He took the refund without hesitation and instructed me to toss the printer in the trash.Since I still need a printer, GT did not solve my problem. Since my experience was 3 defects ( 1 cartridge, 2 printers) back-to-back. I question the validity of their claim to 100% positive feed back from 1200 customers and their approach to customer service.
