Awnings of Hollywood is fantastic!! Especially Martin! They made and installed a small and a large awning for me last week, and they look terrific!! It was really quick service too!! Everyone was so nice and professional. I really appreciate that!!! Definitely recommend them to everyone!!

I purchased 5 retractable awnings from this company about 10 years ago. I needed 1 awning pitched lower and Jerry the owner was very responsive. Elan Tauber a terrific guy did it perfectly. Thanks Jerry!!!

Worst Customer Service! Dont waste your time and find another company!After typing my information and project details into the “Contact Us” portion of their web site, I received an email from the President who only seemed to have my email address and name, but no access to the information regarding my project. I retyped the options I was interested in and he confirmed that a retractable awning would be my best option. I was interested in adding a bug screen to the retractable awning so I asked if a bug screen could be attached and he said “not properly but there are some plug in options that we started using that seem to work great”. After requesting a quote for the awning and bug screen, he said (in all capital letters) “WE DON’T DO BUG SCREENS ON RETRACTABLES”. The president is very short, rude and does not know what customer service is. If that is the tone at the top of this company, I am not interested in working with them.

Got totally ripped off by them. Purchased an awning supportably made of Sunbrella and after just a few years you could easily poke your finger through the sun rotted material. I think they substituted some cheap material.

I bought our retractable awning in 2006 not only for aesthetic purposes but also to block the West Florida Sundown that hits my house in the afternoons. I have had NO problems with it, my wife loves it and we just had a tune up since it has resisted not only the inclement weather but also hurricanes and you name it. The person who originally installed is Danny Martin and he also performed the tune up just this week. Let me tell you, this is the most friendly, decent and knowledgeable person you will get to meet for this job. Hes very nice, kind, educated and worth his weight in Gold! I hope he teaches and mentors many people into this profession. This company as a whole is A+ in all respects: Product, People and Services. Thanks Danny and Lori.
