Not a five because they didnt have a particular size. Customer service was great, offered to call other stores in the area. Offered to help us with a online order and every employee greeted us even though it was 20 minutes till close. Great service and great attitudes, will definitely be back. Appreciate all the hard work and top notch customer service.

Sorry but i dont do fake stuff at a full price! I used to love hibbits because they carried the jordan brand locally. That is until i noticed my Js would wear out from the bottom and the color wasnt very resistant to cleaners. I figured it waz just that pair but three or four pairs later of the same thing so i thought to myself this isnt like the jordans im used to that i would buy in lubbock at the mall. So i googled it and sure enough their jordans are fake! Sorry but i dont do fake at full price! Really? As expensive as they are? That just aint cool. So i started to question my adidas as well and yup. All emblems are stickers. And my Under Armor gloves coming unseemed already too. Very poor quality for such high prices. Hmmmmm. Sorry but Ill never go to hibbits again.

Old bald headed sales guy just watches you like a hawk, not even pleasant to look at shoes that are over priced!!! We went to The Shoe Department and bought stuff there due to the attitudes at Hibbett
