Everyone knows of the lost time you can spend in a large store like Home Depot walking around trying to find what you need. Usually customer service on the floor is scarce,yet I was lucky today I found Deanna who found everything I was shopping for and did it quickly while smiling the whole time and making me feel valued. For a change it was a pleasure to shop at the Home Depot. Thanks to this employee.

Walked into Home Depot and Dee was open smiles and helped me to find paint. Deanna took her time a walked me to where I needed to go. She not only talked about the store and how she enjoyed working there.

Employees are helpful. Be prepared to walk. The store is very large to allow ample space for quite a variety of products. The aisles are wide which helps when keeping distance from others. Prices are a lil bit high but reasonable. Inventory is displayed with care and organization. Recommend.

I was satisfied with the experience. Some of the associates who have been there forever,really know their stuff. Nice place and they have their doors open when you need to hammer down on projects.

The cabinet designer Jorge J. Bliach is very good very kind. Great employees, very helpful. In the last 15 years Jorge designed a new kitchen and bathroom for us several times

It was the holiday FL location and it was a Spanish man in a wheelchair. My fiancé and I bought a home and we have spent so far over 10k in your store from floors to washer n dryer to lawn lowing weed whack and no one has taken the time to be so insightful and helpful and knowledgeable as what I experienced today In this location. I didnt get his name but he was the only associate in a wheelchair and his disability has proven that his abilities far exceed those we have encountered. We will continue to shop at this preferred location just because of the attention and help that was given ..

I didnt like the attitude a guy have me and my friend when we asked where the bathroom was. The lady that greeted us tho had a big smile of her face and had and so did the rest of the staff at the register give em a raise

I Always buy all of my tools from my local Home Depot. Always buying the extended warranty’s as well. As coming in to do a clam as I have went through before at the same location, the first time a older short blonde haired woman was very rude about The whole process so I proceeded to leave debating not coming back. I took the chance on trying again bring it back this evening and had a wonderful gentleman- Ryder help me threw the process. As long as this gentleman is still working there with his amazing customer service I will be coming back.

Lowes is better I was there today to get 20 bags of mulch. The witch on the outside garden center was RUDE. I WAS ABOUT TO LEAVE. I TOLD HER NO ONE IS OUT SIDE TO LOAD. SHE SAID YOU WILL HAVE TO WAIT🤔I WAITED FOR 14 MINUTES AND I TOLD THE WITCH YOU HAVE O BUSINESS WORKING HERE.THIS HAS GOT TO BE THE WORST RAN STORE IN FLORIDA OR UNITED STATESTHEY SHOULD BE FIRED ALL OF THE PEOPLE.

Holiday home Depot is my favorite I visit one of the many near me daily but Joe at the pro desk is the nicest most professional and very knowledgeable person out if all of them

My best store to shop for my home improvement

We bought 6 interior doors and gave the associate the sizes. He got all correct but one so we had to take it back and get the correct size. We also bought a front door and the associate got the wrong door so again we had to return it. All that said the store worked to get the errors corrected and went out of their way to ensure we got what we wanted quickly. Everyone was friendly. The store was clean and associates were available to help.

It is a pretty good store. Old guy in Electrical clearly doesnt like his job and was not interested in answering questions or helping. Second time Ive had that experience when asking where something was or a recommendation on a project. With the same guy no less. But there wasnt anyone else to ask. Products are fine.

DONT trust reviews posted on Home Depots website. Basically if you need to post a bad review on a product they sell, they will reject your review.I bought a chair and picked it up on April 19th. Chair is meant to be used in the formal living where we dont even use. Yesterday it was the second time for me using the chair. All of a sudden chair broke from inside for no reason. I tried to return it, but the returning time was done. I tried to post a review on the product, no one called me and they just rejected my review. I called the call center and they said they cant do anything.Check the photos to see how poor material used for the inner frame and their rejection email.

Today 2 fine gentlemen delivered a couple replacement sliding doors because of a miscommunication when I went in the other day to pick them up( couldnt find the doors ).I sincerely wish to thank the store managers and the two gentlemen for helping out this disabled veteran!Bill Goodwin

Home depot is there for all my needs from work to home and back I moved into a new house a year ago and was at the depot for 3 days getting everything I needed .they have about everything you need from cleaning supplies to building supplies.a great place for to get what you need.

I typically find what Im looking for at Home Depot. I dont rely on the employees for help. I simply go on my merry way and shop for my home improvement needs. I admit, I usually end up spending more than what I intended because I always find other things that I could use.

Was able to return items that we didnt need without issue. Money was returned promptly.

I always get store credit when I return a item so I dont have to wait for bank transactions if I plan to buy something else in that moment I use my pro rewards most of the time and you dont need a receipt sometimes I forget anyway today they refused my return because of the store credit practice, word to the wise avoid getting store credit when returning a item because when you are in a situation that its nesseccary you just might be refused . Also it took them 40 minutes just to get a skew on the items . I avoid Lowes but starting to consider it a option

Fantastic, I needed help picking out a new shop vac to clean up after a flood and Diane from Hardware was so helpful in finding the right one to get my job done.

I would not recommend this Home Depot. Drive a little further to save you frustration. The store was a mess. I couldnt get down many of the aisles because of trash or work carts in the way. Very difficult to find anything I needed and when I asked for help the first employee was rude and just stared me . I had to ask again and he said he was busy and walked off. The 2nd employee wasnt as rude, but I had to convince her to help me. It was a frustrating experience.

Home improvement projects done through this Home Depot are horrible. There is no communication between Home Depot, the contractor and the customer. Every time we call the store, we get “transferred” to a line that disconnects. I will never use Home Depot again, especially not this location.

Perfect 24-hour local convenience store basically get all your necessities and few extras as in need some good people and specially at 2:00 in the morning whenever hes getting home out of the bars and they usually work with you sometimes if you dont have the exact amount if youre a good customer decent place

Went to pickup an online order that was ready for pickup. I did arrive about 10 mins to close on a weeknight, but I was told that all the customer service cashiers had left for the night already and I was refused service. I will never return to this location. I drove here after work and it was way out of the way but it was the only location in the area with all of the items I ordered at one store. I cancelled the online order and purchased from Lowes instead.

Normally I like the home depot but this location had the worst service Ive had in a long time..... I physically approached 3 associates and asked for help and each one told me theyd call someone and I never did get any help. Very disappointing!!! I regularly recommend Home Depot to my friends and acquaintances but ths location was definitely below standards

HD is great. I like how I can go online and check if what I am looking for is in stock before making the trip. HD always have better quality products at the best prices than the other competitor. And as always, their staff is very helpful.

Went to lowes looking for flowers and they all just looked dead. Came here and they had everything we needed.

One of the Home Depots I went to out on Highway 19 the one going south past New Port Richey waited and waited way too long for somebody to help me just to get a couple of screws and some nails to put back t r i m everybody was just standing around it took me forever to find help so I went and asked the paint guy if I had the right ones very dissatisfied I should stick to the other one by Walmart but when I cashed out the guy that was working in the plant Department was very nice very professional for a young man

Rental department- I’m sure most days they do “okay” but today was a joke. Here is the short of it.After two hours the chain saw I rental quit, I immediately called but they still charged $50 for two hours. In my eyes that’s overcharging! Especially since I explained I have to find time to drive back up from Saint Pete and rent another chain saw (with their four hour rental minimum) to finish the job. All I wanted was a tool that worked right. By the time it’s all done and said it would of been cheaper if I stayed home and just hired a pro.Here’s a little foot note, while I was there another customer was returning a broken tool!

AS of 12/18/20 they still have a beautiful selection of trees. I was greeted with a warm smile and got exactly what I wanted for my little one. Thanks

Pretty bad service. Ordered online for curbside pickup, twice, and both experiences were bad. The first time I was there for almost a hour total, watching customers that came after me leave after just a few minutes. This time they completely forgot a pole pruning saw and I didnt realize until I got home and then had to go all the way back. I typically prefer home depot over Lowes, but, fool me once...

Never enough staff to help you find what youre looking for. Its getting kind of tiring to have to hunt for an associate.

The Hudson store, where I live, didnt have the size shed I needed, so I came to this store that had all the sizes in stock.

Now that delivery was never made and they waited till the delivery date to tell us, we had to go to Lowes and purchase another refrigerator and stove . they turned out to be the worst to deal with both with Samsung for the refrigerator, and Amana for the stove

Had everything we needed but sold us the wrong nails for the nail gun

First this is not against the store in general. Just recent service. Bought a LG washer and steam dryer set and wanted to stack them....but unless we bought the stacking adapter with them we were told they were not able to do with our delivery guys even if I bought the adapters somewhere else in time.. Of course the LG adapter were 4 weeks or so back ordered. So we chose not to wait and just get the washer and dryer......waited 2 weeks for delivery ( in the mean time picked up the LG stacking adapter right at best buy in gulf view mall). Today March 2nd they are delivered ( i am on a work trip so my wife handled being there for the install.) The installers did not stack them and even if they would have they didnt have long enough hoses...ok fair, but frustrating. Then later today my son texts me pictures because I wanted to see the set to which I noticed and my son verifief....they didnt hook up the water line to the dryer and didnt leave the hoses kit I paid for either. So I call the store, and they apologize...then tell me it will be a week and a half. ( the 11th) till the delivery guy can drop off my hose and hook it up. I definitely got upset. I waited two weeks and they were going to make me wait 2 more? Its a hose! Drop by and hook the darn thing up!. They said they are busy on routes and I had to wait. Heck they could drive it to my house in 5 min. No mention of some form of compensation for making me wait more weeks. No attempt at resolution at all which was so frustrating being its their error! I asked the hose to be credited back to my card and Ill do it myself....plus figure how Ill lift the darn dryer up. Thanks home depot. Appreciate it.
