They did answer the phone 👍 so I give them 3 stars for that. However they dont carry Elemis products.

Hansa is my girl! Every time I go in there she is so knowledgeable and helpful, I look foreward to seeing her when I need to pick up supplies for the salon. The store is clean, and its set up in a way that makes it easy to walk in, grab what I need and get back to the shop. I could however spend hours looking through the vast inventory which stocks all of the latest products and tools. The best thing about this store is the service. I look very young, so more often than not I get talked down to when shopping for supplies. At other stores, associates often feel the need to explain all of the products Im purchasing as though I am about to play mad scientist with forces beyond my comprehension. I have been in the beauty industry for going on 10 years. The women at Salon Centric treat me with the respect all customers deserve and answer all of my questions without an ounce of superiority. They recommend products, tell me about all of the new promotions, and even offer to sign me up for in-store education classes. I cannot say enough good things about this location and all of its associates.
