Im writing this review only for David, an associate at the Hoffman Estates location of Comp USA. After asking to see a TV that wasnt on display, David was the only one who could help me. Not another associate we first talked to. Not even the manager came out to speak with us (he was sitting in his office the entire time). But David came up to me and offered his assistance. I could tell he was working hard by answering other peoples questions at the same time as assisting me. Clearly he has the ability to juggle many tasks and maintain a professional sales demeanor. I applaud his efforts. MANAGERS, PLEASE THANK DAVID FOR HIS EXCELLENT WORK. Thank you.

I think I am done having a close by computer store to go to. Every time I seem to ignore my previous bad experiences in this store, I soon remember why I gave up shopping here. I literally think that the staff in these CompUSA / Tiger Direct stores are literally abused and mistreated to the point that they really dont care to be helpful. They dont greet anyone. They dont look up. They dont smile. I think they might hate customers. I could spend all day browsing and not one person would want to say hello. I dont need constant service, nor do I have a million questions. I did purchase a Samsung laptop here and just getting it from top stock was a pain. Shop here - but dont expect anyone there to want you to.

This store is now a TigerDirect store. It is still open. I recently visited to buy some RAM to upgrade my rig.I guess the CompUSA / TigerDirect relation hasnt been cleared up. Either way, good buys.

Good prices, zero service, if you want something be prepared to ask and fight for it.hopefully, only this store is so surly and rude.might be worth the drive to another location if you have a choice.

Wow. I was waiting in line for 10 damn minutes while two employees were doing nothing. Let me clarify, nick, some other guy, and a girl with a lip ring were talking about Katy perrys breasts (no joke) the whole time I was waiting using terms like huge boobies and knockers and stacked while a Mexican family is standing behind me. After they finished the conversation and pseudo intellectual jeering, they finally decided to help me. This store is always a mess. Thank God for Ahmad and his consistency and reliability. I would not shop here if I didnt have to and I hope they clean their mess up. Whoever runs this place must be doing it for charity. 4/26 8:30pm
