Life room shades installed last year.Installed improperly and have never worked asvideos claim. Shades are completely off track. 4 seasons should a better job of vetting their distributors. 2hirehandyman doesnt return calls and make exceptional excuses. But still no resolution of shoddy work.

It’s been almost 13 weeks since we ordered our Life Room and we still do not have all the materials. We’re told a ship date and only a few parts ship. The framing shipped, but no screens. The screens shipped, but no housing for them to go into. The contractor can’t do any work! I’ve called and left messages with the Four Season customer service and no return call. This is beyond aggravating since we’ve had to cancel graduation and holiday parties because of these delays. I’ve had an entire pool built in the time we’ve been waiting on the Life Room, which was the part of the project we were most looking forward to. This experience with Four Seasons has been a huge disappointment.

Called and set up an appointment, got an email saying when it would be, and that I would receive a call to confirm. Never received a call. I tried calling the number they provided in the email, but the number was disconnected. Tried calling their main office, and my call was answered by an answering service that evidently answers their calls when they are too busy. I called twice and both times was assured Id receive a call back to resolve my issue. Never got a call, no one ever showed up. As others here have said, dont waste your time. Its a shame as the product looked really great, but seems impossible to actually get it.

The automated screens are really cool and will definitely help with Long Island summer bugs that drive me crazy

Filled out the form for a quote. Got a call from a sales Rep, Set up an Appt for June 1st between 6 and 7pm. No show. No Call. No nothing. My fault for not taking down his contact info. So Far, Zero Stars Liferoom. The rep for 32408 isnt helping you.

I had a recent appointment with LifeRoom. The Contractor we met with answered all my questions, went over the products we will be using and prices for adding LifeRoom to our home. It was just what my husband and I were looking for. I cannot wait to work with the contractor again.
