Not good service at all got kids working and dont know what there doing at all
Sorry place his phone will not pair to a bluetooth and his internet box will not work. We went up there they do not want to help or even refund his money or give him a new phone. I would not recommend them to anyone
The women were informed and courteous and helped me pick the right product and service for my daughters needs. After the sale, Ive dropped in a few times with questions and they were always professional and answered my questions.
Metro is by far the worst phone company available. Metro has no customer service number with humans. So cheap. If your service is off metro doesnt even provide enough signal to pay your bill. The website is also broken. When attempting to activate a new phone there is no way to get past the first step. The website will not provide any option to select your preferred area code. Customer service says to call *228 from desired device. Once dialed the call is immediately ended before it is even placed. Why do customers have to go into a store to get any type of service? On that note none of the metro pcs by T-mobile stores list the operating hours. Absolutely horrible. At least everything is somewhat cheap. YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR!

There service is absurb. I have full reception but it take a whole day to download or update an app. I wouldnt recommend this place to anyone. Bad service also when I went in to get my phone
