If I could give zero stars I would, they dont deserve the one. There is no way all these reviews are true/real. This is now the 2nd time I have been scammed by their service department. Over-charging me, playing numbers games. My fault for even going back this time. They send me an estimate and then charge me more when I pick my car up. Then when I dispute it I am made to feel like I dont know what I am talking about. Not to mention their staff is so rude. The other review about no smiles, no hellos is 100% accurate. This makes me not want to drive a Nissan for how horrible this place is. Dont let this happen to you. Please take your business elsewhere.Based on their response to me, there was no additional issues that were uncovered. It was a straight forward service.

In addition to that I told the finance guy not To run my credit with Chase bank and he did anyways in addition to that every time I come in the service are always trying to upsell me telling me my car is out of warranty never get anybody work done from these guys Because I do not stand behind their work I will never buy a car from them nor go take my car in for service I would highly recommend Arlington Heights Nissan over this place

My first car purchase and let me say it’s not as bad as everyone makes it out to be... but it’s probably because I had such an awesome salesman, Phil! He didn’t pressure me or make me uncomfortable to buy at all. I had been looking around for a Rogue and Murano. The Rogue I wanted actually was sold, so I came here and found one very similar with a couple thousand miles more. Phil let me test drive it, talked to me about the car and answered any questions I had. Bought the car and he was VERY honest with pricing. After it was finalized, he stayed super late after hours to help me figure out how to use the car like hook up my phone to the car, music, etc. I am so thankful for his honesty, patience and knowledge! Thank you again Phil for everything!

I went in on 10/9/21 (saturday) for an oil change and was assigned to Victor. Victor asked if I needed any additional maintenance on my vehicle, I asked him what else I needed and he said tire rotation. I asked him for his personal opinion and lead to inform him that I just got two new tires. He then said I dont think you need it, so then I proceed to say ok, then lets just focus on the oil change. Well after waiting for my car, I noted that the tire maintenance sign was still on ... I called Victor and told him that although I decline the tire rotation, how could I get rid of the sign, he explained it to me on the phone, but just felt that it was an inconvenience for me to call back and ask for help ... mind you Ive decline a tire rotation before and received my car without any maintenance signs. Then the next day, Sunday I noticed something hanging from the bottom of my car. I took my car into a near by mechanic shop and asked for them to screw the cover lid that was located on the bottom of my car. They informed me that after they did my oil change they didnt screw in all the screws to the cover lid (which were missing) ... to be honest I am just disappointed in the service. I would like to say that I drive over an 1hr from Round Lake Beach to take my car into its dealer, so I know I can receive proper care for my Nissan, but after this I think I might reconsider staying near by ...Another thing that may help with customer satisfaction is giving your customer free car washes. When I bought my Nissan from Skokie, I would always get it back nice and washed

Scammers, selling my car and never buying a Nissan again though I love my car, but these guys just scammed me. I decided to purchase the car I was leasing because I have had it for 3 years 2018 Rogue with 10,000 miles on it and perfect condition. Did my research with the finance co, got my buyout price and pre-approval code. I knew I had to pay the taxes and dealer fee si I was find with that. I have excellent credit so I expected to get a good rate. To make a long story short, by the time I hoy out if there My payment was $309 @ 5.9 APR, for 84 months they played the numbers game talking about they made a mistake with the numbers, when they had already given me a payment amount with no money down that I was happy with. Also want to mention that before them, I went to the Nissan dealer on North Ave who tried to scam me from the time I walked in the door so I left there. Bunch of scammers, it’s true what they say. DON’T TRUST CAR SALESMEN!

I brought my car in because my transmission is going out. I was told everything was covered under my warranty. Magically the next day, I’m told nothing is wrong with car but that you also want to charge me $144 for bringing it in. Never was told this when I dropped it off. It should have been stated at the beginning of the service, not after the fact. I plan to make complaints with the BBB and The Illinois Attorney Generals Office. Do not ever bring your vehicle here, they are complete scam artist.

This is the worst dealership and service department I have ever been to. We bought a used car from them on a Monday. Drove it for a week and noticed that the tire pressure was low in one of the tires. Brought the car in and I was told that there was a leak and they could not fix it. I decided to take the car to Midas and asked them to look. Midas told me that the tire had been plugged twice already and there was nothing that could be done. In addition, one other tire was already plugged and was on its way out. The mechanic was shocked that a dealership would have sold us a car like that. We called and spoke to the service manager and he told us that there was nothing to be done and that is how they sell their used cars. He was happy to offer us a chance to buy new tires from them. If that wasnt enough, the battery tested low and needed to be replaced. Woodfield Nissan refused to fix it, so we decided to go elsewhere. Worst experience ever. Go somewhere else to buy your cars.

I was originally looking at a 2019 Sentra SV at another dealership. Fortunately for me, it sold before I was able to buy it. I was forced to look here for a car instead and it was great. Ali was the salesman and he was very helpful as I was buying my first car, and even came down a little on the price to help it fall into my budget. The car I bought was cleaned, and taken great care of. Overall I highly recommend Nissan dealerships for their helpful salesmen, and here specially as Ali was everything I needed to make a decision.

I bought my car back in 2017. It was still under warranty when my trunk stopped working. Took it in. This dealer decided not to fix the actual issue but to recalibrate it. Broken again. I brought it up to the manager and he acted like he didn’t care at all. Take your money somewhere else!

Was fine but still haveing issue with hassitaion when pulling away from a stop. Car was this way when it was bought new in 2017. If all Nissan have this issue with the fuel injection system as I was told by service 🙄 I wont be wanting to buy another new Nissan product.

Good dealership, great salesman. Phil Panzarella took time to show me different models, let me test them until I found one that fit me right. After that, I gave him a reasonable offer for my trade in and that was done. Negotiated the price of the car, done. Finance process was smooth and painless. No huge pressure to buy extra stuff or sell me more car than I needed. The whole process took less than a few hours.I have a great car at a great price and it was a good experience. **I left the blue and white dealership down the street after it took the guy 45 minutes to tell me they didnt have what I was looking for** Dont make the same mistake. I was totally surprised and delighted to run errands while my vehicle was getting fixed. Andre was super friendly and generous. After bad experiences and walking out on a couple of other Nissan dealers just the day before, I returned to Woodfield Nissan, which was the initial dealer where my son first test-drove the car he later decided he wanted. Salespersons Danny & John P. helped us from beginning to end ~ explaining all of the details of the car, working with the Finance Manager, Steven, re: the financial details of the deal, and walking my son through setting up all of his specifics in his very 1st and brand new car!!!! I cannot thank Steven enough, as he went through every detail of the sales contract & paperwork with us, as we had many questions about things we didnt understand. We even had to come back the next day to finish talking over things, and he was so kind and patient to explain everything to us until we understood it fully (like an actual teacher)! We have to go back in for an Add-On that my son wants, but Im sure that Woodridge Nissan will handle this in a timely and professional manner as well. I highly recommend Woodridge Nissan and specifically the salesmen, Danny & John P., as salespersons attitudes & encounters matter, as they are the first persons you encounter that can make or break a deal. Worst experience. Dropped my Rogue Select for service today morning and got a call from the service advisor that my car is ready. I went to the service center at 3 PM. I found the receipt ready and I was handed with my car keys. After paying, I walked to the parking lot, but my car was missing. I complained about it and then the advisor and few others started searching for it in the front parking and rear side. After around 15-20 minutes of searching, they informed me that the car was towed away. I was told that it was a mistake and it happened because of a confusion with another customers car. I was told that the car was over 70 miles away and would reach only around 7 PM. I was given a rental car as a replacement until I got back my car.I was forced to cancel my weekend trip to Kentucky because of all these irresponsible chaos that was caused by them. I certainly did not expect such mistakes from them. Totally disappointed.

I traded my old car in and purchased a 2020 Nissan Murano almost 2 months ago. My old car had a pay off amount of a few thousand dollars that Nissan was going to pay off due to my trade in. STILL NOT PAID. I have already started making payments on my new car and my old car loan is still not paid off. Now my old car loan is late and I’m getting late fees, getting reported to credit bureaus for having late payments all because Nissan cannot get it together. I have been on the phone with Nissan multiple times trying to figure this out. They sent the payoff amount to the wrong place. Instead of cancelling the check and sending a new one to the right place they keep trying to find the old check. Meanwhile I’m getting screwed with 2 car loans!! The new one and my old car!! No one at Nissan seems to care cause it’s my credit getting ruined!!! It’s been 2 MONTHS!!!

Went here for a time scheduled oil change,tire rotation and battery service.Arrived her on time but car was not able to be pulled in due to a service back-up until we were 15 minutes late.We added changing the wiper blades to our list and were assured it would take an hour or less for this service. That was only important to us because we had set up dinner plans based on this estimate.After about 45 minutes we were told it will be a bit longer.We moved our reservation to later.At one hour fifteen minutes into the wait we inquired again and were told..Only a few minutes more.We once again moved the reservation. At an hour and forty-five minutes we complained and were told...the car is in the wash rack and we will bring your keys up within a minute. Fifteen minutes later the reality bacame....THEY HAD LOST OUR KEYS!!!We once again moved our reservation and waited.A full twenty minutes later...they found our keys and with very little apologies we were on our way.I am awaiting a call from management. I will update after that call.

Bought a new car late a night. Next day noticed paint had really bad swirl marks, scratch marks, dirty water spots, some dirt fingerprint all over the car. Took it back to dealership. Salesman assured me its just the marks from taking the protective coverings off the car (even though it was a floor model that shouldve been spotless). He offered to take it back and have it cleaned up one more time. 10 minutes later brought the car back and since it was sunny outside it seemed ok. Took it home and after close inspection in the garage - nothing was done to the car. Not even a car wash. Same swirl marks, same dirty water spot marks, same dirty finger marks. Hate being lied to. Will not recommend or visit this dealership again.

He reminded me that tire rotation was recommended.I then asked Mike to have that service done also.My greeting was prompt and courteous. The Rogue was done in a very short time. Mike shared with me the mechanic sheets. He then took me to the cashier and thanked me for coming in to Woodfield Nissan. The Rogue was washed and parked right outside.My experience was great.

My oil change was fine and the employee who helped me was great but he unfortunately had to give me some bad news about my car. It seems as though my brakes are in critical condition at a level 1.. I purchased this car only 7 months ago and it has not been driven much since then due to quarantine. So my problem is that Nissan sold me a car with bad brakes because there is no possibility that I could’ve worn the brakes down that much in the time I’ve had the car.

The absolute WORST CAR BUYING EXPERIENCE I’ve EVER had. We drove an hour away to help my daughter find a car and was told the price was suddenly $1000 more than listed and that it also wasnot certified as it had said on the internet. There was also an extra vin etch fee, not mentioned. So, now the cost was $2,000 extra NOT including the usual tax, title and doc fees. Yet, twice, when I contacted John, the internet manager at this dealership, he claimed it WAS certified.The manager then said he would talk to the guy who priced the car and get back to us. Not only was he NOT planning on calling us, he also RAISED THE PRICE AGAIN on their own website, by $500, the very next day!!!!! Now, I know why this used car has been sitting for five months.This is a very DISHONEST DEALERSHIP. Don’t waste your time and gas.

We bought our 2017 Rogue new at Woodfield Nissan. On April 8th I noticed the vehicle doing unusual things driving down I-90. When I stopped it didnt want to move. I suspected the transmission but wasnt sure. I called about bringing it in and asked about a loaner. They had a loaner and said theyd save one for me. I truly prayed my way to the service bay from my work location in Elgin. On the way the engine light came on but I made it. The service people were AWESOME! I got the loaner quickly so I could get home. Our cat was having serious health issues and we had to get him to the vet that day. Without the loaner I couldnt have gotten home and couldnt have gotten our cat to the vet. (We actually lost him to liver cancer on April 12th.) It was the transmission and it was covered by warranty. I also needed an oil change and found out I still had free ones from when we bought our car! It was a very difficult time and NOT the time I needed my car to go to the shop. I am so appreciative of all they did to fix my car FAST (within 24 hours!) and make our lives easier when they didnt know what we were dealing with. Thanks so much for all you did to make a difficult situation better!

WORST dealer to deal with. Went to buy a car around 4pm and showed the MANAGER specifically which car I wanted. He told it was in the other lot. Fair enough. Asked him to bring it, said it would only take 15-20min. Sure. 5pm comes along...30min....5:30 comes along...STILL NO CAR. Asked where the car is since I had didnt have all day to spend over there...they said another 10 min. sure...ANOTHER 30 min goes by....6pm AND NADA. Went straight to another manager. He told me another 15min...NOTHING. Went to him again... and he said it should be here by 8pm....NEVER GOING TO THIS TRASHY DISRESPECTFUL DEALER AGAIN. I’ve happily purchased two cars here, and will likely buy a third in the future.Salesperson Bob Monaco and Larry Laino were top notch across the board. Recent flooding in the area totaled my previous vehicle. I came in on a Saturday to look at a few potential vehicles while waiting for insurance items to clear. I met Bob and explained the situation to him. He was understanding and not pushy, and even went to get a few keys despite knowing I could not purchase that day. (I’ve experienced some dealerships that don’t want to give you attention unless you can buy that day).I returned a week later to narrow down some options further and actually test drive two vehicles. Bob was patient and accommodating, and again not pushy or overbearing.On Friday the 15th I returned again to finally purchase a vehicle. Bob introduced me to his supervisor Larry, and they got to work quickly with generating attractive options for a 2017 Sentra. Larry fully explained the optional packages, numbers, and did not try to hide profit-rich snake oil into the deal (nitrogen-filled tires anyone?).After quickly reaching an agreement, I was introduced to Roy from service. Roy gave me a detailed overview of the changes to service department since my last purchase four years ago.Finally I met with finance manager Steve. Steve was just as positive and amicable as everybody else, and was thorough with explaining all the signature-documents and extra packages.After everything, I believe I have a solid car for a solid deal, and would wholly recommend Woodfield Nissan to friends and family.

Would not recommend this unprofessional & dishonest dealership. We scheduled an appointment to see a certified preowned car- two days later the cars price went up by 10% plus an additional $800 for the car to be certified- despite confirmation from the carfax listing & internet sales staff prior to driving an hour away to look at the car. The sales manager sat with us and said he would have no reason to lie to us, as he lied to us. He then admitted he would have never sold the car for what they actually listed it and they have to price aggressively to get people in the doors.Very dishonest and no way to do business. Ill be reaching out to Nissan corporate, leaving reviews, and reporting to BBB, so others can be aware of their dishonest practices and save their time and money to work with a professional that can do honest business.

The work was done efficiently and the people were friendly. That being said I only saw ONE person who wore a mask properly and the entire time I was there which was about an hour.During this pandemic masks need to be worn all the time and covering the nose as well as the mouth

Awesome Experience. Ive been treated bad at other dealerships before, but that was definitely not the case here. I went in asking for manager Mario and he asked Erick Martinez to help us out. Erick sat with us and made us feel valued. He made sure to find us the best car and one that we were happy with. I was satisfied with the whole experience. Its refreshing to leave happy, especially when you spend a good amount of money on a car.

This is in regards to the service/vehicle repairs department. Went in to get a recalled part replaced in my car. Was given an estimate of waiting from 3-4 hours. I ended up waiting 5 and 1/2 hours and finally had to go up to a manager to ask why it’s taking so long. The manager was very pleasant and got to the bottom of the issue immediately but the technician was very rude to me. He talked down to me and told me that it was my fault i was waiting that long even though he had my car keys and my car was parked outside. His excuse was that there was “paperwork” being completed but i didn’t need to be there for this paperwork to be done...so why didn’t anyone call or text me that my vehicle is ready? Was i supposed to wait until the store opened the next day to get my car that was already ready to go? Absolutely ludicrous. It would have been fine if the technician didn’t have an attitude. I also heard him speaking on the phone negatively about me to somebody which was unprofessional behavior. I don’t give a flaming hot Cheeto if there’s paperwork - call or text so i can pick up my car and move on with my life. Does nobody have a phone to call or text in this entire building? I’d work on that problem. I was also not given any paperwork upon exiting the establishment which is devastatingly unprofessional, on top of being treated like an idiot.Edit: One of my recalls was for my front springs, which were CLEARLY not replaced, or if they were they took them straight from a junkyard. These springs are known to unravel and puncture the tires, which can cause deadly accidents. The service provider accused me of lying and I can assure you any person with working eyes can see this is not a new part.

My daughter got a Sentra 2019 a couple of months back after driving a mere 8k miles after purchase hear a brake pads making noise in the rear, she was told that her car had new brakes, after nearly a 2&1/2 hour wait we were told need a rotor service and new pads. This should have been done on a courtesy/warranty as a maintenance manager all my life know that rotors and pads do not go out in 8k miles of local driving. We were given a quote of $300 dollars instead. She just graduated as a teacher and a temp at Hoffman High and is disappointed that She was lied about the brakes. We have been a customer since 2 decades and there is a customer appreciation month at this dealership. We drove off disappointed, hope a manager reads this and reaches out to complete the service that needed to be taken care of in the first place.

Staff was attentive. They did what they said they would do. Vehicle came back fixed and under warranty. I was given status updates along the way. I was given a really great Nissan Rogue rental vehicle while car was being serviced. Im very grateful.
