Dont waste your time! Shelves are never stocked. Coolers are half empty! If you want to waste time go see for yourself!

Ive had nothing but g this one is quickly becoming my favoriteood experience with this Dollar General store. Every time I go in Im greated with a hardy hello from the staff. Theyre very knowledgeable about the products they sell and also very helpful and willing to stop what theyre doing to give you a hand if need be. There are lots of DG stores in the area but this one is quickly becoming my favorite!

Had alot of product,more than I thought...everything you find at dollar tree for same price ..but better brands and products for a little more.

Manager Scott got nervous when i took a picture of one of his make shift rolling cart shelving units. He then confronted me closer than he should have trying to intimidate me and get me to delete my picture. He proceeded to tell me that i was not allowed to take pictures in the store. When i asked him why he had no reply for me. What started out as a simple picture of something i thought was a genius move on the stores part, ended up with a very sour taste in my mouth for this location. Never mind the fact that the shelves were barely stocked of anything and the store was a hot mess with stuff crammed down every isle.

I live close by so its so convenient for me when I need something quick cheaper than a convenient store. Not to busy when I go which makes me feel safe, they wear 😷

This place always has isles you cannot get thru. Outside are homeless on the sidewalk. Trash always outside on sidewalks.

This is store is DISGUSTING. I avoid it as much as possible but once again necessity drove me here. Carts are ALL OVER the parking lot but none inside. Employees should just not bother wearing masks as they just wear them under their chins anyway. And boxes are all over the aisles and it seems they are never put away. Also, you dont have to wear a mask in this store so for anyone complaining about masks, this is the store for you.

Cleanliness is not great, and its a small store, but at the prices they have, you can afford a nice family meal or get some supplies for really cheap!

Shelves are never stocked . They have boxes in the isle to make it almost impossible for people to walk down the aisles. I mean if the fire marshal came in they would be cited Theres always long lines never have enough cashiers to handle it or they seem to busy to come up and help

Have everything you need and very helpful

The Holiday FL location is the worst Dollar General location there is, whether it be the rude employees or the dirty aisles, when you make a complaint they just smirk at you because they dont care. Theyll leave ya standing in line and yell to the employee in back of store and then when they do feel like scanning your items it a flick of the wrist to which I must intupret means Im next. They will never get another dime of mine... Ill go a little further and stop where they dont hire the trash that hangs out behind the store. Undercover boss needs to visit this location, or corporate needs to have a serious overhaul. Gutter trash employees and worse management.

Friendly staff fast service cheap cigarettes

The staff here is always nice. But Dollar General itself is chaotic you can never get to what yiu need because its blocked by carts of overstock on carts.Its my go to place for certain items but just cant just enjoy wandering the iles for shopping. Id prob spend more money if I could navigate and actually see what they have.

Clean store low on alot of products?

I like Dollar General but this particular one never has all the items I need!! The store always seems to be bare

I only gave it one star so I could write how incredibly rude and unhelpful the staff is in this store. I have worked customer service/retail most of my life and I have rarely seen a more horribly run store. I have literally been snapped at for asking if they had an item in stock. Another time I had to wait in line with at least 8 other people while one employed complained and cursed very loudly at the other (the other guy also happens to be the only decent man there) employee that she wasnt supposed to have to run register. I was stunned and couldnt believe how disrespectful she was to her coworker/employee. Inexcusable!!

Convenient but a lil pricey on certain things

Employees were wearing their mssks below their nose. They refused to redirect the man in front of me in line to pull his mask from his chin to over his mouth and nose. I was ignored all together when I reminded the cashier that masks are only effective when worn over mouth and nose.

Love this dollar general. The employees are always friendly and even when there away from the register stocking, in the back, etc. When i am ready to check out and come up to the register they always drop what theyre doing and come check me out quick! I love that! Thank you! Definitely recommend this location.

Need to clean up the store and get the stock on the shelves.

Received a portable heater for XMas. Plugged it in and it doesnt work. The store would not switch it out or give me a store credit or cash. Due to this my very large family will no longer use Dollar General. My siblings (lots) in other states will pass this around to their friends. They will think twice before shopping at your storesYou are thieves.

Well it is Dollar general after all but the shelves were definitely not stocked, basics all empty and very messy

Josh (with dreads) is the best. I go in there often and during the holiday was crazy. And most of the staff was horrible with attitude acted like they hated their jobs allowed disorder line. He went above and beyond with his attitude so nice and genuine. Even helped a old lady in front of me put everything in her buggy around the counter. Hes the only reason. They get 5 stars

One of the worst shopping experiences of my life! The music is blaring so I could barely think! There were 2 people behind the registers. One person was assisting a customer while the other ignored me as she cleaned the counters. Im all for clean counters but you could at least acknowledge me and say someone will be right with me. I am going to return my things and never go back!

Since they remodeled the store. You cant move down the aisles. They always have stock items everywhere. It does not make it easy to get the items you are wanting. Sometimes you have to push something around so you can get what you need. They need to hire help to get everything put away, so you can move. Some of the help are nice.. some not at all. There are a lot better General Dollars around.

I dont usually go out, but when I do, a nice Dollar General is appreciated. Phoebe was the young lady I dealt with when I went in and she was an absolute sweetheart. She helped me find Jello and a plunger, even had to run to the back and get something from the highest most precarious spot for me, and she was 6 months pregnant! Floor was clean and everything went smooth.

The people who work there are vary helpful. But yall need to turn the damn air on in that place during summer,its always the same in every one you go in, family Dollar is worse. Always stuffy and still and hot, not healthy for the customer or employee.

This store used to be better. Now it’s just always crammed with carts full of boxes and boxes, waiting to be restocked. It’s so bad you can’t even shop because it’s in the way of the shelves. I don’t know why they can’t leave it in the back to get put away at a better time like when they’re closed. I try to avoid this location if I can.

The manager on the cash register is RUDE, unprofessional and needs better people skills. Hes a heavy set white male

I loved coming here before they redid the store and I love it even more now!! This is hands down my favorite Dollar General. Thank you guys for always being organized and keeping the store clean when others aren’t so much. They have a nice selection of snacks, food, drinks, decor, household products, cat and dog products and so much more! I also highly recommend Clover Valley Fudge Mint Cookies, Coconut Fudge and Carmel Cookies and Fudge Peanut Butter Cookies!! They taste almost identical to Girl Scout cookies and they are way cheaper! I almost always buy them every time I come here. The workers are friendly as well!

I have had better customer service at a self serve kiosk. No smiles. No greeting.no thanks for coming. Just always yapping her mouth to other people in the store the whole time...every time. The guy just gives off the vibe he hates his life and wants you to outta there. I respect it. At least he gives you a fester Adams vibe. The younger kid: Acts like he is scared and just wants to do well. Nervous. Prob cause the yapping Chihuahua is always criticising him in front of others. I drive to a different location Majority of the time unless in a rush and hope the man is there.

There are way to many stock items in the aisles. It would be nice if the employees could stock at a more reasonable hour, as the aisles are very narrow.If that is not possible then please keep the rest of the stuff in the back until you are ready to stock it,and not all over the store. It is very inconvenient.

The store has a weird smell. Its kinda like my local Walmart though, it has a lot to offer at decent prices. Quick and convinient.

This particular Dollar General is in walking distance to my house so I frequent it a lot but they never have really anything in stock its like the shells are all cleaned out I dont know whats going on with this place but Im quite disappointed when I go there and dont find everything that I need

It is a little dirty outside. But, the people are very nice and helpful. The items there were not always what are normally found at a Dollar Store. A couple things were several dollars more than usual.

I am grateful for all the DJ stores ive been in thru the years - especially thankful for this particular DJ in Holiday. Lived here 18 years and have shopped @ DG for many, many items....however- since Planet Fitness is a place of routine visits, my shopping across the street @ Aldi & DOLLAR GENERAL has increased.

This store has changed alot. Its overcrowded with merchandise and the aisles are congested. The personnel is limited and they dont seem to happy.

The male cashier that checked me out was NOT Friendly.... NOT Nice.... Did NOT greet the Customers when they came to check out.... I would if he would be that cranky if he had to spend 2 hours every week just trying to collect unemployment!! This store always appears dirty. The shelves are always low on inventory... I live close.... And will drive extra to go to the dollar general market.

It is unfortunate that I am even writing this review right now I have been going to the Dollar General since Eckards was next to it since I was a little girl and never have I experienced anything like this I date an African-American male who went to the store wearing his natural Afro he was ready for the day when he went to check out the cashier behind the counter proceeded to tell him how she would like to fix his hair and maybe put it up if someone cannot understand how this is a form of bullying how it could definitely be taken as a form of racism and definitely prejudice against the way his hair looks is unbelievable to me when I tried to bring it to Scott the general managers attention he told me there was nothing wrong with the statement that the girl said and I did not need to call corporate because he would handle it I think maybe he needs a refresher on Basic customer service to speak about how anyone looks is very inappropriate especially someone who is just wearing their natural hair it just happens to be an Afro because he is African-American and that is just how his natural hair grows hopefully someone of color sees that so maybe they can understand
