I called Daly, spoke with Steve about getting the track on my window, which Daly installed, repaired. Steve told me they only repair what they sell, but couldn’t find a record for my window; I was not the original purchaser. He said he would continue to search and “call me. back”. Finally, he said I should go to another company located in NPR. If your planning on long term residency, I would be certain to avoid any company who will not stand behind there product; will they be here when you need them? In my case Daly wasn’t. I don’t recommend than.

I cannot say enough good things about Daly Home Improvements. In a day and age where customer service in the construction and remodeling trades is often lacking, Mike Dalys crew went above and beyond in replacing all of the windows on our entire home. His crew was personable, careful and extremely professional. They showed up on time every day and made next to no mess when replacing our windows. I was concerned initially that when they finished, we would have to repaint the areas where they were working. This was not the case, as they were neat and incredibly careful with everything they did. Denise Virgadamo and I will be recommending Daly Remodeling without hesitation in the future. If we could give them 10 stars we would! Thank you to Mike and his company.

Zero Stars. I will give Steve 5 Stars. Some other person in showroom, has zero personality. Acted as if I was annoying him just by being there. This is the type of customer service that makes a new customer never want to go back. I will never go back there due to his lack of customer skills.Shame on you Mr.

These guys are great. I love having the big box stores in the neighborhood for convenience, but their straight outta China approach to product manufacturing and sales has really limited the selection choices on certain items. Daly Aluminum had replacement door options for my lanai screen room that was much higher quality, readily available and competitive in price.

From top to bottom, the service was fantastic. Customer service is the best. They call and follow up. Answer all questions, and if an issue happens they resolve it in a heartbeat. I came in there yesterday and you guys have always no minimum cut to order gutter and now yesterday you tell me I have to buy 25 feet minimum well here comes your bad review I waited 15 minutes for anyone even talk to me or knowledge I was there and then the guy was very rude funny how business is rough right now and you want to act that way

We just needed to install 2 hurricane-type windows in our third floor condo. Most companies wouldnt even bother to come out. But Daly did, and their price was reasonable. Workmen installed the windows (and they were not easy to install!) efficiently and professionally AND they cleaned up after themselves. we havent had our inspection yet, but I see no reason why it would fail. We will use them for other home renovations in the future.

I just love this place. If you have a screen door that needs to be repaired. You can take the parts in there and they will help you. They can come to your house too. They are very helpful and nice. They have everything there.

Daly is a joke. They use subcontractors for all there installs and then make that contractor responsible for your issues. Avoid Daly at all cost. Mike Daly is a silverspoon tool that bought his company off his daddy and can’t run a wheelbarrow to a ditch. More concerned with hunting than running a real company and getting staff that are qualified for there job. Beware of Daly aluminum

My go to place for glass or crank out window parts. The gentleman behind the counter is always friendly and more then willing to take some time and explain how to do repairs if needed.

We are delighted with the job that Daly did. We had an old screened lanai that had not been worked on for several years, and it looked it. Daly tore out the old aluminun structure and constructed a new frame. Then they manufactured and installed acrylic window sliders. They completely transformed an ugly room into a 28 foot showplace lanai. We couldnt be more pleased.

I had a bad experience. I only needed 3 windows and Mark made me feel I was not wanted. As a homeowner I had a few questions about the windows and received short half answers. I eventually found out he was late for lunch break. The 3 double pane, bronze/white, single hung, no other options windows came to $1,900 which was an insult since other local PGT window contactors quoted me $1,500 and when I asked about installation he said I should double the price. Really, $2,000 to install 3 windows? Mark should not be a counter person. I will never go back and I promise if I hear anyone talking about windows I will mention my experience and tell them to get other than a PGT window as Daly Aluminum is the local PGT distributor.

Absolutley the most expensive prices ive ever seen .when homedepot has cheaper prices thats not good .after i complained about the price the guy behind the counter didnt even hand me my return money he jus put it under the stapler and made me pull it out absolutley the worst experience ive ever had from anywere !!!
