I have worked here for over a year and the experience for me has been a great one. There was even a time where I had to leave for a little bit to handle personal situations and was welcomed back with open arms.The managers are amazing people who truly care for every employee. When it comes to sales, this job is a hard sale. It is not for everyone and it takes a lot of time and self training to become successful. You would have to really study the product to truly understand what we are all about. Every sale is different so the more you know the better you will be. Managers are very busy handling their positions, making sure sales are coming in, closing deals and constantly training hoping that the ones being trained are serious enough to want to continue and study on their own. Even though they have busy days, they are always there for support. It took me a few months to truly understand the whole package that we offer here, but I had the help of all the managers and veterans here who have filled my brain with all the knowledge I would need to know.Debbie is the sales manager and is always pushing and motivating the team with her quirky incentives to make sure that we all get paid. Cant ask for anything better then a manager who wants to push you to make money!This is truly a great company if you are looking to grow with a company and advance. Great place to make money if you have the drive and motivation to push through and get through the gatekeepers ;)

Very petty company! Disrespectful and disgusting behavior towards ex employees. I actually never worked here but I came with my cousin to pick up her final check and they had her call the police to verify that she received her check and restricted her from the premises as if shed want to come back after all the b.s theyve put her through! They did all of this because she wrote a honest review on the company telling how she felt, then threatened to sew her and have her arrested. This was very unprofessional and I would hate to be put in this kind of situation.

Please dont waste your time here. It took a week after the initial interview to begin making phone calls, same day (a week later) manager gave me paperwork after being hired, she let me go, and told me maybe you should do retail, and that you cannot do sales.Granted, okay, guess that is the case for me, but given that I made only 6 phone calls and spent the whole first day sitting in a chair listening to other sales professionals pitch different dental practices, I just dont know what to think.Please dont waste other peoples time here when they are looking for a job.... So I was told on a Wednesday you *might* give me a job, the next day you changed your mind, following Friday told me to come in for UNPAID job training (which is sitting in a chair learning about their sales services), then Monday spent from 10:30 am to 3 pm listening to phone calls, (again UNPAID), then manager says return oh i dont know around 12 p.m. cause im not a morning person, so its Tuesday now and am let go after sorta wasting my time from 12pm-5pm because at the end of the day she said you should do retail, and fired me.At least she gave me a giftcard at the end of the day. That was ok.Job seems alright. Others make it, others dont. Its chill. Just a little insulted you spent 6 days beating around the bush if you were gonna hire somebody, then not hire them after I give you a huge completed packet. May I suggest you trust your gut feelings and not give people you are sketched out by a chance to work with you?The ladies there were really nice. Just please give us a heads up before training if you dont want to hire. I should have taken another job offer.

I have waited so long to review this place. If youre a hard working individual as myself this is NOT company you would want to work for. Not only is the work enviorment hostile. The lack of leadership, Organization and respect at this place is unbearable. Lets just start off by how all the google reviews are people who work there not actual people who took a course or work there. Secondly, If youre not one of their favorites (floor supervisor)in particular you will not advance in that company no matter how good you are. Or if youre not giving sexual favors for advancement you will not go anywhere( Manager) and top sales representative. The sales manager is one person who cannot lead a blind cattle back to his Hurd even if the Hurd was in front of him. The lack of leadership. The lack of experience he has is so sad. I will say he is very knowledgeable about dental oral appliances and (salesman) is very knowledgeable about his oral applicance as well. For 3 months I was disrespected repeatedly by a senior rep. The grandmother of the call center. No one did anything for the harassment. (Floor Supervisor ) told me Worry about yourself and you wouldnt have this problem. Mind you I never communicated outside of work conversation. Now if youre a dentist business wise has a great company. Good for Dental CEU or educating yourself on Sleep apnea. Its a problem 1 in 4 Americans face. As far as work wise this is NOT the company you want to grow with . Its a temporary job. They hire you just to take your leads and if they dont like you they fire you. This place Is HELL to work at. I will NEVER refer someone to work here. Also docs ask for 695.00 for seminar that 995.00 is only a price we use to play with you. Education shouldnt be expensive . Also I have medical issues I miss TWO days and let them know and had proper medical documentation and they STILL tried to penalize me and not only penalize me but set me upTo be fired. I come in and do 140 calls DAILY and they still wasnt satisfied. The senior reps only does 30 calls if on they best day. The amount of hate that I have build up for this company is ridiculous.UPDATE-After i told the company i quit they stopped my direct deposit to make me come and pick up my live check to trespass me off property. One i never threatened or afflicted harm to anyone. Thats just how nasty this company is. Again the new reviews claiming this company is great is the 4 people that been there for years. This is not a stable job PLEASE dont let them use you for free. GET PAID training becausem those calls youre practicing are the sales theyll benefit from. This company and the Telesales organization is Deplorable..
