I went to return a bra thatI had purchased earlier that day with a DEBIT card! Upon returning the bra the cashier told me I would be unable to receive cash back as that was the way they do it. The cashier got the manager to double check and the manager looked at me and said..sorry, we can only refund the way it was paid! I showed her on the back of the receipt where it said if paying with debit, cash returns will be issued immediately ! The manager was so rude. Called her manager after I insisted, and suddenly I was able to get my cash back! Instead of apologizing, the manager was just so rude!! I apologized for being a pain, but explained I needed that money..she looked at me with a nasty look and said NOTHING! A manager needs better customer service skills! Sad!
