Adriana was absolutely awesome very friendly made me extremely comfortable and making my shopping experience a great. Adriana definitely needs a pay raise. I first felt awkward but Adriana quickly made me feel uneasy. She is very very friendly nice funny and has a great attitude.

One of my favorite stores to purchase work related attire from. However, I have preached to the employees and management over and over again about their over the top exaggerated prices when comparing to the same actual product elsewhere. I don’t think it’s fair that they probably triple the price of what their competitor charges just to make an extra buck.

Horrible store...figured Id give th em a shot, as soon as I walk in they wanna see your ID...then they asked you to wear your mask...I just walked out, its not like their prices are even all that to deal with the aggravation..smh...too many of those same stores in the immediate area doing the same thing...

Huge store, wide variety and appears to be very clean! The pricing is a little high which is the only reason I didn’t give 5 stars but the customer service made up for the high price tags! Horrible place. Everything is over priced and the staff pretty much follow you around the store and pushing items on you. They lack customer services and for the prices you pay there should be more consideration.

The best customer service ever

I happened upon this store on my way to my boyfriends place. Have been here numerous times, I leave my bag in my car and have my ID ready as I walk in. It is unfortunate they have this policy, but people do steal. Every person that has helped me has been pleasant, helpful and great. Finally got my boyfriend in there and even he was happy with the staff. I have recommended this place to others. Store is clean, nice selection, prices are not bad compared to other stores I have been in. I can even go back so they can lace up the corsets that were purchased there.

This place is amazing! I walked in there very nervous and shy but immediately an extremely nice woman named Amy came up and asked me if I needed any help. I decided to be bluntly honest with her about exactly what I was looking for and she made me feel 100% comfortable, not judged at all and took mre over to the exact product I wanted and needed. She talked me through everything, explained anything I needed to know and before I left, we were sharing personal stories lol. This place is great! Amy is so wonderful. I was coming in to get one product and she asked if I had been in the store before. I had not, and she offered to show me around. She knows the true definition of exceptional service and is very professional even in a risqué store as this.

Went in with a friend this weekend and absolutely loved it. I see that most of the bad reviews are because of the ID check and the no bag/purse policy. It did catch me off guard but I didnt mind. It is a huge store and I understand that its a measure to avoid theft. Most adult stores ID so Im okay with that. Service was good, questions were answered quite nicely. Prices were decent, of course you could buy most of the stuff online cheaper but you pay a bit more for the store experience which I think is worth it, I saw a lot of things I actually dont see in a site unless I browse multiple ones. Its fun and a enjoyable experience to have with a friend or partner. Only thing I do find a bit annoying is constantly being stalked by an employee around the store and being asked if I need help every couple of minutes. We were helped and the suggestions actually were informative and helped us in making our picks, I appreciate that but please just back off a bit. We had turned in our bags when we walked in, and items have a sensor thatll go off at the door if we were trying to steal something. Itd be nice to shop for a toy without having someone almost breathing down my neck, watching my every move to make sure Im not stealing.

One star because I had too! This store is a joke! Not law enforcement friendly and your prices stink.
