Great customer service

Ive been in this store on two separate occasions planning making some large orders. Both times I waited for fifteen minutes while I was the only customer in the place. They probably have an excellent selection but I wouldnt know. I recommend Elliott Electric.

Broke down, didnt know where to get what I needed, there on the spot a beautiful woman strolled in and with a smile and found a connection and, I was so excited I forgetting what I was there for, got out as fast as she figured out what I could use. Just saying that borders goes beyond them to help you, thanks so much, easy on eyes and got me going as well, see you down the road ! I catch her out and she can have a ride anytime!

Does not answer phone. Outside calling like the sign says and they don’t answer.

Placed a order for pickup for a long trip to site. material was wrong. easy list and they couldnt handle it. our fault though, we were warned about BSE in Hobbs and the warning was right. the other BSE are ok in the basin but not Hobbs

No one answers the phone. Went there after 5 attempts, and called from outside of the store. Saw some guy at the counter looking at his cell phone, glanced at the counter phone and went right back to his cell. That was me trying to call. Customer service is lacking

Very helpful and reasonable price

Doing BIG job and getting material is a job in its self ..Placed order for 30 poles last week for ASAP was told Monday and today is Tuesday, got call from pole people and will deliver on thursday ...Never have what is needed or just not enough ..Never same day delivery !!!

Manger is horrible doesn’t know anything, it’s so bad he can’t even help the staff!

Went in to pick up material, needed some additional items and asked for manager. he didnt know anything about material and couldnt help me so he sent in a young lady named Ami and she could not stay off her phone along enough to show and interest. Will be usin Cain or Desert Hills from now on
