I want to thank Roman and the team at West Coast Collision. My truck wasnt your typical collision repair, it was covered in roof sealing silicone. They managed to restore my truck and bring it to a like new condition.There was some delay in finishing the truck, but that was because of Covid induced parts delays. Overall Im very happy with the end result and I appreciate the clear and consistent communication. Any of my concerns where taken care of promptly.I highly recommend them!

Horrible customer service. Steve was in charge of the body department I think. He was horrible. Starting working on my car without estimate. When I came to pick up the car no customer service. Steve nor Kevin ( the manager) were no where to be found. Needless to say I was basically given my keys and never explained what was done to my car. I wouldn’t recommend this place at all!!!

Wow. I worked in a body shop to pay my way through college many years ago and these guys knocked my socks off with the quality of their work, how organized they were and how easy they made it from start to finish. And when the work ended up being less than what they quoted me, so was the bill. Amazing Honesty !! I wont go anywhere else.

This is my second time using them after an accident. My first accident I was rear ended and the car was close to totaling. They fixed up 6,000 of damage on an 08 mazda6 years ago. Got it back in flawless condition. My second accident I was t boned in a parking lot when someone blew through their stop sign. Brand new car less then a year old. Got her back in 10 days and again amazing quality of work!

Ive trusted West Coast to do repairs for my vehicles both when I was 17 and now 25 years later. They are extremely easy going and have done wonderful work. They coordinated everything with the insurance company and gave me lots of information along the way. I really appreciated the updates.I hate dealing with anything mechanical or service related, but they truly made it stress free. I highly recommend West Coast for beautiful repairs and friendly service.

Unfortunately I had to use them twice & both times Stephen (I believe was his name) was extremely professional & my vehicles were in & out good as new! Literally! They smelled brand new when they were done! So awesome! I hope to never go back, but if I do this is the place Ill use!

When my car was backed up into and wrecked at the gym, my insurance company recommended West Coast Collision Center. I am 100% satisfied with the work they did. You would never know that the entire passenger side of my car was dented, dinged, scratched and generally messed up. Everything fits like an original install. All paint and body work done right the first time. and OUTSTANDING customer service. The people who work here are true professionals and understand the value of a smile, handshake, and always putting the focus on their customers.

I had damage to my passenger side headlight and surrounding fender by someone backing into me. Steve Johnson and the staff at WCCC were awesome. Really professional and since they are a preferred GEICO location it didnt cost me a penny, since the other driver was a GEICO customer too. Steve even cleaned my headlights at no additional charge. I took my wifes 2014 Honda CR-V to have the headlights cleaned and they charged me less than $40 (cheaper than Walmart)!

I was in an auto accident and choose them to repair my vehicle, when I got it back it was like new! Thanks to Kevin and all on staff! I have a 2020 Kia forte in gravity gray which has a beautiful metallic sheen and I was concerned about whether anybody would be able to match the paint. Pun intended, they literally came through with flying colors and I highly recommend this establishment!

The collision center was highly recommended by my friends . The repair that was made on my vehicle was less than perfect and needed to be readdressed as soon as it was picked up. They took my vehicle back in a week later and it was quickly corrected by the end of that week. I was very pleased with the final results.

Minimum effort establishment!! WARNING!! Not trustworthy!!! Dropped car off after an accident. Commissioned the business to repair cosmetic and look into a red flag I was experiencing after collision with intermittent power slipping. They fixed cosmetic but.. (bubbles in paint.. low quality job) and never looked into major red flag because he didn’t feel the intermittent slipping driving car around the block lol. So they do nothing, no diagnosis at all.. Pick up car and two days after the timing chain snaps and engine blown. The symptoms for stretched timing chain are exactly what I I communicated and this is a known issue. Not something out of left field that’s crazy to figure out. The auto manufacturer even made a super easy test to help professionals diagnose. Seems the owner is not mechanically inclined at all. Says he would of had to tear apart engine to look into it lol does not understand how diagnosis works. Very concerned they call themselves professionals. If u have simple ding or scratch then maybe think of using this company but that’s about all I’d let them do or trust them to do .... poor customer service and after commissioning professional to diagnose issue ... they just drove around block felt nothing and gave it back said good to go.... two days later .... snap .. don’t expect them to do what you commission them to do. I do not trust this establishment at all. I am very understanding and flexible, but even after getting screwed the owner feels no obligation to do anything at all. So they fix what they want to fix and look into what ever is easy and does not take much time. So this is a minimal effort shop ... be very very careful. I’d stay far away from this one.... trust me. Avoid this place for sure!!!!

A column in a garage came out of nowhere and damaged my car...ok maybe I kinda sorta grazed it by accident - no matter who’s side you’re on, all I can say is West Coast did a fantastic job repairing the side of my car. It did take a little longer than expected but I was updated every step of the way (thanks Kevin!) and the end result speaks for itself. They even detailed the inside and outside of the car! Looks brand new again.

Fast friendly service. They even dealt with me after hours and never made me feel rushed. Car looks better than new. Everything they do is with excellence. From the rental to front desk...and I like the way they keep in touch each day with updates.

I got rear ended in my 2017 Toyota by a 2017 Armada at a red light and my car looks better than the day I bought it brand new off the lot. The shop did such a beautiful job on my car. They kept me informed everyday they had my car for the two weeks it was at their shop. The whole staff is extremely friendly. It’s unfortunate I was in a car accident, but I am beyond pleased with the results.

This place is great and the staff is even better! I got my car back within reasonable time from my accident, and Steve was in constant contact with me from start to finish. The battery in my rental car died, and Enterprise wanted to charge me $55 to have someone come out and jump it, but Roman literally drove with me in my car back to my apartment to jump my rental!! I seldom take the time to write reviews but in a world filled with mediocrity it is refreshing to find those who strive for and who achieve a level of excellence - my experience with West Coast Collision in Tarpon Springs was excellent. When I have had my car repaired in other places in the past, it was as if my car fell in a black hole - poor communication and never sure when you may see it again. Not at West Coast - they were able to schedule me promptly for repairs, kept me informed daily with test on the progress of my vehicle and when it was ready. And, the workmanship was equally excellent. I would highly recommend them even if you have to drive a little distance - it is worth it! George

I LOVE LOVE LOVE West Coast!!! I was in a pretty bad collision and almost had to total my car but Steve and Kevin assured me they would do everything they could to fix my car! They had their work cut out for them... and came through with flying colors! My car looks amazing and I wouldn’t go anywhere else! Attention to detail was not spared! My car was looked over with a fine tooth comb and made sure every piece was in its place! If you want quality work with a personal touch this is the place!

When I first went in I went with plan and after talking with Roman knew that I had picked the right place. He was kind and knowledgeable and I felt like he really took the time to help me. They really helped me through the entire process and made me feel at ease. My car was amazing when I got it back, after only 3 days might I add. And when there was a hickup after having it for a couple weeks they were quick to look and fix the issue. TOP NOTCH! I took my car there after it was in a crash. The quality of work is excellent. The parts they used were flawless. They did take an few days longer than expected, but they make sure everything is perfect and clean. I did have to bring it back for a minor adjustment but that was a quick half day job. My car feels just like it did before the wreck, and is nice and shiny too. Bill, the president, goes above and beyond to make sure their customers are happy. I highly recommend this shop to anyone and will definitely be returning if I should ever have the need for work done in the future.

I worked with Kevin and my 2011 BMW 135i and man was i impressed from the beginning to the end. The experience was great i had an aftermarket front lip on the car, they switched it for me no hassle. the paint work was great (kinda wish i would of asked to paint the whole car!) West Coast Collision is a first class auto body shop with a focus on customers service. I took my 2010, Nissan 370Z in after a neighbor crunched the rear quarter panel of the parked car.I was very concerned when the insurance company tried to short change them on the job, but they worked w/ insurance company and did an excellent job on the repair, matched paint perfectly and completed the job on time. The car looked like it just came out of the showroom. They also provided a ride for me when I dropped off and picked up the car. They guarantee the repair for the life of the car.I highly recommend this shop. I hope I never need them in future, but I would definitely bring my car back if it ever gets hit again.Joe M. We had a minor accident with our Jaguar involving the rear fender and wheel. I have to admit that I was reluctant to have the work done by anyone but a Jaguar dealer, but the reviews I read on West Coast Collision made me decide to take the chance. Im pleased to say I was not disappointed. When we took the car in for the estimate, we were assigned to our service rep, Bill, who looked the car over, gave us an estimate on the spot, and coordinated everything with State Farm Insurance.Within the week he called to tell us the parts were in, and we made an appointment was made to bring the car in the following Monday. Work was completed as promised, the only hold up was for the wheel, which had to be sent out for repair. But they mounted my spare tire and I was back in the Jag right on schedule.Furthermore, at no additional charge, they touched up all the little parking lot nicks along the sides, and the car was cleaned and polished, inside and out.The facility itself is very professional. I was greeted by a pleasant and capable receptionist. The waiting room is clean, with comfortable furniture. Whenever we called for progress, we were always given a full report.

They really took care of me and my BMW convertible. They even cleared up one headlight cover so it looks new again, no charge. Will return, and I highly recommend them to anyone with any type of car.

I cant say Im a paying customer, but I did get rear ended right in front of there business. The reason Im giving them 5 stars is because I did not my insurance card on my persons. I only had digital. So I went inside to see if they would print my insurance card if I emailed it to them. The super nice receptionist helped me out and printed it out for me. Super nice people cant say it enough.

Sent my car in for repairs. When I got it back I was missing 2 bottles of cologne. I was also missing a fake diamond that was in an empty Altoids container. The container was not out in the open so the person had to be looking through my entire glove box to find it. Also informed my insurance company about situation.

The staff is very courteous and helpful. The repairs are done in timely manner. The staff give you updates concerning the repair to your vehicle.

This is the only in network Progressive collision place that did not have 2 stars within an hour from my house. I was stunned they got my estimate and work completed quickly. They did not sub out cheaper parts. They buffed out some paint and dings my car got from my kids too.

Went here because they were recommended by my insurance company and now i know why. Beware of this company!! If I could give them a no star, I would.

Fast service is not always good.A year ago I took my truck to this shop after an accident. They have it done in lest then a week and used oem part (they say)But when I went to pick it up I notice a lot of mistakes like over spray damage to the clear coat by the tape they used and scratches not been take care of. The shop took care of the mistakes, but after a year I keep finding mistake and all the mistake that should have been taken care of in the place has comeback.A lot of over spray. Horrible paint job. So if you have to use this shop, you need to be in top!

I cannot even give them one star for the terrible job they did on my car. First thing was when I got it home from these people and was pulling into the garage my daughter noticed that there was something hanging down from under my car. Once in the garage I laid down on the garage floor and what did I find? They had left out 3 bolts that hold the AIR direction plate to force COOL air through my radiator, which I did take photos and will show anyone who wants to see. I called them and was MAD and not nice and when I told the adjuster ANGELA CANALUNGO that they left 3 bolts out she called me a liar by saying You mean IF they left bolts out! Well I have photos and TWO witnesses to the fact bolts WERE left out and they did NOT do the job properly and she, they said bring it in, I promptly told them I cannot because if I back out of my garage the piece hanging down would catch and not only rip off the NEW front bumper that I PAID but would also damage the screen door track across the floor. The manager said oh well nothing they WOULD do about it I said well come here and fix it or I will fix it, He said do what you have to do. Then what I found out yesterday 10/19/2014 is that I cannot wash my car because 95% of my car feels like sandpaper! My car is coated with OVER-SPRAY and how I found out was not being able to see through the windshield when the sun hit it! I cleaned over spray off my $1500 wheels and never thought about the rest of the car till I went to clean the windshield and side windows and then found out that the top, spoiler, trunk, doors, windows, fenders, moldings, logos, and mirrors are all covered in over spray. The ONLY part not coated is where the taillights are because it could not get back to that spot. OH and did I mention that they replaced my front bumper with a bumper I paid for out of my own pocket and when I put in the three bolts THEY left out I realized that there was only one bolt in the very bottom nose piece and was suppose to be TWO! ANYONE want to guess why there is ONLY one bolt and not two holding the nose of my bumper?? They left a BROKEN bracket on my car where the bolt went into. Now I know I wear glasses and all but how do you miss a BROKEN bracket when you have NO FRONT bumper on the car AND especially when you go to put in the bolt and it had no where to be attached, of course when you leave three bolts out and do not finish the job, who will notice a fourth missing? Sad for them but I, ME that is who noticed and that is all that matters. Beware of this place and if you do have your vehicle fixed here make sure to check EVERYTHING they do because my Mustang is a 2008 with only 13,000 miles on it so if you can picture how great a condition it is in I expect more from anyone I PAY to work on my car being I paid over $800 OUT of my pocket for this workmanship and am sorry I took it there.

My wife was in an accident and we took the car here she was hit on the side...they did what I thought was good work....2 weeks later the car wouldnt start we took it to a Kia dealer and it needed a new switch but we also found out it needed 2 motor mounts which was probably caused from the accident which may have caused the switch to go bad because of the constant shaking of the motor...I will never take my car here ever again...oops I guessed you missed this one....just collecting the insurance money dont care about the customer
