I knew jack sh&t about what I wanted to play and learn. The staff took the time to ask me what my interest were and what music I was interested in. They didn’t try and over sale me, or pressure me into an instrument I wasn’t comfortable with. I made my decision on a starter bass guitar kit, and with lessons I would return for more options. The young kid that was working there, had his finger literally splinted because he broke it and wouldn’t take no for an answer to carry my purchase out to my truck. The customer service you get here isn’t anything short of amazing. 10/10 and I will be coming back soon for my new guitar after my lessons. You have to see it to believe it, no BS.

I actually have purchased several different instruments from there. Ive known Dave for years. In fact I got my very first guitar from Music World. Since then Ive bought a violin, electric mandolin, and a simi-hollow body guitar. I purchased a set of harmonicas for my late husband that he played daily until he passed away.
