Definitely one of the best liquor stores around. Hands down my ho to spot if I can go that far away. Totally worth the drive. The prices are amazing and they have EVERYTHING

Huge store, huge selection, but it felt disorganized, cramped and confusing. Service is definitely not a strong point. Asked for something and was given a very short answer from a guy that looked like he had been recently beat up. Prices were ok. Its right off of a very busy highway and the entrance is a little awkward coming off the street. Theres a lounge attached so that may be appealing to some. Parking is ample but the location is weird. Too many other options in the immediate area.

Basically this place has everything you would ever need associated to liquor, alcohol, and mixed drinks. They carry juice, fruit, mixers, chasers, and even have vendors that visit regularly to provide information and free samples of the products they carry here. Highly recommend

If I could give Universal 10 stars I would. They treat everyone like family. I locked my keys in my truck and Mike I think his name was had his AAA come out and unlock my doors for me. They are great. I am shopping in this store a lot and I know pretty much every employee... The girl with the accent is something that I havent seen before, she really knows how to treat costumers and send them in right direction, she is very fast and give the best packing. Big charm! Funny aswell

I walk in door stared down by a miserable girl behind counter. Informed her I was making hurricane drinks. Long story short. She knows NOTHING!! When I asked for Passion fruit juice she couldve directed me to what I found by myself. Not pleasant AT ALL.

A very clean comfortable atmosphere, with a loaded bar and beer specials. Bartenders are five-star service. Also pinball, pool table, dart board and bar top game console. Wine and beer specials change although will probably be able to serve anything youd like

Great selection and friendly staff. My only complaint would be that no matter how long the check-out line is, there is usually only one employee willing to work while the rest of the employees just good around with one another.

Love this store. Especially since they sell RIPE. It’s cold pressed lime juice, orange juice & organic agave nectar - that’s it. No added anything or preservatives. It’s fresh juice without any effort. Since it is fresh juice it’s in the door of the beer cooler. A must have for the boat!

I usually go to Tarpon Liquors{which is great too, btw} however, the selection at Universal is hard to beat. It is clean and well organized, which makes it easy to find your items, if you are a first time visitor.The guys behind the counter were hella knowledgeable and helpful. It is refreshing to shop at a store that has the ability to make sure every customer is taken care of!Universal did not seem short-handed at all, and the atmosphere is relaxed and lighthearted. Monday night {technically Tuesday morning @1:00} was my first visit to the store... I will definitely return! :)

This place is just simply awesome cant find what u looking for just simply ask and if they dont have it they sure will get it for u. Ive never met anyone in this store I didnt like. Everyone has smiles on their faces and greeted me and everyone that came in the door. They care for their customers and the experience of customer satisfaction.

So far They have pretty good, and they ha been able to provide me with the Rhum Barbancourt which is one of the best Rhum in the world really hard to find.

Great selections of wines and beers. Super decent prices. I love this place. It is always buzzing. The team is playing their own music picks and in general cool people. This place is a savior sometimes after a crappy day at work or impending family time on the holiday.

My husbands favourite liquor store. They have a very good selection and great prices. They except competitors coupons but they have great coupons in the Sunday newspaper themselves.

They keep all the good stuff behind the counter and the staff will stare at you while you look at all the good liquor and tried find something its a little bit uncomfortable but besides that this place always has great alcohol at good prices

If you have a disability that prevents you from wearing a mask they will not serve you. And humiliate you in front of everyone. So much for the disability act.

From a package store perspective, they have a great selection of beer and booze. Will special order kegs and has a pretty quick turnaround. (I got mine in 2 days time). The staff is knowledgeable, friendly and accommodating.

First time here. Good beer selection. Got a mix and match sixer. Not a huge area for beer, but good stuff in the space they have.

I love this place! I have been coming here for years for the incredible prices, selection, and mostly the customer service. There are some other local places around here that wont even give you the time of day. The people here are always happy to make a recommendation or special order something for us. And the craft beer selection is the best Ive ever seen. Plus, open LATE - which is awesome.
