Since rearrangement appears done maybe I can find things again. It took a lot ng time for the reset but it seems better organized. Some aisles are still only wide enough for 1 basket to get through. Hard to navigate the corners to get into the aisles.

They moved everything around. Its different but the service is good

Have not shopped this store in a long time, very pleased with the new layout and very helpful employees and they actually smiled, loved that! Only reason I put 4 stars was for the floors, needs updating.

It is clean. Everything has been moved around but the workers have been very helpful. Glad to have great people working there.

The store is going through a major remodel so it looks like a a mess inside. So you might want to have a little patience going to shop there not sure when the remodel is going to be complete.

The place was packed of course since it was xmas, but the line moved quickly and I found what I needed. Customer service was ok but nothing to brag about. Store was cluttered but I chalked it up to the fact it was so busy

Many good deals but often they dont apply to my needs. Fun towindow shop a couple years ago I did buy a pair of excellent Serta bed pillows. Im thankful they were on sale. Then a couple of years before I bought several sets of 🛏️ sheets that are very Comfortable. They also made awesome gifts.

The cashier didnt ring up our stuff correctly and we paid way more than we should have. When I spoke with the manager, I was told that I should have been more careful with my spending habits.

Its BIG LOTS!! Always fun to go in not needing anything in particular and walking out with $200.00 worth of cool stuff you absolutely couldnt pass up! Lol. Good stuff; from gourmet foods to bedding and knick knacks galore.

Very friendly staff. When husband asked for king sized pillow cases they went to the back to look for them and then told us they did nit have themBut in such a friendly way it was ok.

Store appeared dirty because of the floor, its either very old or very dirty. Seemed to be well stocked. The pricing surprised me, I thought big lots was a discount store, I can get better pricing at Wal-Mart or online🤔. Staff was nice and pleasant.

I love it big lots here in town. Most everything is a fraction of what the same/similar product is at Walmart. The staff is amazing as well. They always acknowledge, not only myself, but my 4 year old. He loves helping unload the basket at the counter and they let him. These people are patient and caring. If I could give them more stars I totally would

What am I supposed to say about Big Lots? Typical of stores in Hobbs it is often a little unkempt and disorganized but you can find what you need. The employees are pleasant and friendly and have unusually good humor.

Nancy Gonzalez help us. she was amazing we bought 3 piece couches, good price good material. All the rest of the staff was good as well

IT BEATS GOING TO WALLY WORLD FOR JUST A FEW ITEMS, Kinda random stuff in here and have a little bit of everything, not always the same items in stock but a killer deal on something decent every now and then. line is never stupid long and get out quick.

Its a good place to shop they have a bit of everything for good prices, I bought a set of rustic tables and noticed that there was a broken piece that came off looked like the welds broke off anyways called biglots and they were happy to assist me ending switching the part out, I want to thank Juan for helping us out! Good retail outlet that has a varied assortment of items. Went looking for some LED lighting and found a couple of solar powered spots that I could use. The price was reasonable in my opinion

I love to go to Hobby Lobby when I get a chance to go to Hobbs it is fun to go through and look at all the stuff they have is convenient to get in and out to they have things that are local stores dont have.

They have some things better than other stores

They had a big mattress sale and I tried two times to buy a mattress there. The first time they refused to sell me a mattress because it was dark outside even though it was still during their business hours. Extremely unprofessional and rude. The second time they informed me that the mattress they had on sale they did not even have in stock and rarely got that mattress. I left very frustrated and never even got a new mattress.
