburse me since they did not do any work on my vehicle because I picked it up before they had an opportunity to work on it. This was August 2017 and as of today October 2018 have I yet to be reimbursed. I would never advise anyone to spend any of their hard earned money with this dealership.
