This is my local UPS store and the employees here ALWAYS go above and beyond to help the customers as quickly and efficiently as they can. On this particular day (7/28/21) a elderly woman came in being very rude and demanding. She asked the young lady how much would it be to shred two boxes for her. The young lady told her it depends on the weight of the box. Now because the young lady is a slim and short young lady, the old lady tells her that there is no way she can help her and doesnt want her help just because of her size. The young girl still offered to carried the boxes for the elderly woman. After weighing them for her and telling her the price of $66 the old lady decides she doesnt want to pay. So once again the young lady carries the boxes back for the elderly who doesnt have any appreciation or kindness to give. I commend this young woman. She went above and beyond and did it without a attitude after being insulted. I didnt get her name but she wear glasses if that helps and the manager is reading this. Sorry about that. I will continue to come here due to the always polite and full service given. Thank you.

The staff members working here are ALWAYS friendly, welcoming and professional at the same time. Fast with their acts but polite when rushing. Usually not crowded except around holiday season. Conveniently, a huge parking lot!

Everytime I come here the employees go above and beyond. Dan is very knowledgeable and Nick is very thorough.

I used this store because they were opened on a Sunday. The usual UPS Store I use was closed. I was shipping a package to my daughter in Canada. I insured the package and paid over $106.00 to ship it to be delivered by the following week. I checked the tracking number and continued to get a message that it was on schedule. I received an email that I needed to pay customs duties as well as the UPS service fee of approximately $108.00 which I paid. The delivery date came and went. I kept calling and they kept telling me it was delayed. I then was finally told after approximately 2 weeks of calling that the package was lost. It took a while for them to process the refund but when they attempted to refund they were only going to give me $100.00 for the lost package even tough the value was in excess of $500.00. I would not use UPS again if my life depended on it!

Went to this UPS store to return Mens sneakers and had trouble with my phone to find a bar code. The young man John was so helpful and kind . It ended up being a very good experience .

Only went to this location for a notary. They say the notary is there until 6 PM, when I went in and asked for him they said he would be right out. I waited in the lobby for 15 minutes with nobody helping me when I asked if the notary was coming they told me he had stepped out. They obviously don’t care about their customers or the time that they are wasting if I did not ask they would’ve let me continue to wait

Dan is the DEFINITION of an asset to this company! Man, what a solid worker he is. I have over 12 yrs of retail/management experience and I would kill for a guy like that when I was hiring staff. Whether the store is empty or packed, hes got a smile on his face, taking his time to help every customer, going above and beyond whats expected. Cant say enough good things about Dan and this location.

Had to get something notarized. The gentleman was very polite & it STILL only costs $2.00! In and out quickly - he even put my letter in with their mail that was going to be picked up shortly. Saved me from getting drenched a second time

I just tried to ship an Amazon return (which I do quite often) and was told I needed to put my item, a shoebox, into another box to ship, and I could purchase the additional box from them for $4.95. Amazon does not require returns to be given to UPS packed and ready to ship. I went to the UPS nearby and they took it no problem. I hope other people aren’t falling for this.

Amazing customer service. I come here to send all my time sensitive documents. Never once had a problem. The staff is beyond exceptional and always goes above and beyond to facilitate your needs (at least in my experience). A million times better than dealing with USPS.

UPDATE 3/24: my package was located and I was given misinformation from UPS corporate about this store. The package was mishandled in Atlanta Center and they were blaming the local UPS Store.

I was at the ups store today to ship out and make copies. The customer service was the best . They are knowledgeable, helpful, kind and all with a smile. I will definitely go back for my shipping needs.

I had a mailbox here for 3-4 years and ever since the new owners took over this place has been MUCH better. Very friendly and helpful like a mom-n-pop should be. The son Sam communicates through email which was very helpful for me. I think one of the guys that work there is Dan, good kid, knows what hes doing and get me in and out.

Its ridiculously expensive they charge $24 for a box and 3 B&W copies I will never go to this store again

Store has excellent customer service! I dont know the name of the gentleman who helped me, but I had to ship two packages back to Amazon and I realized I messed up my shipping labels. I was a bit frustrated after I learned Amazon was charging me for each, but the Sales clerk was super helpful and friendly. He offered a better way to handle Amazon returns next time and accommodated my shipping needs within his means. Definitely the most efficient UPS store around.

We have been going to this UPS location for over 4 years now and we appreciate all that the owner does to meet our shipping needs. Weve had a couple of issues with UPS as a company (delayed shipping/lost packages) and the owner Samir has been extremely helpful every single time. He has gone above and beyond to ensure that we get the proper response and/or refund. Which is why we continue to come back to this specific location.

It was an absolute pleasure to work with the helpful, knowledgeable and friendly folks at this location. 3 years ago I came in and had to pay for a Box which I felt was over priced. I had no problem with the actual service back then though. This time I paid $20 or $30 for boxes so whatever.August 2021:Major props to Susanna, she held down the fort and deserves major props for her patience and the help she gave to me. I shipped about 18 packages through the store because I was moving. Most were pre labled and some were shipped through the store. Either way I would like to give her a big public thank you for her service. She showed great patience and excellent management skills b/c the store is usually busy. She had product knowledge and knew how to use the ups.com technology gave directions to the other staff and worked multiple registers. Thanks Susanna! Everything made it to its final destination.

I have been to many UPS stores along with the post office and never have they charged me $2.00 for 1 piece of tapeI will take my business els-ware.I rate this place a rip off! And 0 stars if I couldIn response to the owner... I took my package to the UPS store in Stonybrook and they took the 1 piece of tape needed to seal the package FREE of charge.Your store will lose more money by losing customers. you can go to the dollar store and buy a whole role of packing tape for a dollar.It’s also much cheaper to go around the corner to the post office your store overcharges for everything.

I am delighted with the service I received from Steve Herman’s (owner) UPS Store.Recently I had 1 framed drawing and 6 paintings shipped from this store in Holbrook to Trumansburg, N.Y. These paintings were made with extremely raw, delicate materials and were painted 42 years ago. To say they were in a delicate state and that they were of great sentimental value to me would be an enormous understatement. I brought these items to the Holbrook UPS Store at around 4pm on Thursday, November 12th and they were shipped and on their way to Trumansburg by 7pm that day. All of these items arrived in pristine condition, well wrapped and exactly when the tracking time was stated. Steve and his staff answered all of my questions, were very accommodating to my wants and needs concerning this shipment, including a timely and careful estimate of cost which came very close to the final invoice figure. I recommend the service at this store without hesitation.

It doesn’t make sense to me that I cannot get a refund from a package that wasn’t delivered, if it even half of it. It doesn’t make sense. Worst company and I will never use them again. That policy is rubbish.
