Great selection but its just so over priced. I can get most of this online much cheaper and it is literally the exact same amount. The staff is wonderful, though. Very helpful and friendly. Wish the store was just a bit more reasonably priced.

My first time visiting the store. I needed fabric to replace the bottom of my ottoman. There was a wide assortment of fabrics at the store. There wasnt anyone to assist me and trying to find the right material whats difficult. I think the place is understaffed.

This particular location has a great selection of fabric and amazing coupon deals, but the store is in desperate need of renovations. It is very dingy and hot in there, and sometimes can be slightly messy. Staff are usually helpful, but depending on when you go they may be understaffed with a line or nobody to help you at the fabric cutting counter. They have things you can’t find at other craft stores which makes them important but it lacks in the overall experience department. You go here because you need something and less to actually peruse and shop. It is a crafters staple but it deserves a facelift.

I will have to visit another store in another location. This one I was not feeling. I only went there cause I needed some stuff and I had a coupon. Ill give a real review after I visit a different store

I love JoAnns. They have some fantastic fabrics. The staff is generally pretty knowledgeable and always friendly and kind. And the sales and coupons make it all worth it. The only downside is that its always a bit warm, and theres no public toilet. But the pros always outweigh the cons.

I went to the Centereach store and they sent me to the Holbrook location because didn’t have material I wanted. At first the manager Chris said I would need number of fabric to find. I called the centereach location and they gave me the number. I told chris the number n he said he couldn’t help me I would have to look myself. Even though I couldn’t find it. He was rude and not helpful and Jo Ann’s should get rid of him.

Their pricing is odd. An item was 5.99 and 30% off, at the register they were like, 5.99 please. The 30% off was supposedly included in the 5.99. But they do have a huge selection of fabrics to choose from.

Joanns has a nice variety at nice prices. And they always help you save with membership rewards and coupons

I have been in Joann Fabrics stores from East coast to West coast and all stores are basically the same. This is an older store, the isles are very small and it is not brightly lit. There is plenty of parking and it is an easy to find location. As most of their stores it is hard to find staff on the sales floor to help you and the check out process, lines move pretty slow.

I love this place, I dont mind to make a long drive to the store I always find what I need and the personal are always friendly

Short staffed. Line to get fabric cut. After I waited 15 minutes for a price on a remnant, I was told she couldnt do it now because of the line. I had to go pick out something else and then wait another 15 minutes again.But, they have good sales.

Never knew this place was here. Went for the first time. They have a lot of really interesting things. Kinda like a Michaels but a little smaller. Shelves were a little unorganized but good selection never the less. Friendly staff. Reasonable pricing and good parking.

This store is one of the oldest on the island. The feel of the building does it no justice though. Ive visited this location over the past years and I have to say the improvement is night and day. The store is full, impactful, and shoppable. The seasonal items are inspiring and the gnome items are funny. The fabric side of the store is full, VERY full. They are an dress fabric lead store and you can see if clearly from the outside when walking to the door. The register area is very open with no cattle hurding feel to them. The aisles are decently spaced so two people can easily fit. The selection is good with many assortments of items to choose from. Yarn, wood, canvas, home decor fabric, ect. Great for a one stop crafting shop. On the visit yesterday it was a very fog filled morning. Gave a mist feel 😂
