Dont go to this location if you can....You easily spend 30 minutes in the drive thru here. With only 2 vehicles in front of you.Last time I tried contacting this locations pharmacy, never got through. Had to call corporate to have them call them with me on the line. Very unacceptable. Especially when trying to contact them for time sensitive medications.I should also mention that I am writing this as I wait in their drive thru. Now up to 40 minutes with only one vehicle in front. SMH 🤦‍♂️🤦‍♂️

Make sure you plan an hour if you need to pick up a prescription; inside or drive thru. Absolutely ridiculous. Everyone that works here is rude and honestly acts like they don’t know anything about which is a terrible feeling picking up medication for your 2 year old. Sad because it’s the same at every other CVS I’ve been to the last year. My daughters insurance isn’t accepted anywhere else or I would already go there

Absolutely terrible service. Have ppl in pain for wat too long, say the prescription is going to be ready less than an hour and then didn’t even have it ready after two hours .. my son had his wisdom teeth polled and he’s in excruciating pain because he had to wait three hours for his prescription to be ready after they told us less than an hour… I knew I should’ve just went to Publix this was a mistake but I as closer on the way home than Publix lol as so I thought it might be faster to stop there … unacceptable. Lazy workers

I have never been to this location yet somehow they have my information and sent me a text saying they have refilled a prescription that is not mine. I have been on hold for 20 minutes and counting without someone picking up the phone. This is ridiculous. I have never done a Google review before but as I sit here listening to this hold music I felt the need to voice how incompetent this pharmacy is

This is probably one of the worst drugstores in the area. The pharmacy staff is extremely rude and dismissive. A friend of mine has had her prescriptions messed up month after month. Bathroom is dirty. Sky high prices both for drugs and store items. The positive, the front cashier, I dont remember his name (he may be a manager now) is very polite and friendly. Usually the store is stocked well. They do require masks but so many wear them improperly it doesnt matter much.

I have never waited so long for my prescription in my life, went inside because I figured it would be quicker than the drive-through and it took 25 minutes for them to apply the coupon so I can check out not to mention this older lady with gray hair was so rude when I told her that I had a coupon she huffed and puffed and told me that I have to go to the end of the window and talk to some guy. She took my phone and didn’t even tell me which guy to go to, I was standing there for 10 minutes they forgot about me I asked one of the guys where my phone was and he’s like oh yeah hear it is like they forgot about me. The guy that had my phone ended up helping two other clients on the phone before attending to me when I was first. It wasn’t just me that was upset I’m Speaking for all of the people that were in line waiting with me the employees were running around like a headless chickens confused and not knowing what to do, there’s no organization and there’s not enough staff. I will not be back to the CVS.

This store has until yesterday been very pleasant. All employees are helpful and attentive.My wife and I suffered injuries from a car accident and have been filling our prescription here for months. Yesterday Moke Roncowski the pharmacist decided that her medication is no longer appropriate for her.One more thing to deal with I guess. We feel like she is being discriminated against but what can we do we are just average parents vs CVS pharmacy.

Had a UPS pkg to send with my printed label but I had no clear tape to affix the label., when I asked a customer service rep (Sheryl) at the front of store if they take this package she asked me “ if that was the best I did for my label?” I told her I had no clear tape to affix the label and she said” the next customer service person might not help affix the label”. I thanked her and left store at 2513 US Hwy19, and I realized why I don’t do business with CVS!! Terrible customer service and she had no other customers in line!

This place will easily waste your time. I made an appointment online for a flu shot when I arrived at Pharmacy the man assisting me took my medical insurance card and proceeded to tell me that my plan was from outside the area. I explained it was a regional BCBS plan from DC and its accepted anywhere through the local BCBS. I told him to submit it on the local BCBS plan, he responded saying where do you have that in writing? I said I use that plan without issue here in FL, in fact, I have gotten RX here with that same card. He said, thats something different. As I was walking away I looked at my card and noticed on the back it said to Medical Providers, submit your claims through your local BCBS plans. If Mike Kowalski had bothered to look at the back of the card for 3 seconds he wouldnt have wasted all of our times. I called corporate and was told they accept my plan and it was in-network they tried to book me at a nearby minute clinic by I decided to go somewhere else. This location offers horrible service, this is not my only bad experience with CVS because of this location. I changed to Publix Pharmacy to avoid the bad customer service here.

Came here to pickup a prescription for my son on 12/3/2020 @ 3:15pm-4:25pm and waited an hour in line because they are doing self-swab Covid-19 testing. I tried calling three times and sat on hold for 15 mins each time before recalling. This is by far one of the most unintelligent ways to handle a situation like this. People should be forced to go to other places that are setup specifically for Covid-19 testing, not a drive-thru service.

Terrible for covid test a coworker of mine who has the same insurance went to another CVS had no issues. I go to this one wait 40 minutes they tell me their system is down. I pull away and see them helping someone else. How can you help if your system is down... They couldnt figure out the billing for it. I called my insurance and they tell me its covered and they use cvs. Lack of training would never recommend this one to anyone.

Very disappointed with Pharm drive up...Now that they are doing Covid testing I had to sit in line for 20 minutes before I was able to pull up and request my prescription .And while the line backed up behind me a car pulled into the drop off only prescription line and was taken before myself and the four cars that had lined up behind me.When I mentioned this to the pharmacist at the window, she was very unsympathetic and did not even acknowledge that this was a problem and that the person who pulled up in the drop off only line should’ve been redirected or the sign outside directing the flow of customers should now reflect that you can pull into the drop off only side to pick up a prescription and not wait behind Covid testing customers.

The store is fine, the pharmacy is not. We have been going here for years and Ive finally had enough. The staff are rude, one pharmacist thinks he can just give you his opinion about your prescriptions without knowing anything about your medical history, they dont answer the phone, and they treat you like a junkie if you have anything considered a controlled substance. My husband and I have the same prescription and the same insurance yet they make him wait until hes out to refill his, but they fill mine 3 days before its due? It can take days to get anything filled here and waiting in store isnt an option, they wont put a rush on anything. Theyve claimed theyre understaffed for the last year but theres never a line when I go.

Trash service. The pharmacy is whack. I tried to get the price for a prescription over the phone and the lady told me to come in. I spent 10 minutes at the drive thru window without even being acknowledged. Im a mother of 2 that works and I had no more time to give. I left and called them to find out the prices. Not even sure if I can pay for them. Ive been on hold with the pharmacy for over 12 minutes and still waiting. Hire more people and train them better. I will be finding a new pharmacy. No wonder you guys have 2.7 stars. This is a joke!!!!!!

District management needs to adjust some attitudes and do some major training. My wife and I were followed through the store by a heavyset male employee watching me as if we were going to steal. All because we have tattoos. Regardless of the area, never judge a book by its cover. I make six figures, can buy whatever I want, when I want. Correct this issue immediately. Ive never had a pleasant or helpful experience getting my prescriptions filled here and I dont know why I keep attempting to get them filled here. I can never get through to the pharmacy on the phone and Ive wasted more than an hour today doing that trying to get an antibiotic. DO NOT USE THIS PHARMACY TO GET PRESCRIPTIONS. My son has CF, and they kept telling me they would order his medicine he was out of. He has a terminal illness and not only did they fail on ordering this medicine, they battered me about it and told me to find it elsewhere. Then when I went to transfer the script, they would not answer the phone at all for new pharmacy. They tried for 3 days. AVOID THIS CVS!!!!

Overwhelmed staff. A med error occurred with my 5 year old. They kept saying I gave my son too much medicine and I KNEW I did not. I just wanted to know if the double concentration would harm him instead I got the run around and blame game. I will never not triple check my meds again, but this place has gone down hill.

They really dont even deserve the 1 star Horrible and Rude Employees. Came it and requested a refill They said it would be ready the next day. Came in 2 days later and they said the need to call the Dr to refill it. They never called to let me know. Many time my Dr office and my kids dr office has had to resend the prescription multiple times and they always say they never get it. Time to find a new pharmacy.

I drove 4 miles to this CVS today to buy greeting cards and other products just to find that one whole aisle of cards was blocked end-to-end with merchandise on carts preventing accces to that section. An employee casually explained that it was because the store area in rear was being remodeled. She seemed to think that it was perfectly OK that a customer should be inconvenienced to that degree and made no effort to remediate the situation. Went to Walgreens and got everything I needed, no problem and helpful service.

When the pharmacist offers to call the urgent care for your script because youve been waiting for a half an hour for it to be called in by the facility, well that is cause for this gal to take 5 minutes out of her busy day to say THANK YOU to Shady for going above and beyond for us. The service at at CVS #1328 is so remarkable, I just had to share. Now, the service at that urgent care facility across the street, well not so much:/

Dropped off prescription and returned when received a txt message it was ready to find my prescription still hadnt even been ordered even though I was sent a message it was ready. Two days later when prescription came in there was 10 less than the amount I was prescribed, was told that I could fill the amount they had(60) and still get the remaining 10 pills for the difference. (Buying 70 pills is a lot cheaper than just buying 10, when you buy a smaller amount like 10 the price per pill is a lot more). Went back later in the month to get the final 10 pills and they lied and charged me an exuberant amount as if I only had a prescription for 10 pills. I specifically asked if this would happen when I initially picked up the 60 pills and would not have filled my prescription for 60 if I wasnt told Id still be getting the cheaper price per pill on the remaining 10. When I told the lady it was bullcrap she told me to hold on a minute at which point the pharmacist on duty(a foreigner forgot name) came back and told me how my prescription seemed odd that I was getting it filled in a different city and that they no longer feel comfortable filling my prescription there. The pharmacist made it seem like I was doing something wrong or illegal, what kind of way is this to treat a customer? The kind of doctor I go to are few and far between in my area so I have to go to a doctor whose 45 minutes away. Ive had the same doctor and same prescription for 6 years and gone to this CVS off and on for 4 years. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCES during my 4 years but this is the final straw, even if I have different prescriptions they feel comfortable filling I will not be bringing them here.Worst CVS Ive ever used.

Like the store but hate the pharmacy. They are not open 24 hours. They tried to tell me my insurance was cancelled in 12/2018 when the card wasnt issued until 1/2019. They didnt call my insurance even though I gave them an updated card. I had to call my insurance company who called them only to discover CVS software was having technical difficulties. If CVS had their way I would have paid full price for the medicine. Poor customer service and service all around. If I hadnt been forced to use them for my sons prescription, I would have and always will choose Wal-Greens Pharmacy over CVS.

A popular and very busy at times location, service is as good as your patience is to wait, their under pressure at peak times and i know most places say about an hour.. Ill usually pick up much later in the evening.. Personally Ive never had any issues with this pharmacy and have been using it for many years for myself and my son. Im patient with them because I understand its not just the workers who have hoops to jump through, insurance problems, not getting a hold of doctors, unruly customers in a rush. take the time to CALL first so you dont waste a trip, ASK first if your medicine is in stock, TEXT alerts or check the website to see if your medicine is ready, Information is right there within seconds. Common sense helps, on busy days people are rushed & things get over looked. It happens & its happened to me, but I understand the process, Ive done it for years. Walk the extra mile & make it easy on everyone, with that simplicity, every one is fair, kind, understanding and professional. Ive had to be drivers for a few pickups getting screamed through over misunderstandings and trust me thats not going to push me to get you in front of the line if it were me.. Everyone knows me by name, my sons name, im greeted with smiles but Im a very patient person.

On 17 January, 2018, I attempted to pick up my sons prescriptions, prescribed by Dr. Connor Barth, MD. I was denied the right to pick up the meds my son needed due to the fact that my Sons Mother, Melissa Marie Colon, called and blocked me from being able to pick them up. When I asked to speak to the Pharmacy Manager, Cheryl Soboleski, I asked her what the reason was, and she proceeded to start yelling at me, disclosing personal information about myself, including my medications, so that the entire pharmacy staff could hear, along with the customers. She was yelling incoherently. I seriously was wondering if she was fit to be practicing at the time of our conversation. She then began to bring up that she spoke to my sons Mother (Who I have not been with in over ten years) and said that I was blocked from picking up any prescriptions because of some arrests that I have had. This was completely inappropriate, and Cheryl decided that she was going to insert herself into a past relationship and act as some sort of de facto Judge and Jury, and not allow me to provide my son the medications he NEEDS. Do to the fact that he did not have his meds, my son had an violent outburst and left. He (My 16 year old son) was reported missing that night after being gone for over 5 and a half hours. A BOLO was issued between two different counties, a K9 Unit was dispatched and a SWAT Team as well. He was later discovered over 14 miles away. Keep in mind that it was the coldest night of the year and he was not dressed for 20 to 30 degree weather, and he was not in a state of mind that was safe for him. He could have been killed walking down US Highway 19 in the dark in the state of mind he was in. I was afraid for my son’s life and so were the Pasco and Pinellas County Sheriff’s who were dispatched.All of this happened because this Pharmacist, who was yelling incoherently, yelling my personal medications out loud so that everyone could hear (Violating my HIPPA Privacy Rights), refused to give me, the legal and biological Father of my Son, the medications he needed. Cheryl was verbally abusive, seemingly impaired by some sort of drug, and if she wasn’t impaired, she is simply unstable and is unfit to be practicing as a Pharmacist. My son COULD HAVE BEEN KILLED! She had no right to deny me the right to take care of my son by providing the medication he needs to be stable and functioning. I asked her to remove the block, she yelled “NO!”. She went on to yell at me a list of all her credentials. If she does have the credentials she claims to have, she was grossly negligent and it almost cost my son his life.This woman is unfit to practice, psychologically unstable, verbally abusive, possibly a drug abuser and a threat to the citizens she serves as a practicing Pharmacist. Please contact me to discuss this matter in more detail, and I have faith that a full Psychological evaluation will be performed on her, that she be drug tested and please also consider revoking her license.

I have been a client of CVS for MANY years fill meds weekly and monthly all over when we travel and I have to say no matter who you speak to in the pharmacy that are always ride and quick to get you off the phone or out of the store. When I call and have a med transferred from 1 CVS to this one and this CVS has them on order and I tell them ok Ill call and see if another one has the rx and them I get a email and it says it will be ready for pick up at 11 and I call at 12 just to make sure before I get ready to go and the woman is nasty says after 4 and hangs up without letting me finish talking or inquire why it was transferred without me calling. The first 5 or 6 times the nastiness and bitchiness when either getting my meds or my families..theres 6 of us... 11 extended family members .. I didnt think it was worth rating but if they dont like their jobs they need to quit!! Maybe its just me but my pharmacists always treat me with kind and comforting words and are truely caring and willing to answer ANY questions I matter how big or small!! This CVS does none of this!!! Its sad... Now I see why everyone is either changing to another CVS or another pharmacy all together!! I think CVS corporate needs to do a serious hard look at the pharmacy employees!!!!!

This location has single handedly given a me a distaste for all CVS. I will never be back, ever! My childs doctor called him in a script Friday afternoon. I called ahead before making the drive there, to find out if the prescription was ready. I was told it would be ready in an hour. An hour later, I drive up there and am told they are out of stock of that medication and that they wont reorder over the weekend so it would be Monday before they would even reorder it. A little aggravated that we were told the prescription would be ready in an hour and then a wasted trip later, was told its not even in stock, my husband decides to vent his frustrations to the manager (respectfully). The lady was so incredibly rude, basically treating my husband as if she didnt care a bit that he was upset, even waiting on another customer while dealing with my husband. I am so displeased that we will be taking our entire familys prescriptions to a competent different pharmacy!
