You know in general I like 7-eleven store nice coffee and other food but this location new location are having some problems they don’t manage good always dirty and don’t have coffee some time machine need cleaner and the personal don’t want to do it …we’ll this manager location need to take look on this issue…..look at I uploaded a new photo of the machine that needs service and the workers do not want to clean it

You need to watch out when youre paying here because they like to rip off their customers. They like to say that your card is declined every time they swipe it but theyre actually charging you need to check your bank statements

You think 7-Eleven by now would have the little stick stirrers as opposed to plastic that use one time to stir your coffee and then you throw out. I suppose theyre behind the times.

The service here is terrible. None of them understand how to properly work the machines. They profile you and walk behind you if you are hispanic or black The staff are all extremely rude and disrespectful. They have been reported for stealing money when a customer leaves a card behind by making credit purchases. Dont be scammed by these people if you can go somewhere else then i suggest you go.

I’ve been here a few times during the day and service is ok. When I go between 5am and 6am on Saturday mornings however, the guy that’s working always has the doors locked and you have to wait until he’s finished with the one customer (if one is in there at the time) before he opens the door to let you in, then he locks it back and anyone that comes after also have to wait. I’ll just take the drive to another one and you should as well.

I went at the store to put gas this past Sunday june 23 between 10am and 12pm, when I arrive an old disable veteran man without legs and with prosthesis was standing up with crutches next to my car;kindly ask me.... if I can help him with $5 to put gas....without excitation I told him YES!!!! and, to wait for me so he doesnt need to walk, I made my lane With at least 15 person all of them waiting to be attended at the cashier station the 2employees at that time abandoned the cashier to accommodate food and let people for more than 10 minutes waiting while outside was this old man vet waiting at almost 100°f degree, I asked the employees kindly if they can help me out and start attending the costumer when an African-America tall woman told to go and f* myself and go to another store, I remained silence made my line and took a picture of the employee hoping the owners and the 7eleven corporate take actions in such an unfair and bad way to communicate and disrespect their costumers..attached a picture of the employee

The staff is great. Just be aware of your surroundings.

Third and final attempt to shop here. Understaffed and they do not reorder the Original Rockstar. Have to keep going to the 711 on Griffin & 441 because they know how to run that store.
