Anyone asked to call, Dominik, Anthony or whatever the 3rd name of jokers that say they are all the owner not one of the owners, dont waste your time dialing. These people only care up until the cash is in hand. They will drop you the second you open your mouth with one word against them, no questions asked!Seriously not joking, on and since they only do online business, they have no issue taking Ng your money from you then auto canceling your order but keeping your money for half a week, because they put a note in the computer that you are a scumbag and they shouldnt serve you! I hope there facility blows up from some incompetent pilot, and they actually dont get a dime from it. Real smart idea to have mobile bombs basically inside the airport!

I have been using Romeos Fuel for over a year now and havent had any problems. I have never been over charged. They have always completely filled my tanks, never stopping short to keep me getting to the next cheaper tier. I personally measure my tanks and using a chart I know exactly how much oil I need within 10 gallons. I order 20 gallons more than I actually need to make sure I get completely filled. They always refunded my credit card within a few hours of delivery for the oil I did not take.

The prices are good and the Drivers are even better. The only issue I have had is how unpleasant the ladies are that answer the phones. When having bought a few thousand gallons of oil from a company you would expect to be treated with a little more respect. But on multiple occasions I have called to place orders and they couldn’t careless about being courteous. I mean down right nasty.

I used this company for the first time because of a $25 offer off my first fill up. It was easy to order online and pay in advance. But I ran out of oil, and had to call someone else to get an emergency 50 gallons. My tank is 225 gallons and I called Romeos and asked if they could push my delivery back because I wouldnt be able to take the full 200 gallons I ordered. The woman on the phone was unpleasant when I asked her and told me the delivery was scheduled and they couldnt change it. So on the day of delivery, I came home to a full tank of oil, but there was no receipt telling me how much oil I had actually gotten. All oil trucks print out that yellow receipt, but I didnt get one. So I called, and you have to leave messages. I asked first how much oil I got and why there was no receipt. The following day, I was emailed a statement and of course, the tank didnt take the full 200. I was refunded the money for what they didnt put into my tank. Im on the fence about them, I dont know if I hadnt called, would I have ever gotten a receipt or refund. Other than that, they showed up when they said and the price was good. Ill say 3 out of 5 stars.

Very unfortunate... they may have to invest in a better card processing company. good oil rate, and maybe CC system to avoid fraud. But lost my business going forward. I have a 1000 gallon tank and in need of 700+ gallons. I tried ordering online 5 times with 3 different cards and each time I get a AVS rejected error. $11247.4 on pending charges. I know where I live and I know MY BILLING address. I called and they refused to help me saying I need to know what my correct billing address is and there is nothing they can do. I just placed an order with an other service and the card processing was so easy!

I normally don’t write bad reviews, but this time will make an exception and share my experience with Romeos Fuel. Actually, it started during the winter: I placed an order, but it was impossible to reach anyone at Romeos Fuel to confirm the delivery or cancel the order. We were simply left in a cold house until finally someone answered the phone and cancel my order. Few days after, I got an email from Romeos Fuel soliciting my review. I responded to the email, explaining my terrible experience with their customer service. I expected that they seek customer’s feedback to improve their customer relations. This morning I placed the order with Romeos Fuel by mistake as I didn’t realize at the time of placing order this is the firm that left us in cold for a week during the winter. Soon after the order was placed and delivery confirmation received, I received an email confirming that my order was canceled. I sent txt inquire with no answer, called few times and finally when I got someone on the phone, she told me that there is a note on my account and manager will call me. Manager called me back and, to my surprise, she said that because of my bad review my account is blocked! So, this firm seeks your feedback and if they don’t like your review, they’ll just cancel your orders! Such unprofessional place!

Romeos fuel offers fast delivery and great prices. However, they had a $25 off first delivery coupon with no terms. I placed an order and received less than 150 gallons. Upon delivery, they refused to provide the credit. Anthony then called me and said they would provide it on the next delivery. The next delivery came and he had no idea what I was talking about so I never got the $25. Unfortunately, this whole experience has just left a bad taste in my mouth.

I spoke with a young lady on the phone that advised me I had to fill out some forms and order on-line . After I did that they sent me an confirmation e-mail with the date of delivery. To my surprise they delivered my oil before I got up that morning. I did have a question and when I phoned them they quickly answered my question. In addition to their low prices, I also applied a 7c off discount code that they emailed to me. The order process was very quick and easy and their communication back to me was almost instantaneous. My tank is on the outside of the house so i have then put in gel, most times they leave the empty bottle on the tank [ which is great i know they put it in ] . I ordered oil from Romeo on a very cold Wednesday evening after using them for over a year upon moving to my new home. After waking up on Thursday morning, I noticed the heat was not coming on. I then realized I had run out of oil. I immediately called Romeos Fuel oil and was told they couldnt deliver oil to me until Monday.! I explained again that I had absolutely no oil and had my elderly mother in law living with me and could not go with no heat when it was already so cold and supposed to go down to 18 degrees F. Overnight. The representative told me she could not help me. I then asked to speak to a supervisor, who was absolutely heartless. I explained again how I had no oil at all and my situation and even suggested a 100 gallon delivery In order to tide me over. They offered me absolutely nothing!! I called a different oil company and received a full tank of 1,000 gallons of oil in 2 hours! I will never use Romeo oil again. They have lost me as a customer. They are cheap, that is it! Don’t depend on this oil company in your hour of need! SHAME ON YOU ROMEO FUEL OIL.!!!
