Womans shop, they have nice deals and the cashier is friendly

Such a great shop. Friendly service and the clothes are different to main street stores and definitely not classic beach tee-shirts style. Jewelry fun and well priced. As a local I want to support small business and this hits all the right buttons.

Literally the worst customer service. i asked to return a bracelet bought the day before, and the lady rudely said “we didn’t sell it to you broke, all sales are final” & their stuff is extremely tacky anyways so 0/10

I went to the store and liked a dress but decided that I didn’t want to buy it because I did not want to try it on because it was a white dress and I was out by the beach and it was really hot that day and I didn’t want to dirty the dress so the lady that worked there, Laura convinced me to buy it and if it didn’t fit to call her and she would exchange it for me. I tried it on and noticed the dress was damaged right at the top where the elastic is, the thread was detached, so if you don’t put it on you can’t notice it, so I reached out to her and told her I was on my way and explained to her what happened and she said that there was no way she was going to exchange it because of the damage or even if it didn’t fit because it took a little over a week, and that she would think of exchanging it would be if it didn’t fit but that it took long but when we spoke she didn’t give me a time frame, right away she was putting a million of excuses and even hung up the phone while I was speaking to her she was even accusing me of tearing it without even giving me a chance to show her where the damage was. Really rude person. No way I will go to that store ever again.

I guess I should have read the other reviews BEFORE making my purchase. I bought my daughter a very pretty dress here. The first time she wore it, I looked across the table to see a two inch hole in the seem right below her chest! The first dress she tried on at Aqua Shop had similar issues. When I showed the store employee, she put the dress back out on the rack for someone else to buy.... damaged. I tried to exchange my daughter’s two days after purchase for the same dress. The lady working there would not do it. So..... shop here, if you like clothes that disintegrate while you wear them and terrible customer service!

Good customer service.

Went in with my best friend to look at dresses on a ladies day out because we are celebrating her graduation with a Masters Degree. Literally the whole time I was shopping I felt starred at in a very judgmental way. Then to make matters worse the girl at the store accused my friend of shop lifting after she went into the dressing room to try on dresses! I proceeded to correct the girl working there because she really had no clue to who she was talking to.... The daughter of The Chief of Police. Then she backed off. We were both highly embarrassed & felt disrespected. She never apologized. We paid for our stuff and left, totally ridiculous customer service.

Staff was rude. Not happy with the sun dress I purchased only because i was told i could not try it on. Well see how the reture goes, Im sure that will be fun.
