Sad to say this place is closing July 22. I went there and it was fairly empty due the fact that it is closing soon. The employees were, however, very friendly to me and helpful. It was a great experience to shop there, but disappointed that it is closing.

Very clean store with lots of good priced fresh produce and pantry items. Bring your own bags though. They charge 3-5 cents for theirs. Use your recycled bags for your trip.

Save a lot is okay. They dont have everything you need. I dont remember giving a star. But if i were to rate them it would be 5 stars. Because theyre underpaid yet hardworking and kind.

They have some good deals on advertised items but their bring your own bag policy is ridiculous they put your groceries in the cart and say good luck

I live closer to the Save-A-Lot on Sheridan but never there again. Always out of most things Im going for sorry inventory. People on 441 are much nicer store is cleaner and they seem to keep things in stock better.

Great prices on meats and other items such as off brands...such as off brand Corn Flakes...I personally dont Kellogs corn flakes since they changed their recipe to whole grain, their flakes seem to tough or stale and they are no longer light and crispy as they used to be but the off brand corn flakes are still light and crispy as the original kellogs brand used to be.

First time going in here and was not impressed whatsoever. Most products are off brand costing more than brand by volume. Fruits were squishy. They did have some organic products but I had to go next door to get a couple of items. The 2 stars are for cleanliness.

The Name says it All Save A Lot! Excellent in savings save 1/2 what you would pay in Winn Dixie or Publix nothing fancy to supermarket just good deals so dont expect it to be.

I love this place. The store lives up to its name. Their house brand snacks are first quality and staples are reasonable week in week out. Produce is fresh and meat department is good too. There are always unadvertised specials.edit: took out employee owned part because its store by store

I have been a customer of Save a Lot for over 7 years.Most of my experiences shopping are great. Its a blessing to be able to find groceries at a low cost.In regards of you bagging your groceries, I think is only right, after all is for you plus you are able to interact with the cashiers, their people like us having, difficulty at home, not feeling good .....

A great place to pick up a few items if you dont want to splurge. However the location is horrible! State rd 7 is busy with construction making it almost impossible at times to enter and exit safely. Also be on the look out for panhandlers! A security guard is usually present but maybe not for that reason.

I rarely write reviews but this was necessary. Its a nice young lady that work there. Everytime I come to save a lot atleast once or twice a week she is always so helpful and smiling. I think her name is salena, sharina something like that. Everytime I come through her line she always ask me how was my day? She always help me find anything I need. She is a wonderful very nice young lady. Thank you so much!

I like Save Slot it has change thru the years and they have many things to choose from at good price better than Wal-Mart...I like to see more variety on breads like sub breads but they have Cuban bread...If you want a place to shop for grocery and get out quickly this small supermarket is best

Its the only grocery store in what would be a food desert. Its not pretty or spotless but you do save a lot. You should ask yourself is that always a good thing? Final evaluation is if you dont want to drive to Boardman or Struthers it beats starving.

I used to go to this store often but not anymore, because of careless staff and my last time when I went there was when at the cashier I asked to bag all my items in a bag, and it wasnt a lot like 5-6 items, is not enough that Im paying for that bag because they are not for free, but the cashier one nasty lady she handed me the bag to bag items myself and waited on me with an attitude to get out faster because there was a line behind. I know that management changed in this store but still its going down deeper and deeper.

The cashiers are Polite and Fast. I love this place. Great prices, items are always in stock.

Its very inexpensive you can buy regular food no organic or gmo free you have to bring your own bag or buy them . Huge parking lot. They only accept cash visa or master card .

Two employees die not to long ago that work there. I notice because i havent seen those employees and when i ask the girl that works there got upset and said she couldnt say anything. Nobody wants to say anything because they are scared that the store might close. An employee from dollar general said that there is something in the freezer in the back and that they think it could be a chemical or something with the meat. They told me not to buy meat anymore from there. They die like back to back. When the man die the lady was trying to find out why he die and she went to the back to check and she went home, next day she was dead. Thats what someone told me

This store was filthy.the meats and dairy were being sold out of date.the fruits and vegetables were old and lot had already add started getting moldy and black.And lastly the employees and mngr are a lot to be desired.they need to go to charm school.very rude and mngr doesnt see anything wrong with his store.i live about 10 blocks from this store.and yet I always have to travel distances to get to other stores.NOT A GOOD MARKET.
