I have used their services for a few years now to support my home office. I use an older, high end Dell PC that they have supported perfectly. When my hard drive crashed just recently, they upgraded me to a solid state unit that works great. One thing I like about them is that if you find a problem after the repair, they will make it right. They are fair and so are their prices. Workmanship is high quality and I highly recommend them for any small business or home users.

Coat more to replace a laptop screen then what the laptop is worth brand new he wants a 75$ deposit to order the screen and 90$ a hour and you have to pay for 2 hour a for a total of 180$ plus screen cost

I took my computer in because the speakers werent working. Turns out the speakers are fine and it is a software issue. I brought in a vintage Mac laptop (circa 1998) that had the box with a question mark screen of death. Luis said that that meant that it couldnt access the hard drive, and thought it needed a new hard drive. Within an hour after I dropped it off, he called me and said that he found some water damage (which made sense because water from a leaking AC had dripped onto the keyboard), so he would fix the corroded parts/connections and see if that fixed the issue. It did - the hard drive was fine, and I picked it up the next morning. I couldnt be happier. The charges were very reasonable and the repair went remarkably fast. Its nice to know that there is a local repair place that not only can fix vintage Mac computers, but also does not try to charge me for parts that I dont need.

These guys are very responsive and they know what they are doing. I have used CompRus for about 5 years. I am, at best semi-computer literate, and these guys will teach you if you let them. Theyre patient, polite, and knowledgeable. Most important to me is that they were always there for me when I needed them.

Ilan and Jose at Comp R Us are wizards. They did a great job with my PC by returning it to an operating machine again after I wiped out the OS by mistake. Luckily all my files were backed up into a Windows(old) folder that saved my files. They were able to restore the files and re-install a fresh copy of Windows 7 onto the hard drive to get it going again. Actually they fixed 2 of my PCs because the other one had a faulty graphics card. They did a diagnostic on that one and found out the graphics card was faulty. After I had the work completed they even adjusted some settings for me remotely. I had some difficulties getting acquainted with the new machine and they were able to remotely log-in to my computer and fix the problem for me. Great service, great company. Ill always go to them for any of my computer needs. Thanks again. You are life-savers.
