They printed my daughters wedding invites. We were very pleased with the quality and price! I emailed the file, they were quick with the quote and quick with the printing! Everyone I worked with was great. I highly recommend and will definitely use them again.

Called and informed her what I wanted, scheduled a time to show up to work with her and then when I showed up she told me she doesnt do what a giant sign on her wall clearly says they do Creative Design. She was very frazzled and unprofessional in my opinion and this I would suggest going to a different minuteman press

This location provided me with quick response to my quote request and was able to deliver the order on short notice as I needed brochures for a trade show. The brochures came out much better then I had imagined and were nicely presented. They really know what they are doing.I had no issues and the work they did was amazing.I would highly recommend working with Juli and Chatherine.

Best customer service and quality of product! Every time I email ANYTHING I have a response within minutes. Catherine is always so responsive, great at advice on editing before anything is sent to print and a joy to work with. We even ordered postcards and got a few hundred more then requested/paid for! Danielle helped me design customized note pads for my niece who is a dance instructor. One design was specific for ballet and the other for hip hop. Both turned out beautifully and the little dancers enjoy receiving notes from Taylor.

I’ve always had good experiences with Minuteman in Hoffman Estates and I have been going in there for over 3 years. They are a busy place and they do a lot of business, so it may be important to have a clue of what you want before you go in there.They have reasonable prices and they put out the print right away. Danielle and the team at Minuteman Press are incredible! I now use them exclusively for my business printing needs and they are always willing to do what it takes to get the job done. There have been multiple times in the past where they were able to get me materials and items printed at the last minute so I cant say enough about the value they bring!

We brought our project to MinuteMan press in Hoffman Estates on a Friday afternoon 90 minutes before they were closing for the weekend. Danielle was an absolute angel for us. She went above and beyond to make our last minute dream of having big heads for a championship game a reality. We have used them before for Christmas cards but will now be using them for our photo printing as well. The quality was FAR superior to enlargements at one hour pharmacy.

I have used the oakbrook terrace minuteman location before and received great service. Unfortunately this was our first time attempting to print with this location but their lack of customer service is overwhelming. We were looking for a local printing company to take over all our future printing projects but cannot even get a quote for over a month now. BEWARE: if a company doesnt provide a quote for you within a few days of your request after you requested it at least 5 times...they will never get it to you.

Great design help, quick turnaround, budget friendly prices and great people! Danielle and Cathy of Minuteman Press, Hoffman Estates have helped me with several printing needs (I love their Rack Cards!). They are responsive to my requests, and produce a beautiful product. Before I found them, I used an online printer. But with an online printer youre pretty much stuck with a template - with MMP-HE, they will brainstorm with you to make the product meet your needs. Cathy even went the extra step to find me a picture that would enhance my printed piece. Thank you, MMP-HE!

MMP Hoffman Estates is the best! They are so flexible in helping me create what I want and always provide the bust guidance. They help me brainstorm for projects and let me know if I need to adjust my design before its printed (best part so that I can avoid awkward prints). Also- I am a small business owner so I always have many projects going on at once and MMP Hoffman is always there to help. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this location!!

You need to fire the person who answers the phone, everytime she answers she sounds like shes got better things to do and my time or work is not worth her time. This time it was the last time, I called because I needed information and she asks questions I called to ask! what kind of paper sir?! in a very rude way Im sure they do great work I was recommended to them but the first thing I experienced was this rude lady I wont be doing any of my business with them unless she is removed and someone with a better attitude takes her place who wont make me feel like a bother when calling asking for a quote and information. I called the other minuteman press in arlington heights and the guy was very helpful and respectful of my time. GO TO THE MINUTEMEN IN ARLINGTON HEIGHTS!

Worst place to go - No Customer Service please look for other location, The lady she is not at all helpful she talks on the phone and doesnt respond to the customer I would not even rate them a 1 star. Please visit some other place.
