Everyone on the staff was extremely professional, Frank Ellis was great handing the job on my Tesla model Y. He was extremely helpful throughout the entire process. Especially with dealing with the insurance, I really appreciate his help and professionalism. Would recommend ideal auto collision for your cars needs.

I went to Ideal Auto because they were at the top of Travelers list for body shops around my area. My front bumper was wreaked after I got hit. The second you walk in the office you are greeting with a smile and good energy. Off the bat I felt comfortable leaving my car there. They communicated with me every step of the way and were always polite. I just picked my up car and it looks brand new (view image)! I 100% recommend Ideal Auto Collision.

He promptly helped me with my need and provided excellent customer service. I drove from Kendal to Ideal Auto Collision because of the quality of their work, the guaranty they put behind their workmanship, and their fairness in dealings. They were recommended by a friend. The car turned out perfect. The staff was welcoming and engaged. Whether I was talking to the owner or the gentleman that delivered the car spotless, everyone seemed to own a piece of the business. It was great. I would recommend Ideal Auto Collision wholeheartedly!

I was recently rear ended and my bumper was pushed in on the left hand side. I called the car dealer they said that most dealers no longer did body work. I asked who they used and they recommended Ideal Auto Collision. The person who rear ended me had insurance and Ideal Auto performed the repair. I am beyond happy with their level of service and professionalism. They handled all of the interactions with the other drivers insurance company. The car was repaired on time and they did a phenomenal job. I dont recommend many businesses but I think that Ideal is the best autobody shop in S. Florida.

They did the best work on my tesla model 3. they were recommended by tesla for a fender bender that i had. their repair was timely, they communicated the whole way through and worked directly with the insurance. best of all…they dropped me off to get my rental car and when i had to pick up my car, i left the rental at the body shop for someone else to pick up.their work was impeccable! you would never know i was in an accident. highly recommend them if you have a tesla to fix!

Received a quote to do bodywork for my Tesla. Quote was exorbitant for the bodywork damages I had (mostly minor dents and one part that needed to be replaced). Was told that high price was due to Tesla certified rates that cant be lowered...I then got another quote from a different local authorized Tesla shop that was significantly cheaper (rates and hours) and provided a new part that was likely required, but Ideal had said I didnt need. Please shop around, dont get taken advantage of!!

I drive a 2020 Tesla Model 3. I was in a accident in August. Thankfully I was referred to Ideal. Their professional work and friendly personal was over the top!!My car looks as if it were brand new. I cannot begin to tell you how satisfied I was with their work. I highly recommend this company!!!!

The best way to describe my experience at Ideal Auto Collision is fast, courteous, professional and honest. There is no way to tell that my car has ever had damage to the body. The repairs and color match were perfect! Also, the work was completed quickly--they finished exactly when they said they would and the price was excellent. Everyone I dealt with was very polite and professional. I hope I wont need collision repair service again, but if I do, I wouldnt go anywhere else!

This company is the absolute BEST in customer service!! Someone crossed over into my lane and smashed the front of my Rodeo. I was totally expecting this to be a major hassle, HOWEVER from the moment the tow truck came and took the truck to Ideal it was wonderful. Rochelle was FANTASTIC at keeping me informed about the progress of the repairs. I never had to call them to find out what was happening. All I had to do was answer the phone lol! You would have thought I brought in a Ferrari and not a 2002 Isuzu Rodeo with 130k miles. Since my car was older, Isuzu stopped making parts for it so it became a scavenger hunt. Rochelle was incredible at locating not only the parts I needed (after MUCH research and searching) but the parts matched my truck PERFECTLY. If she ever pursued another occupation she would make an amazing detective. Cookie treated me like a member of her family. So kind and understanding and helpful. When I went to pick up the truck I also got to meet the owner, Mike - super nice too. I had mentioned to Rochelle that I had a problem unrelated to the accident, with the weatherstripping on the drivers side window. Again a problem with the parts, but much to my surprise when I got in the Rodeo they had used what was there and now I can close the window all the way. On top of everything else, they had the Rodeo fully detailed inside and out. They truly go the extra miles to provide excellent customer service and they genuinely CARE about their customers. I wish they could train other companies. The whole experience was very IDEAL. Thanks Rochelle, Cookie and Mike!

Brought my car in for a repair after being hit on the Palmetto and they were terrific! I actually live 40 minutes away from their shop but I made the arrangements to bring my car in because so many people told me about their service. My car was fixed two days earlier than they said it would be and they made everything so easy! After getting two successful estimates in Hollywood, went to Ideal for a third estimate, for minor damage. The employee Mike went to my vehicle and then began to argue with me telling me that getting an estimate was a waste time. He proceeded to tell me what I should do to take care of the problem with the insurance company. I believed that since the damage was minor that my business was not worth his companies time. So, much for customer service or free estimates from this shop.

Way to go guys pass the ball to the insurance company. Did not take ownership of the work they did. Instead told me to contact the insurance company so they can work it out with the original shop. Fix the leak with some caulk and tape. Nice work for a 2 year old.

Ridiculously over priced. The most expensive quote out of the 5 I recieved. I waited for about 25 mins for someone to come out and talk to me about what I needed. The lady also gave me a bunch of bogus reasons for why a little paint job on a bumper would cost me $1500. Laughed and walked out . But it looks good inside and has a.c.
