Ordered item overnight and paid a hefty fee to do so. However, I am on day two of order and no delivery. I asked the company about it and they said it is due to FEDEX delivery issues but FEDEX claims the package was not scheduled for pickup till the next day. So basically the company claims its FEDEX fault and FEDEX claims its the companies fault and no one is willing to take responsibility at the same time I still have not gotten the product. There is a return delivery fee to return the item and they require the model and serial of the item you purchased the part for. Will likely not order from them in the future due to lack of customer service and outrageous delivery costs that are clearly not possible to offer. DO NOT PAY FOR OVERNIGHT its a joke.
