We recently moved to our forever home. Our cooling stopped working and thermostat readings were blank.We called All Volusia and Flagler Heating and Air on a Monday morning for help because they installed the furnace three years ago. A wonderful technician showed up three hours later.It was a simple fix that ended up being some monthly maintenance that we could do ourselves. The technician showed us what to do. He also serviced the A/C to assure the entire HVAC system was in good shape.We are extremely happy with the service and price. We will use them again and recommend that you use them as well!

I received estimates from several companies and went with All Volusia Flagler Heating and Air for a new AC system and duct work. I am very happy with the results and process with them. They were on time and responsive which was greatly appreciated. Any hiccups along the way they took care of. I believe Hunter was the original tech that came to service our AC. He helped diagnose issues and let me know my options. It was because of him though that we felt comfortable with this company. We ultimately decided a new AC system was needed for our home we just purchased. Brian was helpful with getting our quotes and they are super quick in sending detailed and easy to understand quotes. The technicians that came out to replace everything were great and friendly. Michael was especially helpful with us during install. I’m happy to continue with this company and if I were to ever purchase a home in the future and needed any repairs I’d choose them again.

Michael is a real credit to your company. He made sure he introduced himself, wiped his feet before coming in. Had a smile on his face. He enjoys his job. I hope he comes to my house again. I was having an issue with my AC shutting off prematurely and had a tech Michael M come out. He was able to diagnose the issue was due to a line that was tapped into the ac drain. He quickly resolved the issue and did a check on the system. From scheduling to service all people I interacted with were professional and good to work with. Whether it be the every 6 month service or a service call I have had a good experience everytime.

The service tech was great kept me informed of what he was doing. Showed me the correct way for my filter. He was caring and answered all my questions. Would like Mike to come back next time. He is an asset to your company.

He shared helpful information such as monthly tips for maintenance and listened/answered questions or concerns we had. It was a very good experience. They are now our go to company for our central air and heat needs.

They came out on time, fixed our issues, explained the process to us and charged us fairly. Can’t get much better than that.

I was so concerned about the AC not being able to be fixed in this horrible heat and humidity we were experiencing, but they fit me in the next day and I was so grateful for that because the heat was making me ill.The service technician walked me through each step of the process of doing the best fix he could offer, but he was very clear that we might need a new AC due to some unfortunate noises the outside unit was making.He said it could go soon or 6 months from now, but since I couldn’t afford to replace it for a while, I opted to add the coolant and see how long it will last, since the leak would have to be found and also an expensive part would have to be replaced also.I’m very happy with the service and will definitely call their company again without hesitation.

Today was the first time using All Volusia & Flagler heating and air. Was looking for a new company to perform annual maintenance. They have a special going and the reviews were awesome. Elijah wore his mask the whole time he was here, inside and out.The office staff is great, called me when my tech got hung up at a job to let me know he was running late.Elijah performed the 19.95 special and found a part that wasnt working properly. He asked me to come outside and explained the part and how it wasnt performing. If it had stopped working, I would not have had AC. He changed the part out in no time, made some suggestions for me to think about for future visits, wasnt pushy at all and completed the inspection.I was so impressed with Elijahs knowledge and professionalism, that I signed up for an annual contract.Would recommend this company, not too many like them out there!!!

Repair work done without any drama or jacked up price.

Michael, my All Volusia technician is the most professional and knowledgeable of any of the many companies I have dealt with.He completely re-worked a poor install job on a total new system. In addition, he cleaned up the entire area around an attic-installed air handler. Michael genuinely wants everything to be top notch and doesnt mind going the extra mile to see it through. Our tech was Elijah. Excellent experience! We had called other companies first, but either no response or could not come out same day. It was a very hot day. So happy we were able to get it fixed. He explained everything, so we could understand. Price was reasonable.

I bought a home in Daytona and on the first day, I realized that the AC was not working properly. They sent Elijah out the same day! He was very helpful and helped me understand what was wrong. I decided to go ahead and replace it but never felt pressured at all. Then I was really impressed because they were able to install it the very next day! Alex and another gentleman (I forget his name) did the install And both were very nice and helpful too! Alex explained everything very well and I felt very comfortable with the instructions on maintenance. Also, the admin assistant is really nice there too! All around, a great experience. I’ve already recommended them to my family!

The technician installed a new capacitor in my air conditioner which can be purchased for about $12.50 but even if they were to mark it up 100% it should only have been a charge of $25 but I was charged $152 for this part which I feel is outrageous and unfair

I am very impressed with this company. Brian came out to provide us a quote. He took the time to go over some different options on replacing our very old unit. He was very knowledgeable about the systems there company has and answered all my questions. Our 2 installers were very friendly and went above and beyond to make sure everything was functioning perfectly. I was informed of how the unit operates and any differences in how it sounds when it runs so that it wouldn’t concern me before they left. We just had a new heat pump put in by All Volusia and Flagler heat and air. I contacted five different heat and air contractors that had been recommended to me and got prices for a new system. Each company sent a representative to talk to me and give me a price or a new heat pump system. I was confident that each contractor would do a good job for the installation. I finally decided that All Volusia and Flagler heat and air had the best price and I felt confident that they would do a good job. They sent a crew of three people to install the unit and the installation was finished by 1:15 PM. The installers were very courteous and answered any questions I had about the unit. They set up the thermostat and explained how it worked and had a checklist of questions that they answered for me. Everything was cleaned up as good if not better than when they arrived. All the work was done very neat and look like a first-rate job. I would suggest anyone interested in getting a new heat pump give them a call and Tony will come out and go over everything you will need and give you a good price. I found Tony for a congenial and easy to do business with and willing to bend when you needed something a little different than the normal installation. I also wanted to add that the office personnel that you deal with are also great.Ken

Great company to work with. My central a/c died and I needed a replacement. Had multiply companies come out to give me quotes and almost everyone would nickle and dime you for everything. Brian was great worked we me on pricing and listened to my needs as I wanted to have two units installed instead of one unit. The install crew (Cheyne,Peter and Mike) came out early and got the job done in a day and half due to having to put in two units which is understandable. They were great to work with. Very satisfied with the install and I highly recommend them. The final inspection went though with no issues and the county inspector even said he has never had an issue with this company. I am very happy with the service I have received from All Volusia over the past few years. I have an old air/heating system that needs to be replaced but have not had the money to do so. They have been maintaining my system and replacing parts to keep it running until I can replace the whole system.

When the guys came to do my regular maintenance, we realized the heater had not been working properly after a new Nest thermostat was installed. To expensive, and they never came to check ac protection plan,after I paid for.i have all volusia&flagler .All Volusia & flagler is been my 1st choice. Their service is exceptional. Today,Volusia &Flagler came to my house,fix my ac for a fraction that other company will charge. Volusia &Flagler air will keep your air conditioner/heater running and in good chape.they are trustworthy. Ill keep them for life.

All I can say about All Volusia Heating and Air is that this crew is top notch, if I could give them 10 stars they would definitely get all 10.Tony came out at the end of the day to look at my house unit and estimate replacement of the unit and also to quote a complete install in my 2000 sq ft outbuilding with full duct work, I was a last minute call on a Tuesday and he said we could do both units by Friday evening and they did an awesome job.He sent out his people on Wednesday to start the outbuilding and they stayed till 730p.m. and then they returned first thing Friday morning and the very professional crew bust them both out by 930 PM friday.They are the only people I will call to service my heat and ac from now on.Thank all of you who worked on my AC!!!

We are so frustrated with their incompetence and inability to fix the AC unit. First visit the technician Pete diagnosed our AC unit as having a second stage compressor not wired correctly. Come to find out, my unit does not even have a second stage and he was entirely wrong. Owner apologized and sent out Josh instead. Josh got the AC working temporarily, then the unit leaked all night long right through the ceiling. Then another tech came out and replaced a valve, that didnt fix it either. Another tech came out a few days later and retired the thermostat. That didnt fix it either. After 5 attempts to fix it, they painted over the water stains in my ceiling with a non-matching white paint and demanded payment for their work despite the fact that the AC didnt work. After 3 weeks of dealing with these incompetent losers, I have NO AC at all and a bright white spot painted over the water stain in my ceiling (directly below the AC unit in the attic). The owner cussed me out and refused to leave my home until I paid him for his time. I refused to pay because the AC never got fixed. Bryan is the owners Son and is directing a clown show where he is constantly coming up with excuses. The owner is hot tempered and vulgar. None of the technicians could fix my AC unit that is only 4 months old and worked perfectly up until recently. They have no idea what they are doing, and demand payment for incomplete work. Save yourself the trouble that I have had dealing with this business and look elsewhere. As I write this, my home is 85 degrees inside and it has been hot like that for 3 weeks now. I had to call my neighborhoods security and the county sheriff on the technician for refusing to leave my property at 8:30pm at night when he gave up trying to fix it and demanded I pay him right then even though it was still broke. The sheriff came out and escorted him off the property.

I paid for an annual service and they called trying to schedule but scheduling conflicts did not permit it. THEY NEVER SAID SCHEDULE OR YOU WILL NOT BE ABLE TO..I called to schedule because I have time off coming up... now they say that it expired and that they will not refund my money or give me the service... and this is after sending me a renewal request in the mail... so they can take my money for nothing again? No thank you. Going with another provider

This company is the best. If I could give them 10 stars I would. They are clean, professional, friendly and very helpful. The owner, Tony strives for excellence and thats what he has in his technicians. Also their prices are reasonable as I had 4 estimates and I picked them. We could not be happier with their prices and service.

We were without air conditioning for a week. The temp was climbing inside and very uncomfortable. All Volusia and Flagler came in the morning, replaced the old system, and had the new one running by that same afternoon. They were efficient, meticulous, and very courteous. They explained everything they did in a kind friendly manner. They made sure I knew what I needed to know for maintaining the system and what the warranties included. I would highly recommend these guys to anyone needing heating and ac repair.

Showed up at a beach condo in NSB around 8:00 PM after driving an hour and a half with 2 small kids and my pregnant wife in July. We called several other companies and were told they wouldn’t be able to fix it at night because it was dark or they didn’t have anyone available until the following day. About to lose hope and try to get a hotel or go home for the night, we got a hold of this company. They were here within an hour and fixed the AC within 10 minutes of getting here! Professional and fairly priced. Complete life saver! Highly recommend!

Techician seemed well informed and thorough in his inspectiion & evaluation of my A/C system. However, no one ever reported microbial growth in my air handler in the past. I will need to research this anti-microbial tratment before proceding to have it.done. otherwise, I was very satisfied with Donalds service.

Six months ago I had no air and I found this company on the internet and Pete Ruiz, Technician came out to repair my A/C. He was polite, thorough explained everything in detail and physically showed me what he found that needed to be repaired. Pete also explained in detail what the cost would be to repair my A/C and the possibility of additional cost for parts that he might find that needed to be replaced when he took the unit apart, but he gave me an estimate of the minimum or maximum that it would cost. I even purchased their maintenance plan.Then today, Feb. 20, 2018 Pete came out to do the 6 month checkup for my unit. Pete found a small problem which he fixed and again his customer service and work was of high quality.In addition I had Pete go to my townhouse where my daughter lives and she had no air. She was so very pleased with his work. This company has excellent customer service, from the receptionist to the technician. I feel that Pete deserves a 10 rating for his customer service and for his work.I would recommend this company highly for anyone who needs their services.

I told him he could stop and have lunch, he had been working for hours and he was so dedicated to finish he declined. He assisted Amber which this girl was on fire !! She took on the task to clean the ducts and I think I had over 30 vents in this house ! She probably went up that ladder thousands of times, not once without a smile on her face ! She was also very polite, professional and came with awesome attitude and care as if this was her home. Her and Paulo made these vents shine like diamonds, and due to the AMAZING team that came out my house feels like a million dollars !!! Each one of these guys that came out were extremely hard workers, had a smile and really showed true genuine customer service and care for your home !! This from that very first phone call was truly one of the best experiences I have ever had, in such a huge decision! Much thanks to each and every one of you !! In response to the owner’s reply. No I did not mention that I may have the entire system replaced! It is very disheartening to know you treat the $10k customer better than the $500 customer, that is why I work the way I do...to see how the little guy gets treated before spending the big bucks. Also, I did not want a diagnostic of any other component, just a price to run a new ductI’ve dealt with a few A/C companies over the past 14 years and I’ve never had any of them want to charge me for coming out and giving me an estimate... I could understand if I said my a/c isn’t working and I don’t know why, but I said I have crushed ducts and need to have them replaced and they wanted $59.95 just to come out... no thank you (this isn’t the first company I’ve called for this, I’m getting three quotes for the job because I’m likely looking at replacing all ducts and possibly the whole system to the tune of nearly $10 k)
