Waldo called me to remediate a situation which I greatly appreciate. And he refunded me to the appropriate amount. Thank you very much man. Overall does a great job on bikes, clearly experienced. Very straight forward and honest. I highly recommend if you’re looking for a bike shop.

Took me in the same day after a large motorcycle company said that they could not put on a rear tire because my rims were custom they took me in and got me done to pick up the next day!Good work and on time...

I had a good expirience on this place. Brought my own tires to be installed on my bike. He did just that. Great job. Plus he helped me out with a clutch problem I had and I didnt even know. For free. So. had a good overall experience there.

Nice and friendly service. Was expecting their call once their were done with the bike but I had to call my self to get an update on the status of the bike.

I will be reporting Waldo to the better business bureau. Because he charged me for replacing a fuel pump, and all he did was rinse out the gas tank. Found out after taking the bike to the dealer where I bought it from, they told me and showed me the fuel pump was still the original one. Waldo charged me for a part he never replaced! Liar, thief, and dishonest. Ripped me off after I trusted him. I wonder how he can look me in the eye and tell me he will honor his services to me, guarantee if something is not right he will take care of, Sure! he took care of it? After one month my Suzuki C50Boulevard did not start again after he claimed he fixed the problem by replacing the fuel pump an which he did not, I called him to make arrangements to have him pick it up so he can check whats wrong, he claims its a fuil regulator, he tells me he has to order it, But that its coming from Miami. I waited all week, called him and asked him whats the up date? He said he should receive the part today and that it should be ready tomorrow. He called me the next day telling me my bike is ready. He tells me, Its running like brand new.. I go the next day to pick it up. I start it up, road it around town but not before needing to put gas in tank an which I left it full when he picked it up from my house. Again, I believe he only rinsed out the gas tank to get the fuel to circulate in order for the engine to start. When I started the bike the next day It sounded terrible. Not enough pressure for gas to regulate through the system. What happened to the regulator? He never changed that part either. yet he had the nerve to charge me $150. I road it back to his garage barely making it with low fuil pressure and asked him to check what was wrong! he ask me to give him a couple of minutes because he was in the middle of repairing his wifes car in the next bay next to his, I said! no problem, Ill wait! he had left me waiting almost 30min until I gave up waiting. I told him that I will bring it back when he is not too busy to address his customers first. He tells me, he is sorry his wifes car broke down and that he had to take care of her first, how can you run a business like that!. Well! I decided not to have Waldo service my bike ever again. I lost $550. because in the long hall taking him to court for fraud will cost me more along with a head ache.

Speechless Waldo is a MASTER. He already fix the electrical problem on my bike a run perfect. Tks
