Nutella cookie was pretty good. M&M’s cookies didn’t really taste like m&m. And the cookie was not fresh.

Cookies look so grand until you bite in and its giving bland. Very disappointing to say the cookies barely have any taste. If you are looking to fulfill a late night sugar craving, this is not the place. The extra star is for the nice presentation.

Though they were not extremely busy at 11pm... With four staff members somehow after ordering 5 shakes I only received 3 to then have to wait for at least 12 other people come in after me, order and get there orders complete before getting the other two shakes I ordered. The staff here are not organized whatsoever and seem to be on a sugar high not from the cookies. Id rather go to cold stone. Theyve asked me four times again for my order... If you dont care about customer service then you can definitely come here.

Midnight Cookies is a very creative concept. I didn’t know I wanted cookies that late as an adult until I walked into Midnight Cookies. Their menu is a sugar addict’s paradise. My personal favorite is the fruit loop cookie. It’s very thick and tastes how it would if you bit into an entire bowl of your favorite cereal like if you could eat the ceramic bowl, that’s how it would taste lol, but yeah, I recommend getting there before midnight cause that’s when they close

Came here for Dessert after a big dinner and did not regret it! Its a somewhat small but LONG cookie store and that makes it easy to walk around, plus its very clean! Service was one person but after taking care of some stuff, she ran right up to me to get my order and promptly went to make them. Fresh cookies were made and I wont get TOO into the flavors but long story short I enjoyed every one! I do not really have anything to complain about, its a good cookie store, the cookies are great and the service is good as well! Try it out if youre in the area or close by, its open late as the name suggests!

Went to visit this place couple weeks ago, and had a terrible experience the staff was completely rude and the cookies were dry and hard. When told who the manager was I was shocked, she looked unkept and sloppy. I walked right out. Question is if she looks like that? how are the cookies and shakes being handle. Don’t bother with this place go to NIGHT 🦉 instead.

My husband and I stopped by here on vacation. Open late so you can enjoy all the delicious treats they have to offer. We enjoyed an ice cream cookie, a shake, and two cookies. Will definitely be back. I would recommend this place to everyone! (:

I dont know how they nail every single cookie, but they do. Perfect flavor, perfect mouth feel, perfect toppings. The service is also very good and friendly. Id post pics but the cookies didnt last long enough to be photographed.

Omg what a treat, so delicious I almost burned my mouth trying to eat the hot cookie too fast. It’s sugar overload at its best. It’s a must when you feel like cheating off your diet. My daughter took me their and it was so worth it.

The staff is so lazy at this location. The other locations are great but Whoever owns this specific location is losing some revenue due to the staff canceling online orders on the regular citing that items ordered are not available. Only to show up and have the items available in person. Extreme rudness and lack of a minimum of a decent exchange with the staff. 3rd time in 2months. Managment needs to step up. Went or the first time last night. The place looks great and the menu had me very excited. Unfortunately, the employees were more interested in rushing through each customer than they are in making sure that the order is correct. I requested 2 cookies and cream shakes. I clarified that I wanted shakes multiple times. I was asked if I wanted the cookies baked and I asked if that would make the shake melt faster( I had to travel a short distance with it) and was told that they wouldn’t melt faster, while receiving a weird look for asking. What person asks if the cookies are going to melt? Nobody. Due to multiple miscommunications and having two people ringing up my order, I left with 2 cookies. I didn’t request 2 cookies. I requested 2 shakes? Due to the long line of people behind me, I decided not to hold everything up and instead left. It’s a shame because my regular Starbucks is in that plaza, which means it’s on my way if I want a treat. Same plaza as my favorite taco place too. Right by the park where I take my weekend walks.

Its good. Its not the best is not the worst. I could have made a better shake and better cookie so why should I drive all the way there and pay ten bucks for a decent shake with not do great edible decorations in it. Im not that lazy. Its just a novelty. Not a huge selection of ice cream flavors only eight. Personally Id rather go to Jaxons anyway, but try for yourself if you want to try a new place. I thought the pictures looked great but the taste didnt match. On the plus side good parking, place if clean, and staff friendly enough. Something I didnt like was that they take the shake in the kitchen to finish which Id rather it be prepared in front of me that was just weird.

I am so glad we have this shop in our area.Visited it for the first time this past Sunday. The cookies are BIG, chewy, warm, delicious. And the Smores shake was just out of this world.Great, quick service, there was plenty of parking available at the time we visited (5:30 p.m.). Also, they are open late.One request, though: the A/C could be a little colder.

Excellent execution of late night treats. Open until 12pm its easily one of the best treats spots around. A little hidden from public eye but is definitely worth it once you decide on trying this delight. Definitely going back.

Great service and atmosphere! Nice ice cream and cookies. We were recommended to try raspberry sauce in our ice cream and we did and it was fantastic. We haven’t tried any shake yet. Will definitely be back for the shakes!

Have some of the best gourmet cookies in town. Wonderful staff thats always willing to recommend something if youre unsure what to get. Have gone there multiple times and always enjoyed what Ive had.

Awesome place! Milkshakes are definitely a go-to here. However, would recommend having someone else with you as theyre way too sweet to have on their own. Havent tried their cookies but will try them in the future as they look pretty good.

The shop was cool and very clean. There was little to no wait, and the cashier was very sweet. Only downside was the cookies :( I was super excited to try them but was kind of disappointed. I got the birthday cake and the chocolate chip cookie. They tasted exactly the same, buttery and VERY sweet, not much “flavor.” I haven’t tried any other deserts from them yet. I might come back and see if the shakes are good.

Came here around 12:40am with my friends and the service was fast, great, and the cookies came out AMAZING!! I ordered the red velvet, guava maria, smores, and cinnamon crunch and they came out soft, warm, and so sweet. If yall ever decide to go, you will not be disappointed whatsoever in any choice you make. Best cookies Ive had thats nearby me and I definitely will be coming back more often when my sweet tooths kicks in 😉

Sis pickup my cookie with her bare hands😡🤬😡🤬😡, after coming out the back room, she didnt even washed her hands, then tried to justify her action by saying, there no more gloves. I told her to use napkins, and that I wanted a refund and she took the cookies 🍪 of out the container that was meant for me and put it back in the case with the rest of the cookies, with her bare hands again 🥵🤯😱. We are in a pandemic!! Thats how you spread germs. And she was very nonchalant about the situation. When dealing with food you, especially with cold food, you cant never touch it with your bare hands, I will never go back.

So I got this delivered by door dash and honestly it was kinda disappointing. The shake was melted, which was of course from the drive so I can’t blame them but the flavor was mediocre and it seemed like they relied on the Oreos and other stuff they threw in. Which wasn’t very good either, they were a bit stale. The big cookie I got didn’t look anything like the one in the picture. It tasted pretty good, but probably not worth the money. And then the other cookie I got wasn’t even what I asked for. Really sad because it was my favorite kind of cookie. The one they gave me pretty much tasted like the other cookie I ordered only cold and smaller. Not a horrible experience but definitely disappointing considering how much I paid for it, splurging for a nice night in.

I went with my friends the other night and they didnt have chocolate, vanilla or strawberry,we had to order flavors we didnt even want and I was pretty early a d later they told us when we were leaving they did have strawberry ice creamdont recommend it

Everything is baked fresh! The cookies and milkshake are AMAZING! We got the unicorn milkshake, cookie and cream milkshake and smores, red velvet, cookies and cream cookies. Was my first time, and I will definitely be coming back 😊

I wish I could say that these were amazing...but maybe it was the time we ordered, not sure, but sadly we were left disappointed. I try to be generous and honest and give a little leeway when trying things, but I can’t honestly recommend this company. I gave them a two because one of the four cookies we ordered was really good and the only warm one. So I know they could come that way. The birthday cake cookie was so so good! Warm soft and had great flavor. The chocolate chip, red velvet, and snickerdoodle however, they were not soft, not warm and lacked in any flavor. I was shocked and bugged to be honest. We did order them about 10:30, but if we cannot be guaranteed fresh cookies at that hour, maybe that should be mentioned. Sadly we would not order from them again.

I have been eyeing this spot for three weeks now and I have to say it was ammmmmmmmaaaaaazzzzzziiiinnnggggg!!!!I loved everything about it. From the ambiance, to clean sleek pictures on the wall and the amazing taste in the desserts. I went with my boyfriend to finally satisfy my tastebuds and I was not disappointed. We order an Oreo milk shake, red velvet cookie and also a small macadamia cookies. Shakes tastes so different from ordinary shakes, cookies were so soft and everything tasted fresh. I will definitely come back ten times plus! Let’s not forget the staff was very pleasant.

Worst customer service. They did not want to open more ice cream from the storage and just told the customers to pick what was there. Another thing is that they dont have change for cash paying customers. Very rude staff. Go else where.....

Wanted to give an honest review. I love the selection of cookies Midnight Cookies has to offer but I am not a fan of the quality of cookie. It’s like it hits my sweet tooth but I feel like it could be more moist, served warmer, and not hard. I ordered from Postmates last night. I got the chocolate chip, blueberry pie, and cookies and cream and I was not impressed. Just expecting more when I’m spending 4 dollars a cookie. Thank you guys for all you do anyways. I would just revisit the process and recipe in which you are preparing them to ensure customers feel as if they are eating fresh baked cookies.

Have gone to Midnight cookies on multiple occasions now, and I’ve enjoyed it every time. The staff is always nice and helpful. Last night specifically, Ximeña was great; very delightful, accommodating, and knowledgeable about the cookies. On a feedback note, the cookies can be served warmer/softer, so they really feel fresh. But they’re delicious!

Very great tasting cookies and milkshake. Ordered the creams brûlée, chocolate chip cookie injected with peanut butter and the Nutella chocolate cookie. The smore milkshake was delicious and had a cute presentation.

As soon as you walk in you are greeted with an amazing smell followed by the staff. This is my first time here and the customer service from Xavier alone is five stars. He explained the cookies and their flavors and helped my kids and I decide what to select. Give this man a raise!

Every time I come to midnight cookies in tamarac I always get the best quality tasting cookies, it’s one of my favorite desert shops in south FL, and in my opinion no other cookie/ice cream shop comes close to comparison! Melts in my mouth every time and to me, consistency is key! Overall very very happy with this location !

I guess its everyone opinions but these cookies are horrible how can you go wrong with chocolate chip had no sweetness or that mmmmm factor try the apple pie cookie also and some blueberry something in middle. One bite and to the trash the box went but at least i try them not worth the $4 per cookie no way sorry. But good luck everyone has a different taste bud.

Nice place way more nice than the Gainesville midnight Cookies. Cookies are huge and thick here in the Hollywood spot. In Gainesville cookies are thin and cost more. To make this location 5 stars the location needs to be bigger for more late night social space and activity.

How can u be called midnight cookies and only be open until midnight. That means u cant buy cookies at midnight except on the weekends 🙄 Just moved to Broward and thought I found my new Insomnia. Being from out of town, we googled desserts and decided on Midnight Cookies. The four of us each got something different since our dinner was early.It was hard deciding if we wanted cookies, milkshakes, or ice cream sandwich. Then which type of cookie and which of the many ice cream choices. The ice cream sandwich was awesome. The cookies and ice cream should probably feed two people but one completely finished theirs and the other had only bites left. One got the skillet cookie with ice cream which had to be shared. The two young guys were awesome providing answers, suggestions, and even gave ideas where to visit while in town. They were super helpful to the dozen customers who came in while we were there. Employees and food each earns five stars.

Place is average. Unfortunately there arent many around so driving 30mins for this place isnt worth it. Only 2 employees working and at least 5 orders ahead of us walking in. Waiting time was a bit excessive because of it. Ice cream was good, Nutella cookie was basically just chocolate... If youre close enough, Id suggest ordering ahead and picking up instead of waiting. Especially since seating is limited.I also forgot to add that it is ridiculous that there are exactly zero mint options. No mint chocolate chips, no mint cookie, no mint shake, no mint ice cream... That is literally the one treat I can enjoy but it isnt even an option here. Who picked pistachio? 🤔😬🙄

Got there around 1015 before a major line forming. Only one person up front and one person in back both dealing with online and in store orders. Even before the line came, service was slow.Ice cream tasted freezer burnt and didnt have much flavor besides ice, probably because I never saw the freezer doors shut.Was cool that you could order two different flavors in one flavor shot cookie but the cookie was so undercooked it was soft and raw. We couldnt even finish it with out feeling nauseated so threw most of our order away.Asked for cups of water got two plastic cups filled with warmer-than-room-temp tap water from the hand washing sink. Would be great if they had a water station set up for folks eating in, like we did.Lots of cookie flavors to choose from almost too many so debating what to order was hard feel like they should have up to 8 options with one rotating flavor to focus on making those best and limiting ordering time. Ice creams didnt really pair with cookie flavors making it hard to choose an option for a la mode.I know they are new so might give it another try after they are more established. So far C.R.E.A.M. is much better.

Such a disappointment. Was looking forward to these cookies but they were stale. They obviously were not fresh. Good flavors and looked delicious. But when you have a 4 day old cookies it doesn’t matter how good they look. Better go to crumbl cookies on Pines instead. They’re cookies are always fresh.Re-edit. Additionally nothing was said that led me to believe that my problem was trying to be resolved on Instagram. Only one question was asked. Second, as a customer rating a store I have the right to say anything I feel, it’s called freedom of speech. If it is true that the cookies were mishandled then 2 stars or lower is indeed deserving of the cookies I received. If not 4 days old at the very least the cookies I got were stale so quite frankly it’s all the same. I didn’t even mention the unfriendly service I received at checkout. Now I also have a negative outlook on the owner after the response I got and I’m appalled at the unprofessionalism.

They are not cheap, but they are worth ecru penny. OMG! Very delicious cookies and if I could, I would I would say them all. My favorite, Kreme Brule and Birthday Cake. But they are all amazing. Keep up the great work.

Honestly, I wasn’t sure which to order midnight cookies or NightOwl. I chose Midnight bc the cookies seemed like they would individually taste as their flavors were described, I was wrong. They all tasted the same except the guava cookie. Then I realized it tasted that good bc of the Maria cookies and my love for guayaba. All the cookie’s just tasted like buttery dough. My stuffed Nutella chocolate chip cookie didn’t have any gooey Nutella inside, it tasted cold and bleh...my Nutella stuffed chocolate cookie tasted like Hershey’s chocolate syrup more than anything. The white chocolate chips are not detectable in the birthday cookie and the cinnamon one again the cereal like the Maria cookie stole the show. Midnights cookie dough’s all taste so similar almost the same. I can’t tell a chocolate cookie from a sugar cookie. Everything tasted the same, and I found it to be disappointing and boring.
