Great place for kids. They love to see how they make the ice cream on the frozen plates.

Its great rolled ice cream! Ive been to several rolled ice cream places, and this one is up to par with the others as far as how they make it and how the lines work. They have a variety of flavors and add-ins. My one request would be that they add chocolate cream to their options (but I love chocolate ice cream). And my suggestion would be to add more pairing options to choose from instead of just having so many flavors listed.They keep everything very fresh and clean and they have always been very polite.The ladies that have helped me have been awesome! I had one gentleman that didnt make it the way I ordered and when I asked him to add in what he was missing his response was itll taste the same. Thankfully I had some one step in and correct it!! 😁

Great place to get some ice cream. If you want actual ice cream this is the place to go! Huge selection of flavors syrups and toppings. Staff is quick on the scrapers! Love to watch them do their work and the taste is better!

Unique way to serve ice cream. They pour and make it right in front of you on a sub zero counter, mix in whatever you choose, scrape it off into little ribboned rolls and top it with whatever you want. Portions arent especially filling but are really good. Around $6.50-$7 per serving

Don’t get me wrong it was delicious and it looked like it took some work to complete. But for $7 you’d expect a bit more than what I received. There was void space in my cup and the “curls” were very spaced out. I’d probably pay $4-$5 tops for the ice cream leaving me more money to tip the folks putting in the hard work to make it.

Staff very friendly and helpful. Explained this new ice cream concept to us and made my shy daughter feel welcome.

It was a nice new building. Kid workers were in the bathroom playing on their phones. I had vanilla with strawberries. Ice cream was very dry, and left a pasty film in my mouth. $7 for basically a scoop of dry ice cream.

Great ice cream. Try the swirled ice cream it’s awesome, gonna try their milkshakes next time!

Place is super clean and the Staff is friendly. Got to talk to the owner while there and he is one amazing guy. Great place for the family..

Not a very sanitary place. The girl that took my order had her ungloved hand in my cup writing my order on it. The girls making my order didnt seem very sanitary either. The way they were hanging over my ice cream their faces inches above my order. The ice cream was good but i will never eat there again.

Went in for the first time today. I loved it!! Seems ppl just want to complain based off 1 visit and because these workers are young...jI love the fact they have young people working the line. Great first time job it seems. Hobbs doesnt have a good ice cream parlor so the $8 I paid for my delicious chocolate extreme ice cream was worth it. Greasy feeling in your mouth?..hmm? I wonder how they get that being that the ice cream is prepared in front of u. So how is that? Just curious! I dont have anything negative things to say. Great place...clean and friendly. Young staff (I would assume range from 15- 19) is amazing. Gotta give them props for working which is more what I can say for half the people here in this gone to shyt town

First and last visit today at 1:30pm, there were three employees working today and they lack customer service skills. I will say I am glad that I tried it but I will not be returning. Staff is young, unprofessional and care more about being on cell phones than helping customers. Icecream tastes good at first but leaves a greasy film in mouth and has a greasy aftertaste. I can see how this appeals to children and youth.
