I am usually skeptical of autobody shops but this was an amazing place I managed to stumble upon! I have been to this auto shop three times in the last 3 years and each time the staff is just amazing. They are very friendly and pleasant to talk to. Especially as a woman who is unfamiliar with cars and repairs, they made me feel welcomed. They are willing to work with you and they even fit me in last minute! Every time I pick up my car from repair, it is detailed and they leave a nice smelling car freshener. Richie went above and beyond and even replaced by back windshield wiper when he noticed it was broken; and I am so appreciative and thankful! Although inconvenient to get my car repaired, I know I am in good hands when I drop it off with these guys. The shop is clean, and the staff is always available to answer you at the door. They treat their guests with the best customer service I have received from any auto shop! Thank you Mike and Richie for taking care of us!!!!!

Staff are very friendly and keep you updated throughout the whole process and even work with Enterprise rental to make the process easier.

Ive had occasion to use this shop a few times now. The most recent was a larger job than the others. Every time Ive been there, Ive been treated unbelievably well. I read another review that mentioned Ritchie giving the customer a ride home and I can believe it because thats how Ive seen them treat everyone. That said, I wouldnt go back just for nice guys. The fact is, they do incredible work on time. Plus,each time, the car is clean as a whistle. I wouldnt go anywhere else.

I got into my first accident a few days ago and they took care of everything. My car turned out looking better then it did before. Richie is a really nice guy and made me feel like I was in good hands! It’s nice having an auto place I can go to now with a place I trust- they did a great job!

Person rammed my rear driver side completely messing it up and Revitalize was able to make the car look good as new! Gives me hope that its resell value wasnt affected by someones negligence. Truly stellar work! More like art to be quite honest. Also they were done MUCH quicker than anticipated, at least 2-3 days ahead of schedule.

Richie and Dino and the entire crew at Revitalize made the process of getting my car repaired as easy and painless as possible. The car came back not only fixed, but professionally detailed inside and out. I highly recommend using them for any car repair you have.

They are great! My car went in on Monday and was done on Wednesday, I couldn’t believe it! Especially because they had to fix the entire front end. Everyone was very nice and helpful and they did great work. I would recommend to anyone who is looking for an auto body shop!

Got rear ended and had some deep gouges in my bumper. Richie fixed it up perfectly. On top of that I received the best interior and exterior detail ive ever had. I pride myself on keeping a spotless car, and have also had it detailed elsewhere and this was far more professionally done.If you are in an accident ask your insurance if this shop is in your network. I have seen some other one off reviews here but I can assure you, the service was unbelievable. I am in no way affiliated with this shop.One last note, I had about a 15 minute walk home from the shop and I was prepared to head out when Richie insisted that he drive me home. Had a conversation about my work, my car, and just life. Great guy. YOU deserve Revitalize service! 20/10

I was in a car accident about a month ago. It was during a very stressful time for me and when this happened it nearly put me over the edge. At the time of the accident, the damage was bad enough that I couldnt drive my car. To make a long story short, my insurance company had my car towed to Revitalize Auto Body. I hadnt done business with them before, so I had no first hand experience as to the quality of work they do. But I just have to say, from beginning to end, my experience with this business was superb. Richie called me as soon as the car arrived and put my mind at ease in knowing that my car was in good hands. In a day and age where good customer service is so hard to find, I have to say that Richie and his team go above and beyond in that department. And the quality of workmanship is equal to the customer service. When I picked up my car, it looked better than it did when I bought it new. I was amazed at how clean it was. It had been cleaned from top to bottom and even had the new car smell going on. Richie is very kind and helpful, called me regularly with updates on the car and did a very nice detail on the car after it was finished. Would absolutely come here again if needed and would recommend giving them a look.

I never write reviews this literally is my first ever. I got into a car accident the day before Christmas 2018. After getting my estimate I went to Revitalize to inquire on services. Their professionalism and customer service was beyond my expectations. With the holidays they were busy but still took my car in. They finished way before I thought they would and the work was incredible. My whole front end was ripped off, quarter panel all dinged up. When I picked it up it looked like the day I drove it off the lot. Detailed clean had the new car scent. I can’t say enough about this place. If you get into a wreck god hoppin everyone is ok and are worried about were to go walk into Revitalize and relax. You won’t be disappointed.

FANTASTIC. Was in a fender bender that put a hole in our bumper. We tried to save a buck by using an eBay company that will send you vehicle parts painted to match, after 3 bumpers that didnt match, I stopped in on Wednesday and dropped the car off to have the bumper that didnt match painted to match.2 DAYS LATER, after painting, installing the bumper and blending adjacent panels-we got a courtesy call saying our car was ready. To our surprise, when I showed to pick my wifes vehicle up, it was in the WASH BAY, one of the owners son had just finished cleaning and detailing the INSIDE AND OUT, unexpected and FREE. All I can say is WOW. What excellent customer service, ALL MY AUTOBODY needs will be going back here.THANK YOU REVITALIZE!!!

Very satisfied with the body work on my Rav4

First, let me start by saying that Im the guy that parks the furthest away from other cars to avoid door dings. I wash my truck every other day and wax it every other week in the summer months. Obsessive?, maybe. I prefer to be known as a person who takes tremendous pride in their vehicles.Recently I had the bad luck of being rear-ended; events like that would typically ruin me, but I have the good fortune of having found Revitalize Auto Body a year ago. I cant imagine that any other shop could compete with their attention to detail, experience and outstanding customer service. I cant say enough about them. I am not a relative, nor a part of the company and have nothing to gain by giving them praise, they totally earned it. A happy customer, once again!
