I go to this laundromat because of convenience. Its clean and very affordable. Parking is available but you have to watch out for some potholes on the road.

When the equipment do work, they’re great. However there’s nobody there after a certain time and because of my work schedule, I have to do laundry after hours. Sometimes the dryer wouldn’t get hot or the washer doesn’t spin and you’re out that money, simply because no on is there to help. There’s a guy there that cleans very early morning but he isn’t helpful with that at all. Keep this in mind!Updated 01/08/2020The owner responded about business hours. I actually went back at 7am, when the worker that’s there for “full service” comes in. She got settled in, then I told her my problem. She said there’s nothing she can do and I will have to wait for the owners to come in; which they don’t have a set time that they do. She also suggested that I leave my phone number for them to call me, so I did that. I never received a call about my situation. I never over load dryers or washers, nor do I add too much soap. I’ve lived in NYC for 10yrs so I understand exactly how commercial dryers are to be used properly. Take your money elsewhere, because although it’s just a dollar or two, remember that eventually adds up and they’re getting free money when their equipment don’t work and they don’t refund the customers. I will be going elsewhere and I hope others reading this will also.

Debbie Stone is a very valuable asset to this company. For the 7 years that i have been coming here she has been consistent in helping me. I am very appreciative of her kind compassionate help EVERY TIME i come. She is a very honest person, that any company would be blessed to have.I am handicapped and her bringing me a stool to sit on without having to ask, helps me load and unload my clothing is such a huge help. She is always kind and a very hard working woman. Her consistent happy personality really is sunsine to a dark day. She makes doing laundry fun. The Gold in Silvercoin laundry.
