We were out looking for an iPhone XR but the store we were at didnt have it, so they sent us here. We were told that this location had one in stock, but they didnt tell us that the store closed at 7pm ( which was about 5-10 minutes from our current time). The Metro rep, Shaun, not only kept the store open for us, he did all four upgrades for us even though he was only told about one upgrade over the phone. We were extremely pleased with the fact that he stayed an hour and a half past his closing time to help us. He was great with our kids keeping them entertained so they wouldnt get so bored during the process. I would highly recommend Shaun at this location. Very knowledgeable with the different phone specs as well. We all ended up getting different phones than we went in for based on his recommendations and were all very pleased with them.

Please read to the end!I purchased a lifetime warranty on screen protectors for 2 iPhones earlier this year. The phone fell and and the protector cracked. I took it in and was told that it was not covered because the phone fell and the warranty was for the lifetime of the protector not my lifetime. Now that it is cracked the lifetime has ended and it is no longer covered. I didnt have my receipt because I figured it would be in the computer that I purchased the protectors under this circumstance. I was infuriated. The new guy there from DC was like just give us a second chance after I told him the review was forthcoming. I said if you want a second chance, make good on the promise and state the actual policy for future reference. He then starts to look up the transaction day by day starting from April. Another customer walks in and he greets her with a hello. She says hello and take your time. He replied oh I am. I was just saying hello. He then proceeds to tell me that he doesnt even know why he moved to these woods. He had a friend that moved here and told him it was nice and inexpensive to live here. He says this is the woods not a city. I will never ever do business there again. He solidified that for me. Retrain him before more customers walk. This is the only METRO PCS store that I have dealt with since I moved here. The people before were helpful, courteous, knowledgeable and attentive. Times are too hard to lose customers.
The best metro store in all of Florida. Employee Shaun is extremely knowledgeable and provides excellent customer service. Every store should have a Shaun. Thank you sir . Well deserved review and I recommend this employee for Management asap.
Shaun was very helpful. Unfortunately, his manager, Judy, stated she couldn’t replace my sisters phone due to a small crack at the top of the screen. Called the corporate customer service and was told they would replace the phone under warranty since she only had the phone 60 days when it stopped working. So, I thank Shaun for all his help, and off I go to an actual corporate store, not a franchise location.
They close during business hours to do errands because only one person usually works there! If I didnt have to go there three times just to pay my bill, I would most likely give 5 stars! But I lost $15 because I had to pay someone $5 each time to take me there because nobody was there! I dont have money to waste like that!
Nice staff they helped us get a phone while traveling here. Very nice phone and service here. We are glad to have found the place from the recommendation of the restaurant holiday house we ate at.
Get rid of the young idiot with the big hair behind the counter maybe you would have a higher rating. He refused to help my son because I had questions about what he was trying to push on the sale. Being a Metro customer for many years I know what comes and what doesnt besides the fact I had just upgraded. he was rude and offensive and didnt even want to help him find another store. Very bad customer service. You really need to reign in your employees. This is awful. No wonder the place was empty. Great work Metro. Hire people with good customer service. He could have had a sale now he lost not 1 but 3 sales. What a joke.
The two women in the store named Celia and Maria were EXTREMELY helpful. I recommend. 10/10 service
Lmao. Please save yourself time and go to a different store. They like to sneak things you didnt even think about purchasing in your bag and onto your receipt. I let it go last time.. But they did it again with a $15 charging cable. Go somewhere else.. Or pay attention to your bag and receipt.

Have used this location twice, both times (once by Kiki) was told the wrong hours to show up the next morning (because even though I came in plenty of time before closing), was told they were too busy could not help me come back tomorrow. Anthony at the State Road 54 location has always fixed their mess. I will never attempt to go to the Holiday location again, rude and useless! 13 years Ive been a customer. Youre losing business by not straightening up that store.
Was hesitant about going back to Metro after having issues with a different store. Decided to give this location a try and discovered fast, friendly and intelligent customer service. A big thanks for all your help :)
Not friendly at all
The service agent had a problem with my one year old playing with pamphlets. Instead of her relaying this problem to me she went to grab my child. Of course I told her to not touch my child that quickly escalated to her calling the police. In all my years of service with metro pcs this was the one to make me change my phone company.
I DIDNT EVEN WANT TO GIVE 1 STAR. Young Hispanic man working 6/17/19 was very disrespectful and horrible customer service. He tried to upsale me multiple unnecessary products and basically lie about what I have to pay and said multiple metro stores are lying about something that only he said. Young man is a PAID SCAMMER. #byemetro

Came in to upgrade 2 phones add 2 more lines waited for the 3 people ahead of me to finish my turn comes up a couple walks in the dealer says they were here before you but they had to leave to go do something so you have to wait. I find that very rude Ive been here for over an hour I finally get a chance to go up and some random couple walks back in that I have not seen you in the hour Ive been here and all of a sudden they could just pick up where they left off no you get back in line and wait your turn but it seems like the dealer knows them so of course they take priority
It is now 10:22 on a Saturday morning when they are supposed to open at 10. There are a bunch of people inside looking to be having a meeting. I hurt my knee last night so all the standing is painful, however they have seen us. Yes, there are a few of us, but havent opened. Im going to another store. Bad bussiness.
