Great oil change service!! I like that they always give you a heads up for what maintenance issues might be needed in future planning!! Very helpful!! Love Tornado car wash also!! Probably the best car wash in 100 mile radius of not more!! Very hard to beat!!!

Horrible service! Im not one to complain but went in to get a spray bed liner and they got massive amounts of over spray between the cab and the bed. Extremely noticeable, went in to the office and they told me to go around back and talk to their technician about it. Went looking for the tech when I found him he got mad because he will have to take off the bed and clean it. He said it will take 2 days to clean, now Im carless for a couple of days. Absolutely horrible experience and waste of time and money. People dont waste your time here just make the trip to Lubbock or Midland and get it professionally done!

Went there for oil change. No other customers. Six employees in a group laughing and talking. Waited 10 minutes. Went to the other oil change place, it was too busy, so went back to zk. After another five minutes employee asked, what I needed, like it was an imposition. Finally got oil changed. Drove to Lubbock for last two oil changes, better service, lower prices.

I took my company truck in to get emergency strobe lights installed. I dropped of a 8am. I received a call around 10 that they could not get the truck started due to the fact it does have a interlock installed. I arrived about 11am and got to the truck. After trying to start it, the device said violation lock. Not sure whats going to happen but I got a violation for something while the truck was trying to he started. If the tech drank the night prior I will he going to jail for a violation not not associated to me. They could have called the interlock company and received a by pass code. Not to happy, not sure what to think. Really disappointed this happened. I wish someone would have told me what really happened

I guess they think since they can price gouge the oil field guys that applies to the locals as well. Charged me 50 dollars to replace the cabin filter. When I showed them the part is only 12 to 19 he said well labor too... so 30 dollars in labor to push a button put in a piece of cardboard and close it. It took 2 seconds. Thats pretty steep labor cost for such little effort. Lesson learned wont go back

I have used ZK fairly often to do oil changes and small repairs. They have almost always been professional, granted they are a little more expensive. I took my wifes car in to town get grab a few things and thought she needed a good wash and oil change. Ran through Tornado wash and straight over to ZK express and got her oil changed. They asked if I wanted the air filter changed, of course i asked to see it and it was pretty bad, so I said yes. The bill came up to $144.83, my invoice said they poured 7 quarts in a car that holds 6. and charged me $49.95 for a $10.00 dollar filter. So when I got home I called and told them I was disappointed with that price and all they could say was I am sorry sir Just before they hung up the phone on me!!!! I really had a lot more to say to them but i guess they were not interested.Benny I am going to tell everyone I meet about this little price gouging experience. All this covid stuff going on I couldnt even get out of my car while I was there.

Went for an oil change, it was busy and only took 40 mins so, not bad. It was a synthetic oil change for $80 which is a great price! The tech came in and showed my boyfriend the air filter and asked him what he wanted done, I answered because my boyfriend didnt hear him and he completely ignored me! That was upsetting! The shop and store was clean with a large selection of vehicle upgrades and accessories. Benny was very helpful.

Went to get my seats shampooed and they did amazing!! They even got the soda stains out of the ceiling!! I was very pleased with the way my car turned out. And I have 4 dogs and 2 kids. You can only imagine what the seats looked like.

Went to get an oil change today and decided I would like a stereo went in picked out the one I want spent 1500 dollars for everything ! Get my truck back with the stereo I never looked at and was told that they needed to order wires to be able to use my cameras and navigation. Appalled that they thought they could just give me something I wasnt going to notice and then non e of it worked I will not be returning not even for oil change service im wondering if they even actually changed my oil at this point cause they only cared about taking my money and nothing else. These people own many businesses in our area and its sad to think that us as customers are just $$$$$ and nothing else. Humans dont matter at least I didnt matter.

Ive been to zk a few times. The service was okay but way over priced. They charged me $60 for a $10 air filter! And the last time I went was awful.. Ill never go back again. I paid for the service and got into my vehicle. As I was driving away i noticed an oil stain on my center console, that was the first red flag. I thought, no big deal, Ill clean it up. Then halfway across town I noticed that my window was hazy, second red flag, and would not clear using my wipers and washer fluid At that point I figured something was wrong. So I pull over, pop the hood and oil, nothing but oil everywhere. No one ever made an attempt to clean anything. I immediately call to zk. They ask me to come back so they can at least clean up the mess. I do.. and they tried to clean the spilled oil. But the mess was the the least of my concern. I assumed they overfilled it.but they insisted that the oil was at the proper level. Worst experience ever. That evening I drained the new oil and my truck takes 2 gallons and i swear there was more than that in my engine. Im never going back. Not to add my engine bay is still wrecked by the oil spill.

I asked for a discount and guy that was working there (who was nice, btw) offered me a returning customer discount. Meanwhile, someone else intervened and said that I couldnt get a discount because it was my first time. When I told him it was not my first time, he started to make excuses like I need a certain coupon from tornado car wash! At this point, I realized that my business is not welcome here.I own a small-business too and I would never carry out business in such a manner.Go somewhere your business is appreciated.****I was approached from the business to apologize for the incident. The whole thing could have been a moment of miscommunication. The incident occurred late in the day during what appeared like the rush of closing time. I will give the business the benefit of doubt and another chance to make things better.I appreciate the sincerity in wanting to fix the problem.

Slow and Over priced. 2 wiper blades are 60.00 (30.00 each) 60.00 for oil for small V6. I didnt think it would be cheaper to get serviced at dealership. But now I know. Almost half the price at dealership. We learn and move on.

They are a bit pricey but the best in HOBBS. You get what you pay for. The work is excellent, I wont take my Tahoe anywhere else in town.

Used to take my car there to get the oil changed but I get a better price taking it to the Ford house. They do a lot of things while they change the oil like putting air in the tires which I asked them not to do, they over inflated them

Very nice guy that offered to look at my car right away and even took it for a test drive to see what he could hear.Came on 9/7/19 to have oil change. Went home and realized I lost my phone. Thought I stopped it there but it wasnt. They even came out to my car and looked in my car and found it down in the seats. These guys didnt have to do that but they did. Great service as well!!!!

Ive used ZK multiple times for work on my company truck. The work has been done to my liking but there always has been an issue after when I have picked up my truck or tried to pick it up. Im on the fence if Ill be returning for more work in the future

I went through their carwash several times. One of my visits, the spinning brushes left pinstripes across the sides of my truck. Its black, so it really sticks out.

I dropped my car off for an oil leak around the valve cover. The car was still leaking oil after they told me it was fixed. I returned the car they installed a new valve cover and stripped a bolt. They gave me my car back with a stripped bolt and was leaking oil still. I had to take the car back once more for them to replace that and when I picked it up the final time the AC compressor isnt working. Upon calling and speaking to Jack he was very rude and said they wouldnt help with the situation at all.STAY AWAY from this shop they have very poor maintenance practices and very poor customer support.

ZK Express does sub par work in my opinion. I took them my band new 2018 ford pickup to install a transfer tank, they did a terrible job of installing it. The way they set it up made it so I cant fill up my pickup tank. The way they set up the fuel line to transfer is dangerous. I do not recommend this business.

I scheduled an appointment for a standard window tint and it took them over 4 hours to complete, even though my appointment was scheduled for first thing in the morning. The price was decent and quality was average, but they appeared extremely disorganized.

Worthless!!! Stereo install. A child could have done better on my Hummer! Bought a 800$ screen that doesnt even play movies! They didnt hook it up to brakes, antenna doesnt work, speakers cut in and out as off not splicing them properly, the owner also own a Hummer EXACTLY like mine and I believe they switched a few parts to theirs!They deserve to go out of bbusiness TRASH!!!!

Took my car in for a basic wash and oil change got charge $225.74 and my car doesnt run on syn oil and you put it in my car with out asking me and the antifreeze is very low and the paper said it was okay but it not okay and the old air filter was left on top of the motor I will never come back here again I got pictures of the stuff that I found wrong there on my phone and the oil dont even look like it was changed even smell burn I drive a 2016 Chevy sonic my boss has me take the truck we use to take catering to place we have yall wash it and change the oil in it and that a 2001 frof expedition it get charged between $105.00 to $145.00 or so and it a lot bigger then my car

Took in my slingshot to get speakers installed. They told me this would be a two day job yet kept my slingshot for 6 and half weeks. First off I had to wait for Jack the co-owner because nobody else New what to do and he was on vacation. So when I do bring it in he gives me his word he will personally be working on it because nobody else is trained to do work on my specific vehicle like he is. The next week when I was told it would be finished I drive 45 minutes to their location and after spending 3 hours in Hobbs for them to finish some loose ends Im told Jack never worked on it and some other kid is working on it and wont be finishing it that day. When I go out back to see whats taking so long that same kid is arguing with his wife in the parking lot. So when I ask where Jack is so I can talk to a manager and ask him directly why he isnt working on it he is back on vacation in Las Vegas. After another couple of week I finally got it back with a cracked and chipped speaker pod, nobody knew how to use the radio that I bought from them, pieces of my vehicle werent fitting right where they originally were, the kid working on it cut my wire to my underglow kit and couldnt fix it so he threw it away, and some of the wires for some LEDs (separate from my underglow kit) I have in my speakers where resting on my engines heat shield and had melted on top of it so I had to reposition them and do a very simple zip tie improvement that they just couldnt do, the wires they had put in protective sleeves had already fell out because they never used any zip ties any where. Oh and also they miss wired one of my RGB LEDs and all 6 of my speakers glow the same color except one so it looks very off at night. Id give 0 stars if possible! One more thing while Im at it. My radio antenna doesnt work worth a flap and the controllers to my LEDs and radio both work poorly due to their placement of antenna so there more work I have to fix for them.

I will never return to this business again. I had bought my first car and I decided to take it to get a detail. When I picked up my vehicle, my car was barely touched and there were things still needed to be done. The staff were very rude and defensive when I mentioned to them about it. Not even a discount! The manager told me if I don’t like their service to at least pay their employees for their time worked! So unprofessional.
