Went there this morning with a custom build PC that was not powering on, within a couple hours Ron found what was wrong with it and fixed it!They are very professional and their prices are very reasonable.

I went in for one of the fans in my system being so loud I thought it was gonna explode, initially got it dusted out at no cost, just walked in, had it returned a day later for 0$. This unfortunately didn’t fix the problem, came back in a second time, took the system apart with the front desk worker (who was extremely polite and helpful) and after dissecting the system fan by fan, found that my GPU was hitting its temperature limit. After all was said and done and getting help for over an hour, they said I didn’t owe them a thing. Incredible service and value.

I HIGHLY recommend this business ! I went to a local shop by my house and they wanted to charge me $70.00 with a 3 day wait period for a cpu fan, which was unacceptable due to this being my business computer and i thought was a little pricey, so I looked for another computer repair store. I called and the owner of this store was AWESOME!! He said bring it buy and ill see if i can fix it for you today and the best part about it was he charged $30.00 WOW !! He was honest to me about the CPU fan and instead of trying to sell me another fan and make more money, he offered to fix my existing one. What an honest and honorable business. I now am actually glad the first store did not work out because now I have found an honest and reliable business that I can trust. Thank you !

Unbelievable. The took my 5 year old computer and made it faster then when new! Cleaned drive and installed solid state hard drive. Wish I did this before buying a new computer!! And the prices are cheap (ok, fair!).

They were very kind and I took my custom gaming pc to them to build and they cable managed it nicely and got it done for a great price and solid turn around time. He was also very informative and told me how close I was to building it on my own and walked me through the process of everything also after I already paid him he still took my phone call because I had some questions 10/10 service I highly recommend!

I own, and have owned many computers - desktops and notebooks - and RST has ALWAYS been the place I take them since moving to Ormond Beach in 2006.When a computer is repairable, RST has been able to repair it, in a reasonable time frame, and for a very reasonable cost.When a computer is repairable but not worth the cost to repair, which happens sometimes, they advise me of that before I put any money into it.I have recommended many people to go to RST for repair of their computer problems - always good service, always reasonable prices.Today, I dropped off my notebook computer (fails to open any of the software after a Windows 10 update this morning) ... good old Microsoft Windows - Not! ... at least I know my computer is in good hands for the repair.

I went into this store for the first time recently upon a key shops recommendation, hoping I could get my key fob fixed. The person who did this particular job was not present at the time, but every single person in this store was incredibly helpful, looking up places and prices for me, like I was a longtime customer. Everyone was so kind and welcoming and helpful, I left not able to get my key fob fixed but still feeling like a valued customer.
