I needed new tires for my truck and wanted a specific Goodyear tire that i had on my previous truck. They did some research and found out that the tires i wanted were available but they were not being produced anymore and if i had an issue with one of them, that they would not be around much longer to switch out. So they found a better Goodyear Tire that was cheaper and rides and grips so much better than the ones that i originally wanted. I feel that any other shop would have just sold me what i wanted without research and i would have been stuck with possibly different tires if i had an issue with one and had to get it changed. I have had my personal and company vehicles serviced here for a few years now. I always recieved great customer service and very timely repairs. However, I had brought my suv in for service Dec last year because it was overheating. They could not find the issues but did a brake job for me. My suv overheated a few days later and I had to bring it back to get a new radiator etc. No problem. I noticed it running a little rough but was happy to have it back. We only use this suv for short trips and not regularly but I did notice it still running rough. I recently drove with a friend and he suspected a problem. Looking under the hood he found both front spark plugs on opposite sides of the engine broken off. He worked in a auto shop previously anf said yeah, this is how they get you back for service to get more of you $$. It was without question that this was done intentionally and I have only brought it to one shop for service. I was very dissapointed that a good shop would treat customers like this and wanted to let people know my experience here.As I stated before, this was a good shop and it could have been just one employee, but I will be sadly bringing my cars and company vehicles to another shop moving foward!Reply to owner: My friend isnt the problem. He fixed the problem. I have a business too and I accept fault whether deserved or not. Not push it off and deny. Facts are facts, someone there broke off the spark plug heads. It just doesnt happen on its own on opposite sides of the motor and your shop was the only placed serviced. In fact you did the spark plugs and tune previously too! Im not looking for something for nothing. I dont have time for that. I did have an issue with service before and you offered $10 discount of a $500 service. That is enough of an insult for me to try and find a new place. I never reviewed to tell customers to stay away. Just wanted customers to know to make sure that there are not new problems after they recieve their vehicles back after service. Everything is good until it is not and then I move on.

Very rare but refreshing to find a mechanic that you can actually trust. I came in expecting to change my cabin air filter (and several other parts) but Richard inspected my cabin air filter and recommended that I wait because it wasnt in desperate need as it was only a few months old. The reason why I was expecting to change it was because Jiffy Lube insisted that it was necessary to change it but they wanted to charge a good bit more. Thank you for your honesty and knowledge Richard. And also thank you Brian for always being polite and professional.

A wonderful and quick experience. I went in to get 4 new tires, an axel replaced, and an oil change. Work was completed in just under two hours. Everyone I encountered was super friendly and the vibe at the shop was professional yet relaxed. My first experience with the Fleet Tire Family was so great, I am already a repeat customer... Javier and the gang did a great job replacing my brakes a few weeks ago. When my check engine light came on this weekend, I knew where I was going to take my car.The sales managers Brian and Richard really took care of me, got me in and out, and on with my day. Richard cleared the O2 message and instead of pressuring me into replacing it right then, he gave me a quote for the cost of replacing it and the pros and cons of waiting too long to do the repair. Its reassuring to know there is a top notch crew of folks who care, just around the corner, that I can trust with my car.

Called in regarding a problem with one tire that consistently let air out and I couldn’t identify the source of the problem so my solution was to change my tire. Brian assisted every step of the way from answering the phone call to completing the transaction. He was extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and followed up in a timely manner to help solve my problem. On July 3 2018, I had a leaky tire repaired at the store at 5911 Pembroke Rd. Hollywood Florida. I own a late model Acura TL that is depicted in the pictures I am providing. Upon returning to my car to leave, I immediately noticed damage to my driver leather seats. I also noticed that no covers were placed over the seats to protect them. This should have been standard operating procedure. I take great care in how I maintain my car and having my leather seats damaged so recklessly is unacceptable. When I turn over my car to a business for repair, I always look for reputable companies and thought this was a Goodyear brand store. I tend to trust the training and quality control process that larger companies have in place. Unfortunately this was not the case at the Fleet Tire Truck and Auto Center in West Hollywood Florida. What appears to have happened is the mechanic had something hanging from him or in his pocket. Whatever the object was, it scraped my seats along with leaving grease. The first picture was after the mechanic came out with a lame bottle of Windex, cleaned it and falsely claimed the marks were there already. Before he sprayed it, there was a lot more grease indicating how reckless these mechanics are. The second picture shows where I was able to remove the grease but not the scrapes. If you look at the third pictures you will notice that the interior of my car is well taken care of. There is no other damage to the leather anywhere in the car. This is not “wear and tear”. These seats were in pristine condition prior to the mechanic sitting in my car. The lack of care for a customer’s property and sheer incompetence has led to this damage. Even the rim and steering wheel was riddled with grease after a simple tire repair. Although that usually would not be a concern for me, it does show the sheer lack of quality this store has engaged in.Update:The owners response below is absolutely false. I dont expect his staff to admit that they damaged a customer car. My seats were pristine and they damaged it. Your employee are lying. I am the only owner of this car and I go to great lengths to take care of my interior. Not a scratch was on my seat when I arrived. I noticed you failed to address all the oil left in the same area. Coincidence? Not! Stay away from this repair shop! They are incompetent liars.

First let me say Ive been meaning to write this review for a few weeks but kept forgetting or otherwise being busy.Let me start with whats important;The first time I ever went here, I was unsure, like anybody would be. I was simply getting an oil change and had all the typical upsale fears everyone gets when visiting a new mechanic. So I decided to test the waters, and this is where complete honesty and professionalism shined on Goodyears part, more importantly because of Brian. Id like an oil change, and also the guy at Jiffy Lube recommended all new brake pads and a flush of the brake fluid, but can you just look at it and tell me if I need it now?Absolutely, Ill call you when its done. Should be no more than two hours.My keys switched hands and I left. So far so good. The first person of the staff that I met was nice and courteous and set the foundation for a good business relationship.Fast forward 70 minutes. Brian calls me back to let me know my car is ready (super early). I return to Goodyear and meet with Brian. He lets me know everything that was DONE to my car, and everything that was CHECKED on it. Before I even get a chance, he says flat out Your brakes and fluid are perfectly fine, man. Dont gotta worry about those for a while.Thats why this place is getting 5 stars and ALL of my business while I remain in south Florida. They could so easily have told me I need this, that, and the other, but they didnt. This place is honest as honest gets.Make sure you tip these guys if and when you go there because they deserve it. All technicians that have serviced my car have treated it wonderfully. I never find oil drips, wipe marks, smudges, or any mess.In all honesty I am actually heading there in a few minutes to have a stripped oil drain bolt replaced. In fact Brian told me to come in asap because he has a good size crew today. This place cares about its customers.Keep up the good work, Goodyear. Thank you for everything.

Customer service is great but I really dont think they know how to properly balance the tires on my car which is a 2013 Hyundai sonata. When the hurricane is over I would have to take it to Lehman World to have it properly balanced.2020 update. I found out why the tires wouldnt balance...I have a bent rim from a memorable deep pothole that was on Wiley St in Hollywood. The street was not well lit, and by the time I noticed it, it was too late. I wish Fleet Truck tire mechanic has noticed the bent rim.

What an incredible experience... at an auto mechanic shop! The entire staff went above and beyond to get to the bottom of a complicated electrical issue my 2012 Hyundai Sonata was having. I no longer patronize the dealer service center as they consistently try to sell/frighten me into expensive services my car does not actually need. Master Mechanics Roger and Dave were determined to get to the root of the problem. It was not terribly expensive but it was terribly frustrating and these men were determined to fix the problem. Fleet Tire Truck and Auto Center is the most professional and most honest auto mechanic experience I have ever encountered. They will have my customer loyalty as long as I own cars. The owner of this place was extremely rude to me. I went there because my car was making a strange sound and they diagnosed it as the alternator. My father was familiar with changing alternators so he did it for me so i could save money. After changing the alternator, it continued to make the noise so I took it back to them and told them that my car is still making that noise. The owner asked me to step out into the work area. Why did I do that??? He proceeded to tell me that it was basically wrong of me to do the work of replacing the alternator somewhere else and how he doesnt appreciate that I did that and blah, blah, blah. I was wondering why he didnt want to talk to me in the waiting area but I knew why after he basically bashed me for allowing my father to change my alternator. Anyways, it turned out to be my water pump (went to a different shop to find that out) and not my alternator. I used to get oil changes there but they will never see another dime of my money.

Called early in the week and Scott, the owner, was great help. We needed tire valve extensions for our Sprinter RVs back dual tires. He gave me advice and told me to come in when I had the extensions. His service representatives gave me a time on Saturday, 9AM to come in. When we arrived, Scotts service was excellent! We even chatted about his RV and such. We left (brought our other car) to go eat breakfast and do some errands. Scott called when it was done. Im a happy customer because they were able to order a tire I needed to replace a used oneplaced after I hit a pothole on route 7, from one day to the next. Owner and his staff are great people. This is one of the less and less common shops who wont try to sell you repairs you dont need. National tire at Johnson and st rd 7 told me my shocks needed to be replaced immediately but I declined. When I came here they were honest and told me my shocks were fine. A little expensive (just over 100 dollars for allignment) but Im glad to give my money to people who will do whats right and wont take advantage of a customer. I will be returning.

We had a steering tire that had chunks coming off. I called coachnet and three tire stores. Scott the owner of fleet truck and tire gave me the best price. $628 for the tire $806 tax and installation, which was not only less but he got a new version of the tire instead of getting the old version the other stores were offering. I selected this store because of the reviews and while waiting in line saw how he asked customers questions making sure that they were getting the right service. I heard him talk a very car ignorant lady out of a tune-up. Many places would have just taken her money.

I was looking for a place to get my car aligned, check my brakes, and check a tire thats been leaking slowly. Called around a couple places for quotes and Fleet Tire Truck and Auto Center was by far the most reasonably priced. I was shocked. Everywhere I called they wanted to charge $90+ for an alignment while Fleet quoted me only $59. Called and spoke with Bryan who was very professional and down to earth. Im a Relation Banker and have extensive training in customer service. The interactions I had with Bryan, Scott, and Richard were so human (not robotic like order takers. Engaging.). When I arrived I was greeted by Scott the owner. He asked if it was my first time at Fleet Tire Truck and Auto Center. When I proceeded to say yes, I was impressed that he extended his hand to shake mine while introducing himself. Service like this is unheard of nowadays. I was later informed by Richard that I needed to do my rear brakes and rotors, but the front brakes are fine for now. He couldve easily said I need to do front and back but he didnt. That makes a big difference when it comes to long time customers. He also let me know that I needed two new tires as two of mine had bubbles in them. Ended up purchasing a couple used tires from them, which where to me brand new! I was completely amazed at the level of service I experienced at Fleet Tire Truck and Auto Center. I highly recommend them, and will definitely be coming back whenever I need any work done.

Very disappointed with Bryan, he supposed to order a Michelin tires for me and told me he will be calling me wants he got the tires he never call, very unprofessional, since I was a regular customer I never expecting anything like that from him. Definitely, I will not come back again.
