Amazing service, super chill people, great music. When they didnt have a piece I needed, they lent me a charger overnight so I could still use my phone, then I returned the next day to fix it and they did it in less than 20 mins

Great family owned business. I called the owner on a Thursday and asked if he would stay open a bit later for me to come drop off my computer. He was willing and actually stayed about 30 min after closing to help me. My computer was completely repaired by Saturday morning. A great place to take your hardware. Keep up the good work Chaos.

I have had an absolute week.. due to the other pc stores in the area being completely incompetent and not being up front with me.If I ever need anything done again WITHOUT A QUESTION THIS MAN WILL DO IT. not only did he clean up the mess of another shop in a very quick and timely manner he asked all the right questions that would get him to the root of the problem as quickly and efficiently as possible.As someone who built my pc from the ground up and has $10,000 put into it, i just lacked the time to do the work myself I was immediately impressed at the owners knowledge base of not only store bought but also custom high end workhorses like my own. Problem was diagnosed and solved within the hourDuring which I saw him interact with 3 other customers who he treated the exact same way. Also found out his shop is able to order the parts I usually get in best buy or go to Chicago for.If you are getting work done or even just want a gaming setup because you are stuck at home.. if you dont come here.... well you must not be an American. Support mom and pop shops that go above and beyond like this one

Legit local computer shop. I used to be into computers alot but now Im old and stupid. My desktop was running really hot and one or more of the fans was burned up. I took it to Chris and he cleaned it up for me and replaced multiple fans and one of the fans in the box was ok but I didnt even have it hooked up right. Fair price and quick friendly service. I wouldnt go anywhere else in the region for PC repair.

Not the best place for high end components or large variety, but they have the basics and peripherals and cables etc youll need and answer any questions to the best of their knowledge.

This place is awesome they always have what ive need the owner is really nice gave me a used chager that was like brandnew for my laptop for ten bucks that was original equiptment when bestbuy wanted over 50 for a aftermarket one chaos for the win!

Always take my computer to them when it has a virus. They always fix it and will add new windows 8 for a fee, but at least I k ow its done right
