Worst of worst!!! Do not order your windows here save the stress and headache! These people do not know what they’re doing. Ordered an impact WINDOW paid in full in advance almost $500 waited 3 weeks for it and they delivered just the GLASS. I asked for a refund because her lack of experience was unbearable and I had to order some where else now. They DID NOT REFUND the my money!!! they’re such a scammer!!!! Do not order from them!!!!

Terrible service and quality of installation. You can see on a photo, how look silicone. Bad communication.After few day, glass door in a shower moved down and cant be close right now. Great Service! Fast and efficent

Went in to have customized shape done on a piece of mirrow. The job was delayed till the following day because, as the owner said they were backlogged. When I finally got the piece, it wasnt done to what I ordered. The owner said to give him 30 more minutes to correct it. I told him in didnt have that time because I had to go back to work, and asked if they could fix it and deliver. He said they couldnt deliver especially for a $50 job. I then said it should be about the principle and keepingn customers. The man said the time were here talking, I could be fixing the mirror I said well, please give me a refund and he did. Now that is very poor customer service in my book.

I was looking for a piece of glass for my coffee table. Other businesses were over priced. I searched the area and found Century Custom Glass. I was pleasantly surprised John, owner of Century glass, cut and prepared my glass on a Saturday in an hour! These folks are honest and their prices are reasonable. Bad customer service and rude owner. They messed up my order twice and instead of owning their mistake they decided to keep portion of my payment. Now I dont have my window and I have less money. They suck at customize windows. The lady on the phone doesnt know whats going on in the store.

I decided to go with John and Century Custom Glass & Mirror for our home gym mirror wall after receiving several quotes. John seemed the most knowledgeable, his price was better than any other and his punctuality answering my calls and providing me with quote was exceptional. So was his service. He went out of his way to design the width of the mirror panels so they would not coincide with the electric outlet, it was a hazle to bring in and instal (huge piece- 10 feet tall) but he and his crew did a wonderful job. Loved the trim on top too. Highly recommended.

I needed three pieces of glass cut on the Saturday and they were there to take care of it for me. The owner and his wife were extremely kind and treated me more like a guest than a customer best place to go for all your glass needs.

I had been searching on Etsy for months for a wooden framed full length standing mirror and was having no luck finding one at an affordable cost. 50 year old window, large crack in glass. Called the shop and they gave me instructions on how to disassemble the window myself. Took it in and picked up within four hours. Perfect. Great family business. Great price and perfect craftsmenship. Will go to Century for all of my glass and mirror repairs.

You will find here absolutely one of the worst customer service establishments you will have ever been to. I wish I could mark 0 stars. Just pick a differnt place and save yourself being treated rudely. There must me 100 other glass shops around worth your business.

I moved to the area six months ago and needed glass tops to protect my dresser and night tables. I show up at this location late Saturday morning and found the staff to be polite and helpful, he explained the different edgings available for what I needed. I did place an order which will be ready in 7 days and will review again once I pick it up. So far they are great!

My company has done business with Century Glass quite often in the past few months. I have always found them to be very professional and courteous. They always call beforehand to let us know they are on their way and the install is always smooth. A few months ago we had a difficult job to be done with our desk tops and custom holes needed to be cut by hand, Century had no problem doing it. Working with them is always a pleasant experience.

To start off, I had to call 3 times to speak with someone to help me. When I finally spoke to Milton he was rushing me off the phone and acted as if I was bothering him. He went on to say that they were very busy and he would have to call me tomorrow with a time that someone could come out to measure the items I needed cut. Over one week later I never received a call back. Call back and spoke to John and told him about my experience. He made excuses saying they were busy, Milton went on vacation and he had been sick. I them asked him if they were too busy to take a new client and he became very rude, talking over me and being a smart ass. I expressed to him that without customers they dont get paid. Way to treat customers! Bad business ethic and customer service. If youre a customer service advocate and like great service, DONT go there!
