I cant say enough about our recent experience with gamestop here in Hobbs! Mandy quickly resolved our issues we were having with my sons PS4! She and her staff are very professional and knowledgeable! Her staff member (I believe his name is Lorenzo) was very helpful, and took the time to explain some things to my son that he did not understand! Ive not been a fan of this store in the past and often times traveled to Lubbock but after our recent experience (hopefully it stays this way) we will definitely go back for our future purchases!

Mandy Tollefson in this location was incredible! I had an unfortunate situation in Houston where my game console was broken and when I took it to this location and she rectified the situation! We really appreciate her attentiveness and dedication to providing the best service possible. Thank you! Game Stop has our business for life!

No doubt in my mind. This specific GameStop is my favorite one. I have lived in Colorado for a while and visited a gamestop frequently even still. These guys in Hobbs know my name and are the best to talk to. Very considerate people hardly every let me down. If you dont get these nice experiences its ironically because the way you treat them.

Usually have what Im looking for and staff is very friendly. The store could be better organized and would definitely recommend additional staffing on special game releases. Store can get really busy with long lines on these occasions. Loving my PSVR Borderlands 2 bundle, awesome price!

It is a gamestop, good deals buying games. Kinda slow at check out. 15 minute to buy a console is too long. Store needs a kiosks. But over all good little store.

I love the variety of games but I would like another Gamestop. This new Gamestop idea of mine involves a store where 3/4ths of the store would sell games and the other 1/4 has tables and chairs set up where people can play card games. This idea came to me because my town had a store that sold cards and War Machine stuff but unfortunately closed, then Hastings did the same thing but then it closed. Now, we have a church that a freind of my dad goes to thwt does Card games every Friday and so I went into my local Gamestop and saw Pokemon and Magic The Gathering and Yu Gi Oh and thought about a store in which there was a section for game night/day

Im never preordering a game from here again. I pre-order a game yesterday and when I went to get it, they didnt have it in the system. I had to go back home and get the receipt. What if I didnt have the receipt? Then Im robbed. So unprofessional.

Not greeted when we walked in, no one asked us for assistance, and when we were ready to check out I literally waited for 2 minutes with no eye contact nor did the red headed guy even glance to tell me he would be with me while he chatted away with another guy at the front desk. Must I add, poor selection.

Its a good place to buy games but i reccomend to not sell your games here they only give you like 10 cents to $1 for every game you sell

Its okay for a gamestop. Only complaint is that some games they wont do midnight release for if they dont have enough preorders Im sure it probably corporate standard but come on we live in a town with 40,000 people.. standards shouldnt be matched with like el paso or lubbock. Not going to lie they have lost a couple preorders from me do to this. Walmart is right next door open 24/7 and releases at midnight.

Today is 10/15/17 at 12:23pm and the store is close not open and there is no sign on the door stating it was going to be closed. Its very disappointing and I will be contacting the corporate office. Very unprofessional.
