Everything was great except everyone who came in after my family was greeted and we werent. Cant give 5 star.

All their staff were pleasant and friendly.One in particular name was Logan.Logan was very patient when my card declined.He was polite and professional as I had to remove items from my cart.I am very grateful for the services I have received from this location.

On a Thursday evening around 6:59pm my daughter and I had made it to this Five Below location in Hoffman Estates. Jeff and Laleisha were the staff on this evening. My daughter and I were clearly arriving at the time store was closing due to unforeseen circumstances. Laleisha and Jeff were exceptionally kind, and treated my daughter and I as if they were just opening the store for the morning. They helped my daughter and I find exactly what we needed, and the store looked amazing from the shelves to the items on the rack. I genuinely appreciate the excellent customer service provided because we were preferred by a well known Daycare Center Director whom suggested wed find the item we were in search of. So....the word spread:) Thank you again Jeff and Laleisha!!!! My daughter and I will be retuning soon!

Friendly employees, but stars dedicted for the aisles being too narrow--not sure how these comply with Covid restrictions/recommendations. The worst area is the checkout. There are plexiglass barriers in place (good!), but there is no room to safely distance from those who are at other checkouts while trying to get to an open checkout from waiting line area. Terrible, cramped design, left me feeling extremely uncomfortable about my shopping experience with no desire to return.

Great store. Went to buy a charger and toys for the grandkids. Was in the store for about 40 minutes and from the moment I walked in to the moment I left, there was only one associate up front working the cash register and helping out other customers. I asked her if she was there alone and she said her manager was probably somewhere in the back. She had a polite and sweet attitude but I could tell she was a little agitated. She helped me find everything I needed.

I found everything that I was looking for and it was a lot more organized than I expected it to be. The isles were a little small but every place has its flaws. I definitely will come back to this store.

Was a good time. Granddaughter started her Christmas shopping. They are always so helpful.

Reload coming to the store because it is my sons favorite. He likes to look at all the seasonal things they have. Great customer service and conveniently located near woodfield Mall.

Its a junk store, but its fun to take my son there to get him a cheap prize for some accomplishment. They sell knock off Lego sets that work good with the real Legos and my son doesnt notice or care.

Limiting the number of people in the store for social distancing. Lots of items to choose from. Friendly staff.

What can I say I absolutely love this store this is great to just run in and grab extra gifts just in case there was somebody that made a surprise visit and you did not want them to feel unwanted or uninvited so there are always extra gifts you can throw under the tree and I stopped by there just to pick up a few games just in case somebodys birthday pops up I always have extra on hand
