Gas pumps have alot of issues. Clerks DO NOT CARE if you go inside and ask them what is going on. That is horrible customer service. Loves will gladly take your money for fuel and supplies!!!

Great place to fuel up and get food in a hurry

There are only three courteous employees. The people in this store rude and lazy except for the 3 I mentioned. The ONE manager all I know is her clerk # is 453, the maintenance guy from Texas and the clerk who has a pulled back short Ponytail. At least the maintenance guy had a smile and a wave for me. Like others have said, I stop here a lot and every time I am surprised at their rudeness

You ever have one of those days when you can’t get out of your own way? I won’t go into details, but I forgot my cell phone in the shower room. A dedicated employee knew what company I worked by my uniform and found me in my truck in the lot getting ready to leave and gave it to me. Wow! You guys are great! Thx

Shower are good (hot water) plenty of parking in back. Workers here are somewhat rude(zero customer service) except a couple of women. I come to this store everyday and still dont get greeted at counter or at all which makes you feel a bit unwanted.

I go because it has everything n they are safe n dependably n has laundry mat may be small but gets the job done n the showers they have 4 n cleaning is always spot on safe n staff is always smiling n greeting just tell them what u need they show u where its at. N theres subway is the best place to eat so the food they have inhouse there all in one shopping n gas is good I havent never had trouble.

Convenient stop on my day of travel. Very clean and very helpful staff. Just a nice break and I will be back.

This has got to be the best pilot ever. Felix the manager is awesome and his staff is great. They even put the trucker first over other customers. They allowed me to have a package sent to their location and informed me when it got there so I could come pick it up. The showers are always clean and the store is always well stocked. Theres no difference between one pilot and the next except for the staff. This staff is top shelf.

This place is bigger inside than it looks! I spent too much time gawking at all the cool toys for trucks (CBS, antennas, GPS, mostly the CBS for me really) I had a challenging time finding the restroom, the showers were easily found, the deli counter was easy and all the candy needed to make you diabetic before your next stop, but I had to ask where the can was. Easy enough to find with proper pointing...

Seems like none of their diesel pumps ever work.

Some parking. It is small and there is no CAT Scale, you can get fuel and something to snack on or drink.

Only stop here if you have 45 minutes to spare. Pumps are ridiculously slow and you have to go inside 50% of the time to pre-pay regardless of card.

Definitely a very clean and very nice pilot. the only downside to this particular location is the location of the pumps are not ideal for RVs if they are gasoline engines. When filling up an RV that is longer, you are practically pulled into a parking spot near the storefront just to have the pump in the right spot

Good clean store. Only problem I had was pumping DEF, the pump I was at wouldnt pump, just kept clicking like it does when full. The staff was friendly and helpful. This Pilot has a Subway inside as well, so bonus.

Its a great place to visit. You get your stuff. Pay for it. It is really fast. Its even got a Subway inside where you can get anything that any other Subway sells. The workers they are friendly. They have plenty of stuff for truckers. Overall I loved it. And will continue you going back.

Well, were shut I start.. my main concern is the coffee area its always dirty, no coffee, no creamers, no sugar, always have to ask for stuff there, the lady is never there. The fresh waters are always nasty looking cause they arent fresh they never get washed, we tell the managers on duty and do nothing about it.. so my question here is... what or were can we call to fix these.. ?? .. theres alot of favorites

Restrooms are very clean and so is the store. They have Subway, pizza, your regular convenience store food, and pb fresh. You have so many choices to choose. They had great customer service, which us a big deal to me. They also were very helpful. I will be visiting again!

Super friendly staff and plenty of selections for food and beverages! Although I dont pass through here often, I will be sure to stop here when I do!

Im here almost every day, great place full of Oil Field people. Good people bad people show of people. Its a great place to use the restroom its clean and private.

I visit every Truck Stop on my Routes. I am a Very Busy Man. These stops have to be Catering to the Truckers needs. Our job is at up most Important, need to stock America with everything it needs. In and out, very nice Facility

The pilot seemed to do a pretty good job with the exception of allowing people to park on the fuel Island and take breaks without managing it. The store itself usually does a good job with the Wild Wild West out of due to the parking lot is losing my business. You guys better wake up youre such thing as enforcing whats correct. The whole Corporation Flying J and pilot you guys need to get on the ball with this its ridiculous stop ignoring a problem is costing you business unless you guys are just so wealthy that you dont need it thats great Ill take my truck and go elsewhere

Love this place! They have lots of goodies/snacks. And a big variety of beverages.

3pm on 2/19 Just called for a fuel price and guy informed me they dont give out the price over the phone. He said its online and before I could ask where he hung up on me. Good job

Had to fix our lights there. It was ok and the food was good but also 12.50 a plate.

This pilot truck stop is just a great place to get fuel and a bite to eat all staff is very helpful and courteous very clean rest rooms

In my opinion the staff is what makes this store as nice as it is. This is a oilfield truckstop, so it is normally busy. The staff carries themselves like they want to be at work and that goes a long way in this industry.

Always have polite cashiers

We bought some items but because we got 1 can of beer the young cashier cant help and asked another person to help. She asked for both of our IDs. My husband had his and I told her that my ID is in the truck. Apparently because I touched the can of beer that my ID is needed. Okay so I went to get my ID which took a bit to walk and back. My problem is her facial expression and her tone of voice the way she look at me and my husband. One thing I learned in customer service is to always smile especially when a situation is a problem. I gave her my ID and asked her name and she showed her name tag, Terrica. This Pilot #557 Hobbs NM are not happy employees. You can tell when the people are happy with the work place like in Flagstaff they were happy and always happy to greet their customers.

Best gas station in Hobbs hands down. Always clean and the restooms are nice. Always stop here whenever I am going through town.

Very clean, great food, great selection of traveling supplies with friendly staff. Highly recomend stopping in.

Have stopped here several times and all have been pleasant. Definitely one of the better Pilots. I always stop here if I come to East New Mexico

This is the best hamburger place that you can get some good eating in Texas but we need one in Hobbs New Mexico to continue eating these good burgers

Very busy. Small truck lot here, only 25 parking spaces. If you dont get a parking space by 5pm, you wont be able to. Friendly staff. Clean store. They take a lot of pride in keeping a clean lot, restrooms & showers.

Manager was very pleasant in morning, not so much for other employees. Employees were slow and werent concerned about customer service. Trying to get showers, took over an hour because maintainance person was slow and went on break while 4 people were waiting to get into shower rooms. Good food for breakfast out of deli.

Love it and lots of variety for little place they have showers and lots of hot food always cooked fresh

Very friendly people always busy they need few more products as others Pilots do have. How bout adding Chipotle, McDonald, just a few since they have very good and hard working employees.

My favorite place for my morning coffee. It is always fresh and their are always smiling faces here greeting you.

I love this place. They literally have everything for the traveler. Subway, Cinnabon, and a deli that makes pizza, meatloaf and Fried chicken with all the sides!

Expensive food that just is not worth the price. Chicken wings are around $1.20 each and snacks are overpriced because they know big rigs do not have many options. The one in Jal is the worst.facilities are up to par for the most part, just the prices. Luvs has cheaper fuel.

Walked in at 5pm for a shower, the very unenthused employee says welcome to pilot and walks away. She comes back a minute later with no eye contact and asks what we need help with. We pay for our shower, she says theres 3 people ahead of us waiting for showers. Their website says they have 3 showers. We watched the screen as we waited and it seems that theres only one shower available for use bc every customer number has the same shower number. 30min later, our number has not moved in line so we double check with the employee to see if all 3 showers are working and she says yes but they are all being used. A manager walks by and comments something about needing to clean the other ones. Over an hour later, we have our shower. It was new and clean. Shower head was leaking which seemed to affect the pressure. Was happy to get a shower but very displeased with the service. Next morning went to get a tea and there was a cup over the dispenser saying it was out. Although it is a nice looking place, it does not seem to be managed well.

Great! Busy but had GREAT customer service. Clean store and well lit. Bought fuel by Pre-pay through a person working a register. Soft drinks in a 2nd transaction which was handled at a self-service register. They have it together with bar codes on the cups and the ability to self-check-out.

I gotta say this is the best Pilot I have been too yet. The cute girls working were very friendly. The store was clean. Had to use the toilet, which was very clean mind you our visit was on a Friday afternoon around 5 pm. They had no problem keeping up with the rush. The food from PJ s looked delicious and Cinnabon was really good.

Great pit stop if your leaving Hobbs to go to Carlsbad or Artesia. Lots of snacks and food to choose from

Love the coffee and the gas prices here. Its just a little out of the way with just one location as youre coming into town.

This is a nice gas station. They have alot of things to choose from. The bathrooms are clean but there are not enough. It is always busy with a full parking lot. The lady working at the cinnabon counter was very rude. To me and the people in front of. She seemed very inconvienced to help us.

Good travel stop for the most part. Their deli food is over priced but tastes good. The store is clean and the staff are friendly.

They have food, if you are just absolutely hungry, if you can get it somewhere else I suggest doing it. The staff is horrible, they are slow, walk away from the customers whenever they are trying to check out or ask questions. They have a great selection, it isnt all bad, but I refuse to give them over a star due to the customer service. Get new employees and get a new rating.

There getting faster, and they figured out that 30,000 oilfield workers pass through daily. And corporate can give all them a raise

Inever got out of car but it was clean and plenty of parking and i could tell service was quick as people came back out fast with smiles.

Probably my favorite gas station in Hobbs. Extremely busy in the mornings (5-6am), but has a large selection of food and other items. Theres a CINNABON! My favorite! :) Really clean too.

This place is Amazing. And the service is Awesome.

Theyre a little slow, but its mostly oilfield traffic so there is sometimes a lot of people inside and out. Food is usually good but have got some stuff that tasted old even in the early hours of the morning.

Pretty much like any other Pilot. Friendly faces, that remember their regulars.

My job requires me to travel. So when I saw the subway was open 24~7 I decided to stop and grab a sub. Worst idea ever! the manager for the subway was rude and had the worst attitude Ive ever seen in customer food service. That immediately made me leave the line. And continue on my way to my job. Never stopping at this pilot travel center for a sub as long as that manager is there.

Really nice place. I love the pilot food bar. Their green beans are amazing. I have to stop everytime I go through Hobbs.

Prices are what you expect for a truckstop i would suggest the pilot app on your phone for quick fuel payment and great deals daily with extra reward points. Worst time to come here is around 5 am to 7am morning oilfield traffic is ridiculous.

Clean, new gas station. Came here for the Cinnabons. They were fresh and delicious! We had to wait a few minutes for service, but it was around lunch time.

D dont clean the shower it look like someone cam all over the floor

Cinnabons were fantastic!!! The hamburgers were a bit dry but had been out a while. The service was above and beyond, they really take care of their customers, even if you are not a trucker. I highly recommend the Pilot Travel Center in Hobbs, NM!

Very very clean. The restroom was at the front of the building. Lots of food choices. Including healthy fruit and low carb choices....plus cinnamon rolls and other foods.

While the facility is clean, the cashier is a THIEF! She tried to keep my coin change and, when I told her I wanted it back, gave me a How dare you look!They do this to EVERYONE, counting on their customers to be in too much of a hurry to wait!She tried to do it to me, so you know shes pulling it on everyone; just think how much money theyre STEALING FROM THE CUSTOMERS by the end of the day!THATS DISHONEST AND PATHETIC!

As a cdl driver I look forward to when I can stop and grab a Pilot House coffee. Much better than other truck stops that serve up burnt tar.

The employee Dimi tried stealing my money, I see another person a few days ago posted the same problem yet she is still working here, if you come here and Demi is your cashier it may be best to record everything.

I give three stars because the people there though are polite lack the motivation to get in a hurry to assist people, you have to blatantly request assistance when they see you standing there apparently needing assistance in one way or another. If my future experience has improved I will update.

We made a quick stop for fuel and bathroom break.The people who work were very friendly and helpful.

Painfully slow. Took 37 minutes to get scaled out. On the reweigh I sat on the scale for well over 5 minutes pushing the button & getting no answer. I finally had to call inside and complain before someone answered. A gal who was clearly undertrained was running the register at the fuel desk too and that seriously complicated things. Good thing is drivers arent on any kind of a timetable.
